DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! GO TO POPEYES The food was terrible it was over cook and keep in a warmer for fast service the fries wasn’t eatable and the sandwich was cold/warm ish, I thought it was weird when I order from DoorDash and they have my food immediately ready. Before this order, I order for pickup and they told me to pick up in 5min when I got in about 6 min they took my food from a what seem to be a warmer. My order was $20 and it should have took some time for them to cook and not be ready in 5 min. Don’t order from them if you plan to get it delivered or pick up you’ll probably get some old food they keep in the bad. I give it a one star but if there was an option to give it less I would.

If I was allowed to give negative stars I would. This location is a waste of time and your money. Save yourself the trouble and don’t even bother going here. My wife decided to do a mobile order and decided to go pick it up. After waiting in the drive through for 20 mins. I finally made it to the window after another couple minutes a lady comes on the speaker and says. “Our system is down, I don’t know I’m on the phone with them now” she explained that she already paid, and noticed the order was ready to be picked up. At this point she already had been charged and she says “you can get a refund through the app” No you can’t. Once the order was processed and charged the order completed and the app assumes my wife got the food. After realizing she couldnt get her refund I call the location two times. One call at 8:58 and another call at 8:59 both declined and canceled the call. So no food, no explanation and no refund. The entire location is rundown and better off just closing their doors.

I had a horrible experience at the KFC off College and feel the need to warn others. When I got home (I live less than three minutes away), I opened my bag and immediately noticed the chicken was lukewarm at best closer to cool. I touched it, and it was clearly not fresh. I went back to the store around 8:30 p.m. (they don’t close until 10:30) and spoke with the manager, explaining calmly that the chicken was stale and asking if it could be replaced. She insisted the chicken was freshly made, which simply wasn’t true given the temperature and how close I live. It was obvious the staff was already breaking down the fryer early so they could leave sooner. When I asked for fresh chicken, the manager caught an attitude and told me it would take 45 minutes. I told her that was fine we’ve been dealing with stomach issues at home and preferred fresh food. Instead of actually frying fresh chicken, she put the chicken in the microwave, reheated it, and gave it back to me. She even pretended like it was being fried, but I watched the entire time from my table it never went into the fryer. That is unacceptable and dishonest. On top of that, my sides were wrong. I ordered mashed potatoes with gravy and macaroni and cheese, but received mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I also watched the manager throw the food into the bag carelessly, toss the chicken bucket to the side, and hand me a bag where everything was upside down. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. If a customer tells you they’re willing to wait for fresh food, especially for health reasons, you should respect that not microwave old food and lie about it. I do not recommend going to the KFC off College.

It took a 15 minute wait in the Drive Thru line then the cashier was very rude. She immediately said there was a 20 minute wait on all chicken and out of tea. She replied by answering “what “ which is terrible customer service. I will never stop at this location ever again.

I couldn't order because the young hairy chin manager was rude and disrespectful to the new trainee on the register. The light skin manager wouldnt help and yelled at the trainee. The nice new worker called her ride home and told me that I would be her last customer. They had another chick not working doing paperwork when she could have been frying chicken as it was a 35 minute wait. I feel bad for the new girl left, she handled the disrespect nice and intelligently.

Walked in and there was nobody in line, so it was strange that I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Apparently, the only woman who does anything was in the back and busy so the employees just ignored us. Several people ended up behind us waiting to order and the manager just sat talking at the tables, "interviewing" while ignoring the line. Its been over 35 minutes, and I still have not got our food. One girl working there was friendly and helpful, the rest of the staff are terrible.

Ordered two spicy chicken and nugget combo with fries. Said they were out of the chicken fillers and fries, gave us the 5 old nuggets for both combos and small mashed potatoes. No refund given for the sandwiches

This place never have fresh food and when you ask for fresh food it's always a problem.Clearly most employees are under the influence and can't comprehend the order. I can't understand how this Place remains open!!!

This event happened 9/15/25 at 1 o'clock. I went to pick up an order. After waiting 12 minutes to finally get someone attention. They confirmed the name on the order and then proceed to make other orders. And when I ask for an eta or if they were even going to make it. The manager said no and started yelling bye at me. I then called the store to speak to the manager and that when I found out the lady I was dealing with the whole time was a manager. They have poor communication skills and mold is their ice machine that another customer pointed out and they ignored her.

They tried to steal my credit card. I gave it to them and they didn't give it back, they ignored me several when I tried to get their attention and get my card. I got it back after like 15 minutes and they played dumb like they didn't hear me. Don't eat here.

2 pieces of chicken was burned, 2 pieces greasy. I gave cashier Resheala a 100 dollar bill but the receipt showed a 50 dollar bill when I questioned the cashier he went to get the key took the 28.35 that he gave me back and slipped back in 50. I was still upset, management needs to observe the workers. If this man is the manager your store will soon close

Poor customer service and this is coming a guy that works in customer service. I was now greeted at arrival. After standing at cash register for 10 i wasn’t helped. I was only there for a pickup order. They still have not cancelled my order.

Arrived at 11:10, waited 30 mins for my food. Table and chairs were dirty. Customer service bland. Received my food mash potatoes was cold like they made it straight out of the refrigerator. You can tell by the pictures it’s cold because the cheese usually melted.

Terrible ordeal. I haven't had such awful food in ages. They served me stale fried chicken, unappetizing mashed potatoes, and overcooked French fries. The chicken was kept in a warmer instead of being freshly cooked. I tossed it all in the trash. I want to give 0 stars ⭐ but Google doesn't have it.
