Regular visitors but tonight was amazing. Drive thru order was taken by an outstanding young lady with a smile and energy beyond words. Very polite, accurate and bringing a "you can't help but smile" demeanor. Props to Carl's Jr for having Noheny P as a larger than life personality for their customers. Her next iced coffee is on me.

I hardly ever go to Carl’s Jr but decided to stop by yesterday and the girl at the window Maria super nice and gave me my order quick. I also liked that my food was hot the only thing is that I felt like the soda was too flat but I just drank my water.

There was no wait time which often makes me worry that the food won't be fresh. The ace was decently clean. It's fast food. You get what you pay for.

What the hell is going on in the last two weeks during the early morning hours (between 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.) They no longer serve you at the drive-thru because they just tell you they don't have the system and that they'll be back in 10 minutes. If they're not going to provide drive-thru service in the early morning hours, then announcing that it's closed just makes you look stupid.

Placed order online because it says it's open 24 hours and I get a call saying they're closing and that I need to cancel it when I'm unable to and I don't know if im gonna get a refund or anything.

Customer Service from both Karla and Evelyn at the Bell location fell so short of being professional and courteous to a paying customer. My order was wrong and when I called I was immediately given a stand off attitude when asked with whom I was speaking with. Tour Customer Representative answering the phone refused to provide her name and instead hung up. Calling back was useless and Im not the one. So instead I drove and returned food and asked for the manager. Both Karla and Evelyn said they were the 'persons in charge". Yet didnt want to "throw anyone under the bus" and provide names of who I spoke with on the phone. I advised them it could have been handled by phone but because of the staffs unprofessional and incompetent behavior it caused so more work for their fellow coworkers to have to remake my order rather than resolving over phone. Poor service on both your parts Karla and Evelyn. More training needed for the both of you. Hopefully the owner will realize the poor customer service you choose to have and provide and addresses the situation before more customers are lost.

I asked respectfully if they could fry my childs chicken stars well done, first off they ignored my request at the window. Then they gave me the stars like if they were heated up in a microwave. I was not rude in any way so its hard to comprehend why a simple request was to much to ask for.

How to even start.... I took my mom there and it was the worst decision of my life, Maria took our order on a nasty manner, I repeated my order several times her voice and her manners were just lazy rude, when we arrived to to the pick up window it was worse her posture, eye giving lazy rude not wanting to serve or at least give a fake smile, if proof were to be provided I'm pretty sure the video they have would show we were polite as heck, got my order wrong and politely told her, instead of saying my apologies for getting it wrong she gave us attitude as if I ordered wrong after repeatedly stating my order. I don't care spending 1000 on food what I do care is being treated with respect if I'm giving it 1000% even after her last attitude. It was a nasty experience. Felt as if I actually was begging for free food instead of being treated as a customer. And of course I as a son I won't ever forgive the way my mom was treated.

Beware of OVERCHARGING! MENU shows price of a small combo as 7.89 the system charges more I mentioned it to the manager and she refused to honor the menu price. I think she couldn't calculate the difference so I got a refund instead of correct change 🤷🏾‍♀️

Seriously Carl's jr?? Almost $8 for this soda can sized shake? I remember them being much bigger for less last year. This is disappointing, i really feel robbed over this.

Just came from the drive thru right now, my order was taken by Maria m. I’m VERY upset very upset I was charged 0.35 cents for pepper jack cheese and on top of that I was NOT GIVEN that cheese. I was craving it and I paid extra . Disappointed
