Went here today for lunch, what a great place to eat, the CUSTOMER SERVICE is Great!!!! Fast service, pleasant friendly staff. This will be my Taco Bell from now on, this location can show other Taco Bells how is done. RAMON who is a employee there came to our table, asked if all was ok with us. And asked us if we needed anything else to let him know. Now this is the customer service I would expect every where I go, but that does not happens. if I could give this location a 10 Star I would.
I love tacos not cause I'm Mexican, but what they put in them,but that's not why I'm reviewing this specific taco bell a FIVE STAR REVIEW. When I came here behind the cash register was a man that looked like a he was ready to work and had a VERY positive attitude. I don't know if he's like that every time he goes to work, but I liked it. I this I've been to different taco bells but I have to say this specific taco Bell actually has a guy ready to work.
I've gotten drive through here a number of times and they always do a good job at making sure the way you ordered the items is how you get them, be it with jalapenos or without lettuce. Quick and courteous workers as well
This location the service is better than other locations. Taco Bell needs to step up and expand like other drive thru restaurant compared to them. Great food but the drive thru lines sometimes not worth stopping because ( Only One Lane ) 10+ cars. We like others drive on by because of the long lines and not enough parking.
Out of all the Taco Bells this one is the best. It doesn't make you sick! Or should I say you don't get Taco Smell! Lol You might have to wait a bit but it worth it if you have the time. They do a good job considering they are in a prime location. It is probably busy all the time. They are NEVER rude thats always a plus!!!
Everyone had a smile on there face and a kind word to speak and the vide was amazing. Best trip to taco bell I've ever had and the first review I have ever made. Clean as well
They aim to please and they most absolutely do!! I ordered extra cheese on everything and my chalupas were filled to the max with it...just like I do at home! And the drive thru staff was super friendly and even though they were fairly busy, I got thru the line in a decent amount of time. I don't live in Beaumont but I absolutely will not eat at any other location other than this one from this day forward! 5 *'s all around...y'all are the bomb skilley biscuit!!

Huge fan of Taco Bell so my opinion is pretty biased. I got a personalized Christmas card in the drive through at my regular Taco Bell one year. I love ordering with the app as I have a couple picky eaters in the family and it makes my life so much easier being able to customize items. This location is usually great never really had any issues here.
Awesome customer service the food was hot and on time. The Young Lady taking my order Kishanna G. Was Courteous the wore a nice smile amazing people skills. And most importantly, my food was sealed when given to me meaning ( no hands touched my food but the young man preparing it and he wore gloves).!.!. Great service period!
I'm always here for breakfast and I've rarely had an issue with the food, service, or employees. I've only ever dealt with the morning crew and they are absolutely amazing, my food is always correct, hot, and served quickly. Thank you for your hard work and being better than the rest in this area. Just to clarify, Taco Bell in the parkdale mall area is better than the new steak n shake, McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's.

My favorite Taco Bell!! I’ve travelled a lot and been to a many of Taco Bell’s. But this one takes the cake. The staff is always friendly and warm whether over the drive thru speaker or inside. The wait is always quick no matter how busy. And let me tell you about the food, it’s literally always so good you can tell they make sure to use fresh ingredients and make items neatly for guests. I always scarf everything down at this Taco Bell wanting more. Can’t wait to stop by again thank y’all for delicious quality fast food and warm southern hospitality!!
Made bit of a mess up when placing the order and placed at the wrong location online when I arrived my food was cold and soggy Jason the manager made was quick to the cause and offered to help any way possible and ended up getting my food remade great location you don’t see customer service like this anymore
August 2023 All good. Manager runs a tight and friendly ship. All staff friendly and helpful. Mexican Pizza just right Bean burrito good and great value Lately I have been having the brewed tea half and half and I have enjoyed that. Dr. Pepper full flavor. Today desert. $1 My steak nachos with medium drink was good but steak pieces really small but good flavor but our order for the Mils Nacho Box with medium was not MILD and when we asked about the was told there were the same....while MILD and Wild are not the same....want order that again. Our 10% senior discount was appreciated.
It's fast food but staff was very accurate and kind.
So we are from central Texas and I guess we have no problems with people using the restrooms. You needed a code to use the restrooms. We thought that was odd. Maybe not for the area we were in.
Had breakfast there while heading up to Louisiana for a job, Wendy's door was locked so I decided to come here, wasn't disappointed. Atmosphere is so so, but it's fast food, nobodies expecting Taj mahal.

Drive through staff was patient and friendly. My order didn't come out quite right, but that may have been a misunderstanding due to the speaker. Food came out quickly. It was typical Taco Bell fare, good value for what was received.
The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was good. I love Taco Bell, but they are no longer the deal they used to be. Depending on what you order, it isn’t any more expensive to eat at a sit down restaurant.
For cash customers, the self order kiosk suck. Place your order, and then go to unstaffed counter and wait for someone to show up. It is know 2 transactions for what used to be one.
Since they added the kiosk, it is very simple to order your food from the door instead of having to wait at the counter. I do recommend that you download their app so you can order it from your car and pick it up with ease. The food here is decent and worth the money. The quality is good and the service is above average. If you are looking for a quick snack, this is my go-to place.

Also, you should download their app so you can order ahead and it notifies you when they're preparing it. This way you don't have to worry about the rush of people.
Not sure why they had me order on the kiosk. Seem like that had enough workers to take my order. But the kiosk worked great I was able to order and customize my order just the way I like it. The food came out hot and correct. Great Job! Taco Bell (dowlen and Eastex)
This is a fairly good Taco Bell location. They get food out fairly quick. I have noticed the staff isn’t always the friendliest but it’s also a fast food restaurant so it isn’t a huge concern.
I ordered in the app my food was ready as soon as I walked in the door it was hot and made correctly very fast service and friendly the restaurant is very good It is clean and the restrooms are also clean even the outside landscaping and parking lot is well maintained it's in a nice mall plaza
Food was good. However, I went in at around 10 pm 12/2/2021 and I could smell weed very strongly in the drive thru. The workers were obviously smoking weed while serving food.
I had a 5 star, but I went there last night and ordered 2 bean burritos add beef. Pretty easy order, right?! Well, not so easy for whomever was making the burritos because one had rice in it. Booboo Taco Bell. Not good! Pay attention. These are the same people who want $15/hr.
Had a problem with the app not accepting my order, and whoever bagged it didn’t add the sauce packets. Had to purchase everything separately. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.
Worst experience at this location. More training is needed. What happens to confirming orders or listening in a headset when the customer is trying to correct a missing item from the screen? This happened to me. Once I reached the window, I asked for my cinnamon twist to be added that I ordered at board that was not on the screen. I was told I needed to go back through the drive-thru and reorder. 🙄 It was not happening, so the order was corrected, I paid and left. Get home with my granddaughter's 2 tacos and cinnamon twist, only to find 2 crushed tacos. This seems intentional, but who knows. The service industry is not for the faint of heart, but kindness and courtesy go a long way.
Food was cold. I didn’t order much, but there were a few people who got their orders first before me even though I ordered before them… they also forgot my nacho chips, but I only blame myself for not rechecking thoroughly. Despite that, employees tonight were moving pretty fast and maintained a calm composure during the rush.
Not great. Ordered 5 items and 2 sauces, only 2 things came correct. 3 were ok. Sauces were wrong. Portions overall were ok I guess if you averaged the bad and good. Barely any cheese at all in cheesy Gordita crunch, barely beef in it too. 6 chips in the nachos. 6. Hardly any cheese in Cheesy Roll ups. Items with melted shredded cheese…. the cheese wasn’t actually melted. Ample parking +
They messed up this time. Asked for one bean burrito no onions, they gave me two with onions... This was after waiting 20 mins in the drive thru you can't get out of.. it's sad. But I'll give them another chance one day, maybe it was a off day for the workers.
Only the drive through is open at this time due to Covid, so expect long car lines and some delay. There's no extra menu board to review while waiting in line unfortunately, so you can't make your choices until you're up to order. We had to ask for a moment to review the menu, and the lady taking the order got angry, did not bother to turn off the speaker while she complained about us. Still, we could not exit the line, so ordered. The food was decent, and the young man that gave us our order was nice, so that was good. Personally I would not go to that location again if I could help it, but had a sick child at home asking for Taco Bell and it's the only close one. :-(
The drive thru was backed up with so many cars so I went inside instead. Bad idea. Now you order at the kiosk, which takes a lot longer. They were out of a few items I ordered and already payed for so I had to substitute them with another item they said I could. I wasn't happy with what I went home with. The employees were working very hard and I don't blame that issue on them, but it sucked pretty bad.
Sat 5pm. Not crowded. It's 5 of us here and my family is 3 out if the 5. It took them 30min for 3 orders. 2 3 cars in drive through. Just left the store and clear drive through. Place doesn't seem understaffed I saw enough workers. Service is TOO slow. Tooooo slow for a non crowded place
Food was good but the service was a not really present. The staff never greeted me. They took. They looked at me and ignored me, so I ordered through the kiosk. 15 minutes later the food was brought to me. Guess they were in the weeds pretty bad.
It took 25 minutes to get a drink and a quesadilla, employees were on the phone cutting up like they didn't even care there were people waiting
The only thing that i'm upset about is that there is obviously a homeless man sitting in the dining room.He's on a tablet.He's using it while it's plugged in.So somebody must have given it to him, or maybe it belongs to one of the employees.Maybe they know this man, I don't know, but he smells like urine.And it was disgusting to smell that while I was waiting for my food. Had I not already placed my order before I went inside, I would have left.
I've been sitting in this drive through for 20 minutes qatching the people inside mive slower than snails like they have bothing to do and cars around the building
CHECK YOUR FOOD before you leave... If you have to make any changes to how the food is made you better double check. Odds are it's wrong. You also have to make sure they actually give you what you ordered. All of that wouldn't be terrible but they all have a terrible attitude when you go to tell them something is wrong. Like you made it wrong or left off parts of the order. Recommend customer service training for most of the store's evening/night shift.
it was hard to place an order because the lights on the menu board were off. Also the girl.working the drive thru window didnt even speak to us @ the window, she just mouthed the words. Didnt realize greeting ur customers was too much effort.
I’m glad that they just remodeled this location since the real issue is the terrible food. Good thing there are fancy new tables to sit at while you eat a cold burrito. App works only half the time to get reward points on your orders. Staff are friendly but food is hastily bagged, usually crushed and squished. Tonight a huge lettuce stump inside my soft taco made me almost choke. I’m not expecting much from a Taco Bell but I’m still let down at this location often. Only risk it if you are super hungry and too tired to venture further away
For 2 soft tacos with just meat and cheese, what was supposed to be 2 burrito supremes (which we were charged for), we actually got 2 cold burritos with all beans and maybe a dash of cheese, and a Gordito crunch that was absolutely awful. The total was insane, especially since at one point, Taco Bell tasted good and was cheap! We will never return to this Taco Bell after this, being the 2nd time we have been ripped off and had to end up throwing most of our order away. Do better, Taco Bell.
Went into this location went to counter but no one greeted me or asked if they could take my order. Stood there and ordered on my phone. Person came to counter and threw order up there and called my name. I grabbed my order and made way to the soda machine. They didn't have tea at that time. Sat down and started to eat my order. The potatoes tasted very old. So I didn't eat them..
Constantly haven people place order at the kiosk. Overnight crew lazy always has earbuds in their ears or just sitting in the lobby doing nothing.
Ordered online and when I got to the window my order was dangled out the window after I grabbed the bag the window closed without a hello or a thank you. I sat there till they opened the window again to assure that the transaction was done. The fries were old rubbery and cold which was a disappointment because I was told that the fries were very good..
Absolutely DISAPPOINTED!! got the taco and 5 layer burrito deal then two burrito supreme and 6 doritos locos tacos.. didn't get but 7 hard taco, bean burritos, no burrito supreme and my doritos locos.. I took pics I'm so upset. This was a $45.00 trip!!! I do want to say, they were extremely nice.. but that was ridiculous!
Have got this locations food 3 times this week. Traveling mechanic and don’t have a lot of time. On all 3 occasions order hasn’t been correct. The hassle that it is to get your order corrected at this location is really sad. Hope the owner and management can shift the culture at this location.
Placed order through the app, and they gave a completely different order. The "corrected" order was still wrong. Worst yet everything that had been fried reeked of grease, and tasted worse than it smelled. Mt tacos were bad, they ruined the grilled cheese burrito, the nachos and chips were disgusting and borderline inedible. I feel like I wasted my money. Most of my order is in the trash.
Terrible! I placed my order online & picked it up. I ordered a Supreme Taco Party Pack and additional items. They only gave me 3 tacos 🤔 & add items. I informed the cashier I was missing some tacos. The manager was screaming out of the kitchen “She has all her food” I informed her of my order & showed the Mgr my receipt. Side note: Clearly she didn’t know what the Supreme Party Pack consisted of...Back to the story. She stayed in the back refusing to make my additional tacos. I asked for a refund. She stated she can’t give me a refund or make my additional tacos due to it “not appearing on her screen” Sidenote: How hard was it to look up my order & print the receipt to see my order???? Back to the story: Two coworkers clocked in & assisted me. The manager & the coworker brung me to the back to see the order & the screen listed “5 items” & I asked “is this common with online orders” they didn’t say anything 🙄 Sidenote: If this is common, sound like something that should be corrected. Back: The 2 ladies made my food & I was on my way. Get home & I realize none of my food is made correctly. If the manager was looking on the screen, my food would’ve been made correct “at least the food SHE SEEN on the screen” RIGHT! The 2 coworkers were amazing! I ordered the vegetarian burrito and they put meat in it. This is the 2nd time this has happened! If the company you work for is promoting vegetarian options the least you can do is actually give the customer what they order! What if You make someone sick? And the line is too long for you to get folks order wrong!
They really don’t deserve even one star in my opinion.I ordered my four chalupas with no lettuce or sour cream and paid for extra meat. I don’t know if it was purposely or what, but in every chalupa there wasn’t any chicken and was piled with lettuce and sour cream. I sent my order back twice with the same result it just had a lil more chicken and was piled with lettuce and sour cream. Employees can’t follow instructions so I will take my business elsewhere. Worst Taco Bell in Beaumont.
If I could rate this place on the inside as a zero I would. Inside is so filthy table's aren't clean and when asked the worker's to wipe a table for us they just walked away. No napkins were out. Luckily I had sanitizer wipes with me. The floor is chipping apart pretty bad too. Probably best to go through drive through rather than eating inside. 😝
My husband and I have been here before and had a good experience. However, last night we came to this Taco Bell around 2am to get a late night snack after a wedding. They had completely shut down and the workers in the back were leaving out the back door. We were surprised when we looked up their hours and it showed they should have been open until 3. We ended up going to whataburger for our late night snack instead.
Sat in line for almost an hour. Ordered over $40 worth of food. Asked that the two boxes that I ordered, their burritos were meat and cheese only. EVERYTHING I ordered only had cheese!!! This taco bell is ALWAYS doing wrong and never have their stuff together.
I ordered 3 bean burritos with extra red sauce and I got 3 tortillas with only red sauce. 3 red sauce soup burritos. I didn't even know that was a thing. Worst Taco Bell I've seen in a long time. Sucks that its in my neighborhood.
This was genuinely one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. Took like 30 minutes for our food to come out just for us to be missing 90 percent of our order and have abysmal food quality. Never coming here again.
Almost every time I go I have to go back because they mess up a item on my order. This time it was 2 items and missing one. I ordered 2 crunchwrap supreme with no sour cream and no tomatoes and paid EXTRA for beans and didn't get the beans and had the SC and Tomatoes. I go up there and they refuse to give me a refund and say they'll remake it. And when I get home they forgot the beans! The manager was very rule and unapologetic. You ask the bare minimum and they can't even do that. Terrible business and even worst management.
The wait was ridiculous for the few customers that were there. When I first walked into taco bell I saw the kiosk I strode past it because I have been in here before and have taken my order at the cash register I personally prefer face to face ordering when possible. I walk up to the cash register where I believe a manager was counting money the women's name is Lisa M she looked me up and down smacked her lips at me and gives me a discusting look and rudely says "you need to go to the kiosk" then walks away as if I was not a paying customer. I am a AGM of a restaurant and I felt very offended that of all people a manger would act that way towards a customer. I teach my associates that respect is given to all customer. If you expect to stay in business and no matter how they treat you keep a smile on your face and stay calm. If the customer gets out of hand call for a manager to diffuse the situation. I am a repeat customer at this location. I come at night and order no less than $20 of food and drinks often. I will not be coming back to this location if this is how paying customers are treated. Not only that a manager is supposed to lead by example if this is how Lisa M leads her team she needs to go back through management training!!!!
They give absolutely NO access to the restroom! They do not give you the code, instead they use a push button behind the counter like it’s a bank! In which we could never figure out how to use that we left and went somewhere else to use the restroom. We tried twice before leaving, the manager told us to wait after asking him to let us in the restroom. It left me wondering why they felt the need to lock it down like it Fort Knox! I seen no homeless people nor remnants of homeless people, not even trash outside the building.
This was the worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to I came around 10pm last night and all the workers were sitting and running around the front lobby and laughing and talking about someone getting stabbed also I was completely ignored and they didn’t make my drink because the machine was “broken” even though I heard them say they don’t know how to make it and laughing whoever runs/owns this place should be very disappointed
Went there on a Wednesday night around 8:30pm just found the doors were all locked, while customers still inside. Apparently they stopped accepting dine-in at some point and only kept the drive through open. That's fine but if there was a notice at the door, we wouldn't need to knock and wondering if someone had locked the door by accident, shows no consideration or respect.
This place is a joke we stood waiting for someone to take our order for 10 minutes then the female that came to take it looked like she was on drugs. As we were telling her out order she was just staring at us. Like she was crazy. Then I asked for a burrito supreme but instead of it in a tortilla I asked for it in a bowl. Like I do all other taco Bells and it's never a problem. She said we don't do that here. I have contacted corporate. And told them they need to look I to drug testing there employees. The female was clearly on something.
Drive thru line is always 6+ vehicles long, and when lobby is closed it takes way longer. Never came to taco bell and got my food within 10 minutes. We have been waiting 38 minutes and there is still one car ahead of us. Tried calling store and it is busy- obviously off the hook.
Asked about the cravings pack and the guy replied he didn’t know what I was talking about WTH?! Came to the window to pick up our order and the person handing us the food didn’t smile or greet us and to top that I think she smoked something because she looked like she was zoning out like WTH? Talk about poor customer service! I wanted to return the $53 food that I ordered but my family was hungry but I’m not ever going there again! Very poor customer service!
Never again will I be returning to this taco bell. I have gone to this location several times with my husband and we have had more bad experiences than good. Today was the final straw. Our first negative experience was one night we went to eat there and their lobby was shut down at 8:00 with zero explanation. The next negative experience was last week. We went in and made online orders, as we always do, I received my food late and very cold. My husband's chips for his nachos were stale. We decided to give this location one more chance before giving up completely. We made separate online orders. When we arrived my food was sitting on the shelf, cold. My husband's was no where to be found. I recieved my cup for my drink and their ice machine was down and Dr. Pepper was out, with no sign on the machine. The time was now 12:20 and my husband still had not recieved his food. It was supposed to be done by 11:59. I began to notice that people who came in several minutes after us were receiving their food. I decided to give them a few more minutes before saying anything. I waited until 12:30 to say something. When I went to the counter I was ignored for a few moments. When I was finally given attention by an employee she was rude, and went to get who I assume was the manager, who was even more rude to me. She sloppily threw together my husband's food and tossed it on the counter. It was 12:38 by the time we finally recieved his order.
Every time. Every time I order online for this location something is messed up. Order items forgotten, items made incorrectly, drinks completely wrong. 10 out of 10 times. 😡 My kid has the same issue. This time, my order was completely wrong. I cannot eat beans, had it removed but my order has beans in everything.
Not a single thing I ordered was correct, from the type of sauce to making my tacos supreme, to putting tomatoes on my Mexican pizza and having to cut it myself. After waiting 30 minutes in line and not realizing it until I got back to Sour Lake, I will be coming in tomorrow to get a refund. I'm not sure what kind of incompetent people work there, but they should be fired
Very slow. You can easily seat here for 30 minutes especially if you are dining in. If you want to order something it is best to go to the order here kiosk or do it on the Taco Bell app. They use to be fast. Ugh
terrible. and whoever that was the basically threw my food on the counter like she had a problem, definitely knew to walk away quickly because it was totally uncalled for. ion know that problem was tonight but this better be the best meal i ever received from there or we really have an issue!!! first issue is that order my food on the app at 8:00 for “asap” pickup. sent my husband in to receive it. i don’t what’s the point in having the app if you can’t maintain the orders. when i got there the inside was practically empty, and the drive thru was slightly packed, maybe about 5 or six cars. after sitting there for 10 minutes the drive thru was empty and the two other mobile orders had come and gone meanwhile my man is still waiting for our food. i called my husband at 8:22pm, mind you i placed the order at 8:00 pm and this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. he told me it should be a couple more minutes. 10 MORE MINUTES had passed and he still hadn’t come out with our food so went to join him in waiting. a minute after waiting with him some girl walks out the back and basically threw the food on the counter at him!! sauces falling out the bag and everything!! the reason i didn’t go off right then and there is because a lady was present with her kids, them kids really spared yall the cussing out of a lifetime., because like i said, UNCALLED FOR!! this better the the best meal ever for all that aggravation! GET IT TOGETHER!! and if you don’t like working , quit!!
Waited 45 minutes for the wrong orders i ordered a root beer and a dr pepper and got 2 pepsis instead and got food i didnt order
I ordered my food through the kiosk because if you try to order from the cash register it may take up to 20 minutes for anyone to show up to take your order. I ordered my food for dine in because I wanted to see if it looked any different between dine in or to go orders. It doesn't. I ordered two burritos, a taco, cinnabon delights, a cheez it tostada, and some cinnamon twists. I was going to leave when I got my food but something told me to look in the bag. I had not received my tostada. I also recognized that I was never handed my drink. My order was fixed and the food is delicious but I don't understand why they couldn't do that the first time. Staff needs to pay better attention and focus on what they're preparing for the customer because i almost walked out without some food items I paid for. A little bit later when I went to eat the rest of my food I recognized that they didn't make my food correctly. I ordered a taco with black beans and they put refried beans but I paid for the black beans. This is infuriating.
This specific Taco Bell has to have the worst service. Every time I go Here the lady taking my order is so rude and short. She always cuts me off and never lets me finish talking. This is now the 3rd time I’ve been there and it’s been the same thing. For now on I will happily drive across town to go to the other Taco Bell. At least they are nice.

Black girl with missing nails that was there on 3-3 -2026 around 1:30 AM very unprofessional at the drive-through and she's also missing a few nails, which makes me feel like they could have fell in the food and her coworkers are also unprofessional as well I heard laugh in the background i’ve been going to Taco Bell since I was 11 years old. I am now 24 and I’ve never in my life felt so disrespected by a Taco Bell employee. Please hire better. I’m tired of this.
Never again. When I say all hot sauce dont you dare give me fire. I can excuse the nacho sauce that I didn't order but it was excluded. But nacho sauce is not the buffalo I asked for. I guess we are a del taco family now. I am mortified. This is unacceptable
I was at this taco bell at 11:24pm on 12/6 2025 and purchased my food on the kiosk machine while I was waiting on my food some young kid was grabbing his crotch and picking up his baggy pants and scratching his crotch, I called over the manager and requested my money back and she asked why I said I don't want any food from this place because of his actions and she goes oh ok and she refunded my money, she was polite, but this place was filthy, food on the floor the counter and he was putting food on the counter when he should have been putting paper down and then the food on top of that. Will never eat here again. I can't recall if I ever been to a restaurant this filthy.
No one will take your order. You have to order online or order from the machine in the lobby. I think it’s a bad idea and will probably no will absolutel not ever stopping in a Taco Bell again. I’m guessing RUN FOR THE BORDER Is what happened the Border is closed and the Taco Bell’s are loosing all my business I mean first they keep putting less and less meet on there tacos and now they want me to do something with a machine that I don’t know about.
Ordered a cravings box last night and found a baby roach on my drink.. got it delivered thru doordash so I dont know if it was the restaurant or the persons car but they had a very nice vehicle so im guessing the restaurant.. I was taking a sip and happened to look down and there it was crawling on my lid. I wont be ordering from here or any other taco bells else any time soon. I was disgusted later found a slightly bigger roach in my bag it got away but I found it and killed it. I highly recommend everyone check theyre food..
Horrible customer service. Inexperienced not only with customers but being kind to people in general. Service is slow and I was made to feel like I was getting in the way and screwing up there day just by placing an order. "my bad"
I am amazed. No employee was at the counter to take orders so I had to wait 15 minutes in a line to use the kiosk. After placing the order I then proceeded to wait 40 minutes for my food. I had to ask twice about it. By the time they handed me my food I was sure something had to be wrong. I’m glad I checked because sure enough it was horrible. Half of it was cold and inedible. The other half was crap I did not even order and yet they still missed stuff. Worst service I think I have ever had which is saying something. Plus when I asked for the manager to get a refund, the manager seemed annoyed so there’s that too. In the total hour I had been at this location I watched at least 7 different people up and leave. Don’t waste your time or money here.
Ordered online, still had to pull around to the front and wait. Order was wrong and a little short on the meat /cheese on the tacos which were incorrect to begin with. Everytime I go to this location its always the same, the order is messed up and/ or missing items. I usually make the drive to the Walden rd location which is always on top of their game. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Store on Eastex and Dowlen seems to never get my order right and it's quite irritating to say the least. Don't think they will be on my list of places to go for lunch anymore. Nobody has time to keep coming back for them to get your order right. I've never had a problem a the Phelan location.
I had a mobile order and decided to pick my food up inside the store instead of the drive through. I walked inside and stood in line, I noticed a lady standing there talking to the manager with a lit cigarette inside the store. Just holding it in her hand and dropping ashes on the floor... She was definitely on something. Beaumont at its finest.
