Oh boy am I so amazed by Leslie the server at this place. Even tho a busy Friday night she was all smiles and serving all her tables approaching almost every 5 minutes. Never been to a buffalo wild where I see a server care about her customers like Leslie. I was visiting im this area but I was think I found a new Buffalo Wild Wings. As long as lesie is here I’ll start requesting her and brining my money to this restaurant.
It is Football season and I am just glad OC has eased up on restrictions (Covid-19) menu seemed to have slightly changed 1st week I went back, how ever my favorite was back 2nd week. You will literally see me here 90% of Sundays during football season. I watch, eat and drink for a fair cost and good service. I definitely explore the menu a bit, my favorite is spicy chicken sandwich (they have a couple) and I will never forget to ask for Reaper hot sauce on the side to dip my fries.
I ordered my wings extra crispy and extra wet and warned the bartender that it never comes out that way the first time. I do not come to Buffalo Wild Wings often because I know I am picky on how I like my wings and I never get them the way I want them, but this time I was not disappointed! For the first time and I kid you not two years I got the wings the way I ordered then on the first time thanks to the amazing kitchen and to my server and bartender, Lucy. It is the nature of the Beast that I do not know the names of those that prepared my food with such care, but I greatly appreciate it. Lucy was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything coming at her including her customers sitting at the bar and all the servers cocktails. I used to work in the industry and understand how demanding it can be, but she made it look effortless. I drove further to get this location after too many disappointing encounters at the Lakewood location. Thank you to everybody that so efficiently runs this Buffalo Wild Wings and I greatly look forward to my next visit. It is certainly worth a little bit more of a drive for me.

After reading all the terrible reviews this place has, we decided to give it a shot and see if it was as bad as it seemed, we're glad it wasn't. We arrived 2 hours before closing time and had to wait about 25 minutes to be seated. Host guy was not welcoming and just felt like he really hates his job. After being directed to our table, our server Kimberly took about 15 minutes to take our order. We noticed she had a bunch of tables by herself so we understood she was just working hard and trying to keep up. She was very friendly and professional. Food arrived about 20 minutes after ordering and it was delicious. Wings were juicy inside and crunchy on the outside, both the dry seasoning and sauces were fantastic, and the mozzarella sticks were delicious! No issues at all there. I have to give a mention to the security guard. That guy was a total rock star! He was trying to help the bartenders, picking up trash and leftover plates, helping servers with their logistics, and even talking nicely with customers. He is definitely doing more than he's supposed to and taking one for the team. Give that man a good raise! Overall the experience was good. The only issue really being wait times and the host's attitude towards customers. Oh! One other thing I didn't like was that they require you to open a tab with your credit card, and their policy says this only applies to game nights (Which it wasn't during our visit). So either fix your policy or remove that thing. I think if a customer wants to leave after waiting an hour for his order you're still going to charge him for it.
Went here for a going away party. We were in a separate room away from the main dining area. It was a very rough start in the beginning with only one server and drinks was coming very slow. However, they made adjustments and sent another server to help. Service got better and consistent. Food was great, the Wings was excellent and fresh. Thanks to Maria - our server- for her patient and delivering good service.

This place was pretty busy and took a while to get someone to wait on us but when she did she was really great! Her name is Amere and she is so helpful and kind and quick! Loved her!
The service here is mediocre. Staff needs more training. And the place needs to be cleaned more. Wings and beers are the same everywhere.
We were told that it would be a 15 minute wait, we ended up waiting for 50 minutes. They gave us a small high table with stools, when I asked for a regular table since I was with my family. When I asked for the table again, the host got upset and said that's all they had, NOTE: more than half the place was empty. The manager came over and sat us at a regular in less than a minute, THANK YOU. Not everything was bad, our waitress was very kind, fast and attentive to our food and drink orders.
Music blaring loud couldn’t hear barkeeper. Asked for Iced tea, but they ran out. Wanted to chill at lunch and watch some golf, only live sport going on at the time, but music too damn loud. Ordered my food somehow, had to ask barkeep to repeat a few times, because the music was loud. Got my food. Grilled Southern Chicken Sandwich. Tasted great. Fries were nicely seasoned. An iced tea would’ve been perfect. The place is poorly run perhaps save the kitchen.
Service is usually always slow, especially after 9 pm. Servers do their best, but they're usually understaffed. Expect a wait time and expect to wait at least 5-10 minutes at the table when they're short staffed or when they're busy(like on the weekends). Also, the food is a hit or miss. It can be hot and taste good. Other times, you'll get it warm and not taste the best. Don't waste your money. Expect to spend at least $20-$25 per person with a 10 piece and a drink. Spend it somewhere else.
Wings were overcooked, and honey BBQ sauce was delicious. Music was ok. Most of it was in Spanish, but good music. The waitress was slow, and our order took forever to get to our table. It seemed like it was only one person attending customers. At the end of our dinner, it was time for the end of the shift. The girl passed over to a waiter, and he was too busy saying hi to other workers and friends. Then the place got busy, and one bartender wasn't enough to attend the crowd. This place was so freaking cold " LITERALLY ICE FREEZING COLD. Both of the hostess's was cold and shrivering. A majority of the guest was shivering in the place. Almost every table on our side was shivering and wiping their noses. After waiting for almost an 1.5 hours between seating and finally receiving our food, our food had to be returned back, due to our food being so cold when we first received it. We asked the hostess's, while is this place so cold, they told us that they needed the place to be freezing cold, because of the kitchen fryer's. Their was so uncalled for. So many people where outside trying to get warm on the outside.
So your either great or terrible. 1 or 5 stars when leaving a review. I went on Veterans Day , wanting to celebrate the veterans in my life and being one myself . The experience wasn’t all that great , this rating was only saved by the waitress and me over hearing that multiple ppl quit or called in that day so they were short staffed. She was prompt in delivery of our drinks after we ordered. She also rang us up before getting our food which was a little odd. The taste of the chicken is what was upsetting. The sauce tasted rancid and not good like it had been in the past. This was the first ever BWWs I’d ever been to and that experience was great 12 years ago definitely not the same.
Took 30 minutes to get our food, and they're always forgetting to put things in your bag, had to wait another 20 minutes to get my missing items. Don't come on the weekend for takeout, they're super packed.
The atmosphere seemed okay initially, the music was good and it was not very busy for a Friday afternoon. However some of the employees looked like regular patrons of the restaurant so you couldn't tell them apart from people also waiting to be seated. We waited maybe 20 min to be seated, and our drink orders were taken a few minutes in. However the real wait time began once we ordered food. It took close to an hour. The wings we ordered were salty and the fries were bland. The part that I really disliked was trying to get the waitresses attention for my check.
I had read the reviews beforehand and, unfortunately, they were accurate. I tried to stay optimistic, but my experience echoed many of the same concerns. Upon entering, the music was blasting regional Mexican music at full volume. While there’s nothing wrong with the genre itself, the volume and style just didn’t match the sports bar atmosphere. It felt more like a nightclub than a place to enjoy a game. The staff seemed unhappy and disengaged. Customer service was lacking from the beginning. We waited around 15 minutes just to get our name on the waitlist, only to be told they’d seat us “when they get to us” due to being short-staffed. The restaurant wasn’t even full, which made the situation more frustrating. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I’d recommend checking out another location if you’re looking for the usual Buffalo Wild Wings experience.

Ordered about 80 wings with multiple baskets of fries for a takeout order and was missing all the ranch, celery, two fried and carrots for the order. It was a lot of bags to look through each item in particular so that was my fault for not double checking each item. I was expecting to have my full order in my bags. I called after getting home to just ask if I’d be able to go and get my items as I am local and just wanted to ask ahead before showing up and expecting to be handed the missing items or if I can get a refund for the items I didn’t get. I got hung up on 2 times. This is the only BWW closest to me but I’d rather drive to another city than come back here.
I have order twice for pick up both times they forgot an item first time was a large order of french fries they told me I have credit just to give the manager's name which didn't work they said they were too busy to accommodate.. Today the second order and they forgot 5 chicken tenders again same story they said they will credit me the chicken tenders for next time just to give the manager's name which I am sure is not going to work either. These are the three managers that I have spoken to. First time Mariana Second time when I went back to get the fries Stacy (Which I never got, they were too busy to accommodate) Today they told me the manager's name is Alberto we'll see how this plays out. My suggestion is to always check your order before you leave very thoroughly.
The two stars are solely for one solid Old Fashioned I had during a prior visit — it was actually well made, served over a proper large block of ice, and the only redeeming part of that experience (despite the odd smell reminiscent of a dive bar that has seen better days). Unfortunately, my second visit was a complete fail, and I won’t be returning. The Old Fashioned was served in a brandy snifter with a few random ice cubes — not the solid block I previously received and not what’s shown on the menu. Consistency clearly isn’t a priority. Worse than the drink, though, was the bartender’s attitude. It was unnecessarily unpleasant from the start. And being asked for payment before I even ordered my food? That was the final straw. No thanks.
Bartender was rule! I set at the bar for 8 minutes before I got her attention. She was busy conversating with a staff member who walked in at the same time I walked in and I had to wave to get her attention. She made me pay for my drink before I received it and I know there's no one else had paid for their drinks in advance. I have visited several Buffalo Wild Wings throughout Los Angeles and surrounding cities and never have I had service like this I will never go back there
It's always extremely cold so it makes it hard to dine in. I love the cold but it's too much there. The last 3 visits my wings were a little too cold as if they let them sit there for sometime. Service air is typically terrible now but that's also true for all Buffalo wild wings locations nowadays. Takes way too long for them to seat you and the front desk don't really great you well at time at least me the last 3 times I went
Don’t normally leave reviews but, they had the A/C on full blast at 10pm at night it was a hot day in SoCal but at 10pm a/c on full blast? with only about 20-25 ppl inside, i got my food and a few minutes later it was cold, my family was literally shivering cold, I told the waitress 2 times about the ac nothing was done, music was a bit too loud could barely here out waitress, she was nice, the food was a 7/10, now to the bathroom the men’s urinals.. one was out of service the other was overflowing, literally small flood in 2/4 of the bathroom disgusting to say the least. I would never come back to this location
Visited on a Saturday evening, and the spanish music was excessively loud. Maybe it was a theme night, I'm not sure, but it was too loud. The server was friendly. The food was horrible! Dry, boneless chicken wings covered with cold bbq sauce. The mac and cheese was similar to hospital food...gross. Thankfully, I brought my own water to drink. The server never returned to follow up with me about the food. I waited a long time to get the bill. I had to ask a different server to assist. This establishment is an embarrassment to my community. I live there and want to patronize local businesses, however, I won't return to this Buffalo Wild Wings unless I hear of changes.

Bad service! Waitress didn’t acknowledge us throughout the long 2 1/2 hours that we were there. Never came back to check up on us if we wanted a refill! We only had 1 drink each!!! After an hour wait brought us cold food! Spoke to the supervisor or manager whatever he was and he was the same as the waitress that sat us down. Kids food was cold! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I arrived at 8 pm and there was a waiting list of just 5 people in front of us. We waited 40 minutes to be seated. Then, when we ordered our 3 fountain drinks, and an appetizer called the ultimate nachos. An appetizer that is so basic, and easy to make and we continued to wait 40 minutes for that too. As a result, we never received that appetizer in a timely manner that we grew impatient. I think it's ridiculous that we had to wait almost 2 hours just to eat. There is a manager there that was running the front, she had glasses and tattoos on her arms, super unprofessional. Apparently her name is Donna, considering that is what was on my receipt. I understand that you are short on staff, but at-least check up on table and not just walk around pretending to do something. I grew impatient and asked for the check of 3 fountain drinks and DONNA stated, "I don't have time for this" and continued to mumble as she gave me my check. I honestly shouldn't have paid for the drinks since we didn't drink them, but there are some people who have simple human decency and their employees lack it.
Experience was horrible! If I could rate this place a 0/5 stars I would. Order took forever to come out! When we did receive our food we didn't receive our whole order. The most ghetto Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to. If you want to sit for 25 min before even being acknowledged, this is your place. The waiters look like they hate their job and just sit in the alcove and talk while ignoring their customers. Expect unfriendly, slow service. We didn’t even know who our waitress was 1.5 hours in because no one introduced themselves. Uncleanly bathroom with graffiti scratched into the mirrors. Never going back.
We waited 5 minutes to get seated or acknowledged, someone on their lunch had to pass by us and let us know that someone will come and help us out. As we're finally getting sat down, the server Breanna took our order, and everything was going great at first, I was waiting to get a refill but she never came or looked at our way I had to yell to her so I can get a refill and once I said if I can get a refill, she made an ugly face like she was irritated. My partner apparently counted how long it took and she said 10 minutes was how long it took for her to check up on us. We both ordered the unlimited boneless wings and fries. Hate that we can't switch flavors and have to get the same flavors we started off. Even waiting for the next batch of wings is taking forever. Even when waiting for our next batch of wings, she hasn't asked if we want another refill. Definitely better off going to Shakeys to get the bunch o lunch.. 30 minutes waiting still to get our food and refill. I'm guessing after someone else finally brought us our 6 wings she gave us a different attitude. 2nd batch was better though.
Bad customer service. As I waited to be seated my husband warned me to be ready for bad service. And he was right. My food is Salty and over cooked. My waitress has been to my table once. I had to call them for plates, napkins and utensils. But I sat here for over 5 minutes to start eating cause of that. I haven't been offered water refills. This place is messy/dirty. Ive been here for over an hour and the same table has been sitting there dirty with cups, plates and trash since I got here. Finally the guy comes to clean it but he's moving so slow. Definitely not coming back to this place! Not worth my time and money!
Someone took our drink order and left. Came back with the drinks and we were ready to order and told us the person that usually takes orders in this area is coming back. Waited 20 min for someone to come before I went to the front desk to get help. The person at the front desk. The person at the front desk took our order and no one ever came until we asked the waitress getting orders from other tables who was suppose to be helping us. She says she can take us. This was 30 min after our order was taken and the food still hadn’t come out. Definitely unorganized here and we will not be coming back.
I didn't rate the food because I didn't get it.... I'm a truck driver that visited this establishment with my wife and co-worker Sept 24th. Man when I tell you the servers acted like we were not there and we sat in the front!!!! The manager had to take our orders and even still we did not receive our food!!! We sat 50 minutes only for the manager to come back and retake our orders, reason.....the system went down. How convenient, yet the people that came in and got their orders after us got their food. Would I recommend this place??? Sure as long as your not black. This was the worst service I've ever received.or should I say lack there of. The bathrooms were horrible,I just wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.not unless you absolutely have to or are craving wings. I won't be back!
This Carson Buffalo Wild Wings is by far the WORST buffalo I ever been to. After previous incidents I decided to give it one more chance since it’s the nearest one by my house.But for some reason they are ALWAYS short staff. The waitresses help parties who were seated after you first. We waited 45 minutes to get help at our table. Instead of the silver plates they normally give out to eat we got to-go bowls as plates. Very UNPROFESSIONAL establishment. I can assure you I will NO LONGER SPEND MY MONEY HERE. 👎
Had to walk out, i was seated in the bar area. After 5 min, I was brought a menu. 10 more minutes passed, no service or drink offered. There were maybe 10 people at like 230pm. I got up and walked out. Check the camera footage. Not making up a false claim. I drove to Chili's in the same parking lot. I can always understand being busy and waiting for food. But that wasn't the case here. I watched an employee make a ramen cup of noodles. Maybe she was on break, but she was in the serving area close to my table. And she was chatting with another employee. So after all of that, I got up and walked out.. this took place 2/25 around 240ish. I had a bogo offer I wanted to use but wasn't able to..
This place is a joke, a sports bar that adds a 18% gratuity even if you’re not there for the games. They’re literally stealing money from the customers with unnecessary costs. Do yourself a favor and find a different Buffalo Wild Wings. Customer service sucks and they don’t have most of their menu items like cheese curds.
This is the 3rd time I have came to this buffalo wild wings and the service here is always bad. It's either the waitresses don't know which way is up or down or the food takes ages to come out. This last time I came was just the worse I came with a party of people and they made us wait for 1 hour before telling us there fryer was broken and they could not seat us. I then called the restaurant about 20 min later to ask if there fryer was broken and the person who answered said nothing was wrong with the fryer. While at the restaurant the manager we spoke with could not do anything to help us but when we asked to speak to the manager above her the women said that the manager did not want to come speak with us. I just don't understand how this establishment can do this to paying customers. Mind you, I had a party of 15 this was a giant inconvenience to everyone and for the manager to not even bother to talk to me is beyond terrible customer service.
I ordered wings only and realized upon arriving home I was charged for large fries. I returned the following day, the person working the carry out area went and spoke to the manager who said "write her name and contact and he would credit my account back". After a week the credit was not returned to my account. I returned again and personally spoke to the manager a tall African American young man who presented himself as if he would correct the issue. I also handed him the reciept, after taking a picture of it for my record. Weeks went by and the credit for the fries was never credited to my account. Someday I think about having wings but refuse to patronize Buffalo Wild Wings, who refuse to stand by thier verbal statements. I realize there was no point in re-visiting on this issue. Bereft
Food is usually fine. But omg! The service is beyond terrible! I don't understand how a place is open but there is never a host to seat you nor at the take out section. Why have the section if not ever staffed? The staff goes out their way to ignore you and not make eye contact. Instead of helping customers waiting rhey will blatantly congregate and have conversations without acknowledging the waiting customers. I literally just watched the people in front of me leave and I doubt the staff even noticed, better for them, I assume, to just let money walk out the door.
My wife and a group of her friends went here after an event. The hostess was very much in her own world and had no urgency when it came to customer service. Not only that after they got seated,when they were told it would only be a 10 minute wait and it ended up being close to 30, no one came to order their drinks until 45 minutes later. The only good thing that came out of the experience was not being charged for drinks
Waited at the entrance with 2 other groups to be seated. After about 5 mins of waiting and not seeing anyone even come close to walking towards the front to seat us, I decided to ask a worker if we could seat ourselves. Since they seemed busy and there were open seats, I thought that would be a reasonable request. The worker gave me an attitude and told me that she was doing something else and that she couldn't be in 2 places at once. I didn't give her an attitude and she shouldn't have given me one either. At this point, I didn't want them handling my food so we left. Had I looked at their reviews first, I never would've gone there! It surprises me that a large chain like this is apparently ok with this restaurant's performance. After going through the reviews, they apparently have a huge customer service issue here. If the manager can't properly manage, they should be replaced.

Came to watch Rockets Vs OKC semifinal cup game and they said they guaranteed me they didnt have the channel ( granted it was a local channel) so I decide to order take out instead. As I’m being told that my order is almost out and ready, they put the game on… I tell them if I can switch to dine in and they said it’s okay. They sit us down and the“waitress” hands us menus and leaves. Doesn’t even bother to ask us if we wanted drinks or wanted to order more from the menu. She comes back 15 minutes later and tells us we weren’t suppose to be dining in and they this was an exception and then leaves lol. This place is a joke. From top to bottom.

Went on October 5th around 7 pm and got sat around 7:15. Upon being seated no one approached us after 30 minutes I asked the hostess a young African American lady to see who was our server as we didn’t even get our drinks she said “everyone is backed up right now so keep it in mind and be patient he has 5 tables and point at her head like if I was dumb.” Out of those 5 tables he was only helping 2 and had to get help with the other 2. We had to ask another Hispanic man working there who was our server again and he said he would find someone to help us but after another 10 minutes we decided to leave as no one helped us out again. Horrible service!!
I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and had an extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was horrible from the moment I walked in. Despite ordering food, no utensils or napkins were provided. When I asked for them, I was told that California law required customers to request utensils and napkins, even for dine-in. This explanation felt more like an excuse than a genuine policy. To make matters worse, the manager on duty was clearly inexperienced and unhelpful. I asked to speak to the General Manager (GM), but they never showed up, leaving my concerns unaddressed. Overall, this visit was frustrating and fell far below the standard I expected. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve their service and train their staff better. Why do I have to spend more time to fix somthing your location did not do right.
Me and my family waited 20 minutes to get seated. I understand they were short staffed once we were seated. We waited for 20 minutes. No one acknowledged us did not even offer us water so we got up and left.
Most horrible services I've ever received! From the host to the server really bad service. Was waiting a long tine to get seated on a regular work day wirh several tables open for seating, also never once greated by my server or even acknowledged, some back up server has to help us and bring our drinks, the host was all tatted on the face and just standing posted like hanging out instead of cleaning tables or helping out, the bathroom were nasty, one stall not working and the other stall over flowing with piss and staff was in there and yet didn't even try to stop it from overflowing or even clean it up or even put a sign, no soap and the hand dryer was nasty with goo like stuff and not even serviced, but the stafff hanging out in the front bumping music all loud, took for ever to get our drinks and even refill was worse food was cold, ask for the manager to tell them my concerns and never came, told the back up server about the waiter's bad behavior and unprofessional service nevet felt so disrespect ever to any restaurant that ive ever been too, never coming back hear again and dont recommend any one going especially if you are with family and kids, try it out at your own risk only reason i didn't walk out because kids were really hungry and had already wasted alot of time to have to find another place to go too, please be advised and corporate really needs to go take a look at this location so does the health service.
Got seated and waited till the waitress came. Order drinks and food They brought wings first No drinks yet Waited on that. Not even water. Then my order wasn’t complete. My salad was missing. It took forever and then they forgot to bring my fork and dressing. Another wait to get checked out. The waitress didn’t even know where my debit card was. My first time at Carson location never going back. There’s a miss communication between servers and crew. Bad experience It was about 10:00 pm. Left at 11:30am
On sept 12, 2021!!! Had the worst experience at carson Buffalo Wild Wings!!! I was with my wife daughter, and elderly grandmother! We walked in to a un pleasant greeting and we were seated after 10min! They seated us at a filthy nasty table with old french fries, food and sticky seats had to ask someone to clean the area and had to wait another 10min. After that we had to wait about 10min to order drinks also we order side salads which we don’t think we would have never received without reminding the waitress after 30min of ordering them! After that we waited another 30min for our wings that we had ordered! Once the wings arrived while eating them, we notice that our waitress hair was in our wings!! The manager said our meal will be Compt! Due to the wait and the hair being in our food! Upon us leaving we were approached by the waitress saying we had to pay for our salads! We told her the manger had compt it! The manager had a disgusting attitude and said we were trying to eat for free..... I told her I refuse to pay for bad service and hair in my food . While I was recording ADRIANNA had assaulted me by knocking my phone out my had and pushing me! Which made a table and a chair fall down! I immediately called the police and made a report which it’s pending!! I highly do not recommend this place it’s filthy dirty! The music is to loud! Our waitresses finger nails was dirty!! No one wanted to give there names or corporates number!!
First, we waited over 15 minutes for a server after we were seated. Server only came out to our table after we went inside to ask for a server. Second, there was a promotion posted in the lobby. According to the server and manager on duty, promo ended a week and half ago. Not the customers" fault your establishment doesn't remove expired promotional items in a timely manner. If it's visible to customers, it should be honored. Period. Food always takes at least 45 minutes to be served. No matter which BWW establishment you visit. Server charged us for drinks that were never served... should I keep going?
I don't like rewriting bad reviews but this location deserved it. Came in when they were not busy at all. Took 15-20 to be seated which is fine. I ordered 2 appetizers, nachos an mozzarella sticks. Nachos came out at a decent time, mozzarella sticks never showed up after a while hour. Got tired of waiting for our food. I paid for our drinks and left. Not coming to this location again. Also, our server said they gave our mozzarella sticks to another table that was seated after us, so that's nice.
The only reason it is 1 star is because of Mariana. She said she was the "general manager." She needs to be replaced asap. Rude and condescending, she has no customer service and takes no accountability for their mistakes. Both waitresses we spoke to said they couldn't believe Mariana could not honor their mistake.
I ordered online. The transaction went through but they said they didn't get the order. I tried calling. The manager was nit available. They told me to walk in. I tried calling again to remake my order and pay for it in person they said they can't I asked for the manager again and again I git told she's unavailable in other words dodging the call. Horrible service from both customer service and manager by refusing to soeak to me. Imagine ordering and getting told to wsit 24 hours. Like what?.? And the manager refuses to speak to you... bad service

Terrible service they paid no attention at all and when I told them my wings were extremely overcooked it took another 30 minutes to get my order redone and it was still overcooked again and then took another 30 minutes to cash me out definitely not coming back btw it was not packed only reason I'm writing this review
This has to be the worst location I've ever been to. I ordered my food at 330 to be ready at 720 and didn't get my food until 9. Top it off there's a young guy there with tattoos who is really rude he needs to learn how to have better customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there
They take forever to get your food finished and even when you order online they mark as finish and keep you waiting 15 minutes and to get a refund they say it will take other 15 to 20 minutes before they can help you with that so unprofessional and they took my order for them to tell me half the stuff was out of stock
I ordered online for some lemon pepper dry seasoning wings and the wings I received were super stale like if they have been sitting for a long time and hardly any seasoning. I don't know how they expect for anyone to eat it like this. I also ordered a bottle of seasoning which was forgotten. I called for a refund and they mentioned that since it was an online order it does not show on their end that a seasoning bottle was purchased which is strange. I do not recommend at all.
I ordered a veggie burger with house guacamole. There was much guacamole on the sandwich when I picked it up. The bun literally broke from being soggy. I paid to add onion rings (2), they were not on the burger, and they didn't include the ranch for my fried pickles. I will never go to another BWW again 🤮
We came for and early dinner at 4:30pm. We totally understand this is buffalo wild wings and is a sports bar technically. We were greeted at the host stand to by a young man texting on his cell phone, he said it’ll be 5 minutes as we proceeded to wait about 12-15mins and a different gentleman comes after and says it will be another 5 minutes after they just sat 2 table of people they knew that came in after us. Not to mention the restaurant maybe had 25-30 guests in it. We get seated and the waitress takes about 10 minutes to greet us and says she’ll be right back. We sit and wait, no water and no waitress for another 13 minutes so we proceed to get up and leave. While we were waiting the young man who originally greeted us was hanging out talking on his phone loudly to a buddy next to our table while guests were also waiting to pick up Togo order sitting on the counter with no assistance.
It's cold as hell in there servers seem bothered got seated like 45min after coming in with like a quarter of the restaurant full this place sucks
As a disabled person I was seated in a corner by the waiter. He was very unprofessional. My waitress also acted like she took my order and she took off on break two hours later to find out she never put in the order and didn’t even care about us being without our food. Very bad service no respect for disabled people. The manager was really rude. This was on a Thursday night.
I’m really disappointed with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Carson, CA. I waited over 45 minutes and still didn’t get any food. Meanwhile, I saw employees just standing around talking instead of helping customers. Other tables that got there after me were served first. We finally just left because it was ridiculous. Totally unacceptable for a place like this. Management needs to get it together.
FIRSTLY, YALL WOULD NOT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT PEOPLE DINING AND DASHING IF YALL JUST DID YALL JOB AS SERVERS. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THERE IS NO ONE TO BE FOUND ON THE FLOOR!!!!! So anyways, I go to work and school nearby so I have ordered so many times, I come only for pick up. Whenever I come there is NO ONE standing at the front and there is never anyone standing where the pick ups are supposed to be happening. After several minutes of waiting I finally get someone’s attention, and other times I’ve had to go to the bar myself to get help. And even after that I’ve still had to wait for a long time to get help BEFORE I can actually get my food. It’s freaking ridiculous. I’ve only sat down here 2-3 times before today. Last time it smelled really bad. So I didn’t come for a while. Today, I was around the area earlier and my daughter insisted we go there so we went and sat down. Loud blaring music, AC was blasting, I had to go back to my car and get a pair of socks, a hat, and 2 sweaters. I’m not even exaggerating. It was so uncomfortable to be sitting there. It felt like the ac was all around us just blowing cold air directly at us. Finally this time, there was someone at the front. Got seated just fine and then upon ordering the server asked for a card on file like I was at a bar with an open tab. Mind you they have never done this before!!! Honestly, PEOPLE WOULD NOT BE WALKING OUT AFTER FINISHING THEIR MEAL IF THE SERVERS WOULD JUST DO THEIR JOBS. Idk how everyone is always just gone except for the bartenders behind the bar. Like where do yall go? I just don’t get it. Our server didn’t check on us for a long time. I even made eye contact with her with my head fully turned back so I can find her after searching for her for so long. And she still walked past me. Still gave her the 18% tip. Still think it’s unfair to take my card, throw my food in my face and only check on me once in an hour and a half maybe 2. And then expect to get tipped. On what planet??!!
If management reads this and wonders why their parking lot is empty, this location is great but the speed to service is horrible and service is SLOWWW.. i was here about 3 years ago visiting for a trip decided to try again and its been this slow every time ive visited. so id assume people just don’t come back because they cant get their food in a timely manner and refills are slow. if you have a 2 hour lunch break you’ll be fine , expect to wait 1hr 30min for food.. at least they’re consistent .. explains why this location isnt doing as well as it should.
Slipped three times going to the bathroom, told the hostess about the slippery floors and nothing was done, no wet floor signs, no one cleaning up the floors . I guess BWW Carson is waiting for a lawsuit to happen! Shoulda just let myself fall instead of fighting the fall those three times!!!!! Also they need to shut town touchtunes when they have a DJ. $20 wasted on that when it should have been blocked offff!!! Will be filing a complaint
Worst management ever out of many franchises I have ever been to, at least 10 parties waiting they have completely empty tables with 2-3 servers running around…I waited for a table for almost 40 mins, we you get seated it just feels like you sitting in a freezer room…complained many times, but they say they can’t do anything and it’s automatic🤦🤦🤬🤬
The seating took about maybe 15 mins max which wasn't too bad. When we get seared is when i start to get frustrated. It takes our server 30 minutes to bring us our drinks. My hubby got his drink first and then I got mine a few minutes later. After we order our food it takes approximately 45 to an hour for our food to arrive. The Dodgers were playing and the Broncos, but regardless, I feel a restaurant should be prepared for a busy night no matter what. At that point, my food is not as warm as it should be. If you have read any of my other reviews you have come to find out I classify as what people call pescatarian. So, I'm not a strict vegan but I definitely do not eat chicken. As I start to get full, I realize a piece of something under one of my cauliflower "wings". Seen in picture one and two next to the ranch it was chicken. I get that they might use the same frying basket or whatever you call it, but had I been allergic to chicken or strict vegan that would've been a lawsuit. I called the server over and explained to her what happened. I didn't expect any discount or any incentives, I just told her that the cooks should be more careful. In my part, I should have stated that I don't eat meat however, it being a restaurant, you would think they would use different pans and such for certain foods. Overall the food was great but I hope you guys are more careful with how you cook your food as well as the service.
I recently went to Buffalo Wild Wings and I ordered 15 wings, lemon pepper and original mild, and an order of cheese curds. I waited 45mins for my food, that's 45 mins too long and when I got my food the chicken wings were cold, the only thing that was hot were the cheese curds. I think these are leftover wings that's just been reheated, they're dry! I flagged down the waitress and told her that the chicken wings are cold and the only that's hot is the cheese curds. She took back the tray of wings and mentioned that she'll ask the cook to heat it up. She came back 2 mins later and the chicken wings are still cold! I asked her how are you heating up the wings? She says the cook just puts it under a heater. She takes the tray of wings back again and I guess tells the cook to heat it up again. Finally when I get my wings it's hot but I just lost my appetite because I waited so long!! I'm not ever coming back to eat.🤮🤢🫢
The food and service have been getting worse for the past couple of years. Used to be my favorite restaurant to go eat at. Now it’s like I am wasting my money. Really wanted some wings and wanted to give this place one more try. When I called to see if they could make my money the lady said they would just give me a refund. It’s been a month and still don’t have my refund back. Again last week asking for my refund lady took my number and never called back.
If I could leave a NEGATIVE ZERO star review I would, This place has extremely poor service. We waited over an hour just for a refill. As soon as we walked in, we were treated very poorly by one of the waiters, who refused to attend to us and simply walked away. The overall experience was very disappointing, and the lack of basic customer service was even more disappointing We even had to hunt down the manager twice just to get assistance, and the only response we received was, “I’ll get your server.” Unfortunately, nothing was resolved and we were still left waiting. The lack of attention and basic customer service made the entire experience very disappointing. And as I sit here right now I am writing this review
I am beyond disappointed and honestly heartbroken over how my family was treated at Buffalo Wild Wings. My husband, my 3-year-old son, and I were waiting to be seated for about 20-30 minutes. The restaurant was not busy at all, and there was no one else in the waiting area. The hostess wasn't even present during this time. While we were waiting, my son who is 3 years old and has autism, was playing with his dad. At one point he jumped on the couches, and security came over and told us he couldn't do that. I immediately stepped in and worked to calm my son down, which I did. A little while later, he began turning toward his dad and landing on him playfully. Security approached us again and said, "I already told you guys you need to control your kid." | explained that my son has autism and that I was actively trying to manage him. There was no one else in the waiting area being disturbed. Instead of showing any understanding, patience, or compassion, the situation escalated. I asked to speak with a manager, but the manager refused to come out. Shortly after, security told us we needed to leave. As a mother, I felt completely embarrassed, humiliated, and honestly discriminated against because of my son's autism. It felt like we were being treated as a problem rather than a family simply waiting to be seated. Families with children, especially children with special needs, deserve respect and understanding, not dismissal and shame. This experience was incredibly hurtful, and I truly hope this location rethinks how they train their staff to handle situations involving children and disabilities. No family should ever feel pushed out for something related to their child’s condition.
Extremely poor customer service. Came to the restaurant around noon, the restaurant was basically half empty and I was told there was a wait to be seated. I was only by myself, so I did not understand why there was a wait to be seated. So then I placed my order to go. They took them over 45 minutes just to make it to go order simple boneless wings and fries. I asked for my sauce on the side when I asked for more sauce. I was told that I had to pay for it.
We were seated after like 10 minutes, but then tried to tell me i could only sit under the ac even though I was sick. That it would be another 10 minute wait for a different seat. Asked manager and he tells me I can sit at another seat no wait. We order, then watched 2 other tables be sat and were served their food first. Spoke to the manager again about how long it'd take for our food, another 6 minutes. Food gets here, and its the wrong flavor of wings than we asked for. Our order was written down and everything beforehand and was still served wrong. When the server came back with the correct wings, didnt even get a sorry for getting the order wrong. Cherry on top were the wings being overly salty. Ok we want to leave, asked a server for a check and nothing. Another 30 minutes another server, nothing. 20 more minutes then we ask the manager and he finally tells us to not worry about it. He was the only redeeming quality about this place. First time and the worst experience, probably not coming back.
I was not aware of this place’s “policy” of kicking people out for eating takeout inside? I had a party waiting for me and since I was still a drive away, I decided to order online. When I was brought my takeout at the booth my party had, I was told by the manager that I have to leave. Terrible policy, terrible servers, and terrible experience overall. I am never eating her again and I don’t recommend anyone else to either.
My first time here and for sure last time. There’s a waitress with red hair so rude I asked for peppers she never brought them to me. She past by our table and rolled her eyes at me. Manager saw me looking for our waitress and never did she ask if we needed something. This location needs better customer service. There’s a few people here that shouldn’t be around customers. There was literally only one girl really polite she’s tall. I can’t believe how we were treated here. While being here looking at reviews should have read them before coming and getting disappointed.
Crazy to think I gave bww another chance but here is an Update 10/16 they ran out of Mac and cheese and were supposed to return my money. They never did I’m not going to another bww moving forward I will also tell everyone of how bad their service is now. I used to advocate for Buffalo Wild Wings but not no more they’re trash. Wingstop is better!
Management is horrible here takes so long to get seated -when plenty tables are available. These teens running this place took suck like for reals how do they still have a job 1 hr to get seated and waiting 10 mins to get a hey I'll take your order in a few. I had to leave after waiting 1hr 20 mins my kids where starving!
Jesus christ if i could give this zero stars I would. and I urge if you're reading this thing about the same horrible service go on there website and give them the same review through there because this restaurant actually ruined my day. SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT EAT HERE it's so cold in here i was trembling and my fingers were so cold it was so uncomfortable. the music was blasting i couldn't hear anyone 2 feet away from me it was so horrible and it was so overstimulating no other location plays music this loud it's not a damn club it's a restaurant. the host also wrote our name down and crumbled the paper so we didn't get seated and then when she explained she just laughed. i don't know if they make it cold and loud so people would leave quickly because it worked with us and i'm surprised corporate hasn't done anything about this with the hundreds of reviews on here and even on google maps it's just the worst experience i've ever had at a restaurant ever. our server was the only one that was actually efficient and very sweet.
It was too cold. The guy took my order and I waited. He went to the back after a while and brought out some bags. He never handed anything to me. So I’m waiting 10 more minutes. He helps some other customers and then goes to where he put the bags to grab my order after I had been waiting for like 15 minutes now. So I get home taste the wings they’re cold and have a funny after taste to them. I call for refund. Go to Wingstop my order was piping hot and tasty. Never again!!!
I dislike that the waitresses are so male centered. my last straw was asking for some napkins and she hands it to the only male at our table like she did everything else .Every time I hope it’s different but it’s not . This was definitely my last time going there. I had to pay for my birthday wings even though it said free on my app. She said I would have to pay for the whole order . Like excuse me what??????? Yeah last time!
Went in yesterday... Music was extremely loud like a club, music was ok I guess but you're not able to hear anyone talking. Our waiter went on break and nobody told us, someone else was assigned to us after. MY friend had gotten a drink and we had an issue with it, the girl who brought it to us said she will tell our waiter and nobody came to help us. Service sucks here, I'm not sure if short staffed but I doubt it since the bartenders and waiters had enough time to chat and laugh but we couldnt get someone to help our table
The food was good . Service was terrible. I placed and online order with a set pickup time for my lunch break . I get here and had to wait for 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Then iwas told it would be another 20 minutes . The guy doing the pickup counter then goes to lay down in one of the booths ….
When we walked in the door and asked for a table the host acted as if we were a burden. We were sat at the worst table. The sun was setting and was shinning in away my husband and I couldn't see each other. We asked them to lower the shade and we were told they were broken. The table was sticky, the menus were in the holder but they were going every which direction. The table top lamentation was peeling off. The menus were nasty dirty. But the kicker of it all as I was walking to and from the table the carpet was so sticky I kept moving but my shoes wanted to stay behind. I have not been this grossed out at a restaurant in a long time. We didn't stay to eat.

Writing this review as we’re being held hostage waiting for dessert the kids ordered over 40 minutes ago and we’re already charged and paid (including an obligatory 18% gratuity). We’ve been here for 3 hours and service is horrible, it took over 30 minutes to get our beers and we’re only able to 1 refill. There’s 1 awful bartender pictured, that said “I’m too busy to poor beers. Go ask your waitress” Not sure who is an employee or not because no one is in uniform or has nametags and half the staff is standing around outside and in the back. They’ve got a line of people waiting to get in, with plenty of empty tables. Someone at the table went to the restroom and said there was no toilet paper, I went in an hour later and a poor lady said “Is anyone in here, can I have some toilet paper”. Not sure whose personal Spotify is playing but the music selection switched from slow jams to ranchera. Out waitress did as much as she could but the kitchen and bar were so backed up that aside from refilling our soft drinks there wasn’t much she could do. Food was meh and came out so late we couldn’t enjoy it warm. Came in for lunch, ended up staying til dinner, still left hungry. We asked for the manager multiple times, apparently he doesn’t exist? The host said “go ask you waitress” I see they take the time to respond to reviews with some generic response that asks you to go fill out a form about the visit. No, all the info you need about how poorly ran this restaurant is in the reviews. The onus should be placed on the company not the patrons. Do better BWW
Came here with my family to eat for my husbands birthday dinner. When we arrived we where told to wait 5 minutes to be seated i asked if i could get a cup of ice because i am pregnant and was having heat flashes the person seating said okay and walked to a waitress they exchanged words and my ice never came. We get seated and its at a table that was open since we walked in. We sit and are given menus and told we have to wait to 10 minutes to order. It was over 10 minutes we waited when the waitress comes to take our order i asked if they have a kids menu because I usually receive one but this time i didn't. She walks off and brings back a kids menu. We all order and when i order my water i ask for lemons in it. Waitress tells me she can bring me a side of lemons when she brings my drinks . So the drinks come and within 10 minutes one of my kids food comes but the others still isnt out along with ours so now one of my kids is upset her food isnt there and shes trying to eat her sisters food . By the time the rest of the ordered food came my child who got her food early is done. 30+ minute wait for our food and it comes out not even hot . I then look around the table for my lemons to put in my water and realize she never brang them. So i wait until she comes back around . She comes back and asks if everything is okay and i realize she forgot about the lemons. So i say yes but i didnt get the lemons. She just says okay (no my bad or sorry) she walks off and brings back limes. I am confused because i have never asked for lemons and got limes . I am usually told “we don't have lemons only limes” if i would have been told that i would have just said its okay and not had her bring out the limes because i don't like lime water its not the same. My husband got the all you can eat wings… he was on the last 2 wings so he put in another order. 37 minutes later and still no wings. By this point i am extremely frustrated because as i looked around watching everyone else be seated other parties that came in got their kids menu , also got another red menu that showed the details about the all you can eat wings / how it works, and they where given a child seat for their children . I walked in with a party of 4 and 2 of the 4 are children under 5years old. Why i wasn’t given a kids menu is completely mind boggling to me. So i go to speak to the manager who showed no concern for the other issues i brought up and told me that with the all you can eat wings it says that they take longer to come out. Which i wouldn’t know because i wasn’t given a menu about how it works i seen it advertised on the outside before walking in. The waitress told my husband he could remove the all you can eat wings and we could pay and leave because my husband was so fed up with their service he just wanted to go. The manager then said no he would remove a different item that i had no problem with because it was less (all you can eat wings 24.99, item he removed 17.99) with the managers lack of concern with other issues i brang to his attention , I understand why they have so many bad reviews and i learned a valuable lesson to always check reviews before going to a place. This wasn't just a normal dinner , this was my husband’s birthday dinner and I'm saddened by the fact that this is how is birthday dinner went , he wasn't even full when we were leaving. We go out to eat a-lot and never have had an experience as bad as this. His last birthday dinner was at olive garden in the same parking lot and their service was amazing brang him out a flan and sang him happy birthday. This place doesn't care about customer satisfaction only money.
It was 1:30am they close at 2am server told us the kitchen was "closed" and we couldn't eat. Then manager came out and said we can eat. Server was walking around drinking a coke in front of the guest instead of cleaning up the nasty place! Btw yes that's a NAIL on the floor thank God no kids were around. Bathroom disgusting, floors and tables disgusting. Manager really didn't care just told us thank you for the advice. Poor customer service. Wouldnt recommend this location. Needs better management.
Our waiter took our order, but he was so busy paying attention to the table next to us. That he took our order wrong. When we received our order we had to send it back. By the time it came back out, it was wrong AGAIN! We waited for our order, and it was still wrong! We just asked if we could get the sauce on the side. At this point, our food was cold! Our beer cups were so disgusting. When we received the check, we were getting charged for items we never ordered. These are the items we kept sending back. For example, " we ordered the house platter, comes with onion rings, mozzarella sticks, chicken nachos and wings." we order for the nachos to have the pico, salsa and sour cream on the side. The waiter comes back with the house platter nachos are wrong. Plain nachos, no CHICKEN! When I questioned what happened to the chicken, he just ended bringing me the chicken on the side. The wings were dried rub in which we had asked for mango habanero. Once again, that part was wrong. Same for the rest of the order. At this point, I was just over it. To make matters worse. As I'm drinking my beer, I see how disgusting my cup was. At this point, it was not worth complaining. I left my beer halfway. I just couldn't do it. . See the pics half way cup is mine the empty cup was my husband.
Third time dining here, bad service, extremely long waits... today it was exaggerating. Walked in at 5, our server showed up at 5:18, we ordered our drinks quickly. Approximately 15 minutes passed to get 3 regular draft beers. We ordered our appetizers as starters, by the time we received our appetizers it was 6 pm. Ordered another round, another 10mnts. After that the server walked next to us many times, didn’t hear us, didn’t even bother to check our table. We wanted to order our food but after all the long wait we decided to go somewhere else to eat do to the lack of attention. It’s now 6:45pm and we’re waiting on our check.... One more thing I forgot to mention, the sampler cane with nachos, it literally had a pinch of the toppings and maybe a tea spoon of cheese.. I can’t do a new review so I’m adding to previous here. I showed up at 4:45pm and asked for a party of 6-8, I was told there’s a 25-35 mnt wait. There’s 8 tables, 9 booths empty. It’s now 5:15 and we’re told we can’t be seated until most of our party is here. What’s going on with this place? I called the bww number and wasn’t helped because each restaurant has different seating policies....
