Excellent service from the staff, wonderful portions.
Good bar for a meal or tapas, everything is delicious
We had dinner on Saturday, August 16th, and the food was delicious and the service was great. We hope to return.
This restaurant is a magnificent and easily accessible place. The food is spectacular, and the portion sizes are perfect. Most importantly, the people and the service left me speechless. They treated me so well and made me feel like one of the family. It's a restaurant I could go to every day and never get tired of it; it was simply amazing.
With your drink, they already serve you a good tapa with a wide variety, but we still went for the small portions and tried the scrambled eggs with Iberian ham, a touch of paprika that made them even more flavorful. You can't leave without trying them. Iberian pluma, served sliced with salt flakes, was accompanied by homemade fries and roasted red peppers; everything was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. 10 out of 10. And the dessert... spectacular: white chocolate and pistachio cake on a biscuit base, creamy and balanced. David was very friendly, and the place is right in the city center. Definitely a place to return to and one I 100% recommend.
The staff were very friendly and attentive to us, especially since we were on a motorcycle trip, making sure we had a table so we could have a Coca-Cola. The patatas meneadas (fried potatoes) were delicious. They were so kind to us that I drank my first regular Coca-Cola in years because I didn't say anything to them, as they were completely full.
We went for breakfast and they have a great variety of toast. We ordered a Parisian toast and it was very good. The price was a bit high compared to what we're used to in Badajoz; two half-portions, a coffee, and a juice came to €10, but it was worth it. I recommend it!
Nice little bar, great tapas, best Patatas Revueltas in Salamanca
We stopped by by chance for a drink on the terrace, and seeing how good the tapas and pinchos were from those sitting near us, we decided to try them. A great choice. The patatas menéas were delicious, the croquettes were delicious, the meat was top-notch, and the service was friendly and attentive to every detail.
To start, the food was very tasty, but it didn't come with a side dish. We ordered ham croquettes, which were delicious, by the way, Russian salad, and a tomato and mozzarella salad. Both were very good. The service was good but had some flaws. Our waiter, David, was charming. He recommended places to visit and was very attentive. In conclusion, this restaurant is good but has a few flaws.
We went for lunch on a Sunday. Food: We ordered two platters, one chicken and one steak, both hearty. We ate on the terrace. Service: The waiters were very attentive and prompt. Atmosphere: Typical neighborhood bar, small inside but with a spacious terrace. Other information: We didn't have to wait, the toilet was a bit dirty, and there was a hair in the chicken (something that no establishment can afford). After I made the payment, I mentioned it to the waiter so he could take it to the kitchen. He apologized.
I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. We were just there and he literally robbed us. He charged us an outrageous price for a Coke and a beer, treating us differently because we're from the north. It's shameful that there are still such unpleasant people out there. I paid him because I have more manners than him, but I hope he can shove the money he took from us where the sun don't shine.
