Normally I have a good experience. Today the drive thru line had an extremely long wait. I ordered 3 items 2 of which were cold and the nuggets were hard as a rock🙄😒😭 wasted my money and lunch break.

Just left this location. I ordered the Sausage, egg and Swiss croissant combo. I guess they ran out of the Swiss and decided to make up for it by adding this sad piece of bacon to the sandwich.

The lady had me pull up for fresh fries..... Old fries through and through was in the bag. Bacon was extremely tough I couldn't even eat it. Worst Wendy's experience ever. I would have gotten a refund but I decided not to because I didn't feel like going inside.

Was pretty excited to learn that this location has switched to 24 hrs, but I just went to try it for the first time, and the lady said they werent open yet? I understand you must close to set up for the next day, but its currently 3:30 AM, not 4 AM as advertised. I am disappointed by this experience.

It took 5 minutes of standing there before someone came to take our order. We ordered some food and a frosty. Halfway through drinking the Frosty a chunk of some sort of skin or bloody meat came through the straw. Absolutely disgusting, and I still don't know what exactly it was but it shouldn't have been in a frosty and it looked like human skin / meat. I won't be back.

Took a while for an employee to come take our order. Once she arrived it was quick. We each had a frosty, my husband's had some weird chunks in it. No close what it was, he said it looked like skin???? It made us both throw up! Will never go back. There is a pretty big leak in the middle of the seating area. It was pretty smokey in there, their ventilation system must not be working properly.

Ordered the son of baconator and the baconator itself to compare because of the size difference. I was basically get scammed because the son of baconator on the right was indeed heavier on the scale. Same size in width. I always get the baconator and son of baconator sometimes. But here this is a scam. Might as well pay less for the son of baconator at Wendy on Dowlen. Everywhere else you’re fine. Just on dowlen, you’re better off. I also confronted the person that took my order, yet seem clueless but had to make an excuse that “I didn’t get a double”. Well, in retrospect I’ve had Wendy for years, and i know what I am used to getting etc. Wendy on dowlen.. Do better. Stop scamming…

Kid at the register either didn't understand English or just didn't care, ordered 2 medium frosties then ask if I wanted a receipt I said yes please then he said he can't give me a receipt because it's broken. Then he rang up 2 fries so I waited about 20 minutes . I then said it takes 20 minutes for 2 frosties the manager said oh he rang up 2 fries I said no 2 frosties so I waited another 15 minutes so I ask how much are the 2 fries compared to 2 frosties and she said about 30 cents would I like the change back, I said of course. But the actual differences was 6.91 and 6.46 wich is 45 cents different but only received 30 cents. Can't trust anyone these days. On 12/1/2024 @ 4:30 pm.

I ordered a #2 Baconator combo in the drive thru and they gave me the wrong food a #1 single, no big deal it happens. So I took the order back inside and requested the right combo that I payed for. The manager Raphael went back and made a new burger. When I opened the wrapper it was a single patty cheese burger with bacon, still not the double patty Baconator that I had payed for. When I asked Raphael about it he stated that was the Baconator even though the menu shows 2 patties and the web site clearly states 2 patties. His response was that he worked there how was I going to tell him what it was supposed to be. At that point I requested my money back and a copy of my receipt. He gave me my money but refused to give me a receipt he then went and hid in the office. Two other employees tried to get my receipt but said the manager would have to print it. Both employees went to the back to get Raphael but he still refused to come up front so I left. I attempted to call the customer care line but they were closed I filled out the customer care form and did not get a response back so I tried to call again the next day during their business hours only to get a message once again that they were closed.

How do you constantly keep messing my order up on Doordash? Literally I gave you three chances and every time you mess it up. I just paid 4 bucks for ghostpepper fries without the ghost pepper. Appriciate you wasting my money.

I asked for spicy nuggets. It was on my order and I verified it with the cashier. It was right on the order screen. I also ordered BBQ sauce. I got neither. I got some sour sauce??? And regular nuggets. The nuggets have happened in the past and I come to accept it... the sauce sent me over this time. I know it seems silly, but I waited for 20 minutesbfor two things I specifically requested to be wrong. At least they got my drink right...
