Fantastico. Gran bella gente
Stilvolles Ambiente, zuvorkommende Bedienung. Sowohl der Risotto als auch das Fleisch waren ausgezeichnet, die Beilagen genauso.
Accogliente e familiare. Menù caserecci e buona compagnia.
A highly demanded restaurant, we arrive early, around 8am to the walk in line and it took around 10 minutes to get a table. Very kind and polite the service staff. The eggs Benedict were really good, and I enjoyed a lot the bagels. Definitely I recommend both. The restaurant has a nice vibes and very nice design, worth a visit and waiting in the line
The place was very nice and had a welcoming atmosphere. Even though we walked in without a reservation during the holiday season, the wait was only about 40 minutes which was reasonable. The food was absolutely delicious, everything was well prepared and full of flavor. I especially loved the French toast and the waffles 🧇 , both were excellent and definitely worth trying. Overall, a great spot for a satisfying breakfast!
Great brunch spot inside the Bellagio. The atmosphere was pleasant, with large windows overlooking the hotel’s patio, which gives the restaurant a bright and relaxed feel — a refreshing change from many Strip restaurants that sit under harsh neon lighting. The service was efficient and friendly, and the food was excellent. The breads were fresh and outstanding, and everything we ordered at brunch was very tasty. Highly recommended.
I really enjoyed the breakfast here. We got oatmeal - it was topped with fruits, chia seeds & coconut flakes. Avocado toast - it was topped with greens and pickled onion and fresh dried tomatoes, blueberry pancakes. Everything was really good. Capucino's are 9$! But worth it. They even obliged us with a hot chocolate which I couldn't find on there menu! Would go again! The lines are crazy. Reservations are a must and even then you would end up waiting in line. The interiors are just gorgeous. It's a charming place to eat breakfast.
Highly recommend booking a reservation online, it was super easy, and we didn't have to wait at all. There was a long walk-in line and we skipped right past it, which already made the experience start off amazing. We were celebrating my stepmom's birthday, and they brought out a beautiful birthday cake for her (see photo of the cake!). Such a thoughtful touch that made the brunch extra special. Our waiter, Mike, was incredible, very friendly, professional, and even offered to take photos for us. He checked in to make sure we were happy with our order, and genuinely made the experience even better. I ordered the Vegas Breakfast, which was such a great deal, and it came with the Vegas Omelette, Drink & Sides. Everything was delicious. The side of caviar was surprisingly good too, definitely worth adding on.
We had a reservation at 12:45 and we had a show at 2pm. When we showed up there was a huge line for both walkins and reservations. The managers helped us out and seated us very quickly. Then the server rushed our order so that we make it to the show. The food was wonderful. Sticky bun was out of this world. We really appreciated the accommodation. Wonderful service, food, and ambiance
We had a fantastic brunch at Sadelle’s in the Bellagio! We ordered the fried chicken in a honey spicy sauce, scrambled eggs, and the French toast. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served. The standout for us was definitely the French toast – soft, rich, and unlike anything we’ve had before. Truly a must-try dish if you’re here for brunch. Sadelle’s combines great food with a classy atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a relaxed yet memorable meal in Vegas. ⸻ Would you like me to also create a short, catchy one-liner version for Instagram/Google reviews (something quick like “French toast here is a must-try!”)?
We went to Sadelle’s on 5/15 and it was such a magical breakfast! Highly recommend making a reservation. My husband noted we were celebrating my graduation, and they gave us a fantastic table with a stunning view of the botanical gardens. They even surprised me with a strawberry shortcake treat—so thoughtful and delicious. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful (even the bathrooms are gorgeous!). All the staff were kind, attentive, and really made us feel special. The food was incredible—beautifully plated and full of flavor. I had the yogurt parfait loaded with fruit and bacon, while my shortcake surprise was the perfect touch. A truly memorable dining experience—I can’t recommend Sadelle’s enough!
The food here is pretty good…it’s been a minute since we’ve been here but the food stays pretty consistent!! The restaurant is literally next to the Conservatory where the flowers are at and it’s also overlooking the pool. The noise can get a little bit loud but it’s not terrible. The food itself is typical Vegas prices….think $30 per person more or less with coffee/beverage. Our server was also very friendly and attentive and they came by often to check on us. I also love that they leave a jar of coffee on the table so you can fill up coffee without having to flag down the server.
Ottimo cibo casereccio, prezzi ok
Ottima cucina casereccia....attenti a soddisfare i palati più esigenti. ......accoglienza e servizio da nn 5 stelle.....infatti è ....stella alpina...ottimo tutto !!!
We stopped in here for a late breakfast. We were staying at the Bellagio for one night decided we would order some eggs and bacon, and cheese blintzes. The service was great, however, the eggs came out cold. We were so hungry we decided just to keep eating. I think we’ll go back again and give it a try.
4.5 out of 5. The food is amazing, high quality. The servers are kind and want you to have a good experience. The scenery of the conservatory - can’t beat it. The only reason this doesn’t get a 5/5 is that we had a reservation for 8am on a Monday but still waited in line for 20+ mins, while walk ins were seated sporadically ahead of us. The other reason is that the service is slow. This is a good thing (time to enjoy the ambiance, quality food that isn’t product of churn and burn) but it’s bad because it’s hard to get a drink refill and causes those long waits, even with reservations. Tough balance. We went back the next day for lunch so obviously I wasn’t that bothered. I’m being overly critical just to give all the details. Expect a $50-100 breakfast if you have 2-3 people. Worth the visit.
We got the salmon benedict and avocado toast, and both were just okay. The taste wasn't anything special/memorable, and have had much better at less acclaimed/more affordable places. The place is super cute and convenient if you're staying at the Bellagio, though they've given so much dining credits out that it becomes a nightmare just to get around much less eat at this hotel. Overall experience 3.5/5.
This was a very fancy breakfast. It felt like you were in some “Alice in wonderland”setting, and reminded me of an English fine dining restaurant. I had eggs with caviar ($71 extra!) that was tasty but almost imperceptible with the buttery eggs and massive amounts of dill they put in everything. The French toast was amazing, however, as was the sticky bun. A fun place to try if you don’t mind expensive additions.
During my stay at the Bellagio, I had breakfast at Sadelle’s twice because the experience was that good. The first time, I had the classic American breakfast; the second time, I tried the steak and eggs, along with the French toast. The food was cooked to perfection, and I didn’t feel overly full — I almost ordered more! The server who helped us was very kind and attentive, making our experience fantastic. Sadelle’s truly made my stay at the Bellagio worth it, and I’ll definitely be going back.
We were looking forward to eating brunch at Sadelle's at the Bellagio. To reach it, we got to walk thru the stunning Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, which we visited on our last trip here. As we got closer to Sadelle's, we noticed 2 lines ahead that read Walk-ins and the other was Reservations. We went to the Walk-ins line and somehow were seated quicker than the Reservations line. That was fine with us. We were seated at a window table with a view of the pool area. It was very nice! Our server was William G, who was super nice, friendly, attentive and professional. We appreciated him and his service. My daughter ordered the Belgian Waffle and added the blueberries. I had the Scrambled Eggs and Bacon. The cheddar cheese was an add-on. We had the regular coffee with our meals. Service was excellent and the food was good but not outstanding as we have experienced elsewhere. The decor was stylish and beautiful. We found out later that we could've reserved a special Sadelle's seating area inside the Conservatory & Botanical Garden but no one told us about that. That would've been very special. Maybe next trip.
We had a breakfast here during our stay in the hotel. We didn’t make a reservation, and it was a huge line to come in, but we waited less than 5 minutes to be seated. The staff were super friendly, and the food was served fast. We took lattes, a salmon plate with bagel and regular breakfast with sunny side up eggs, hash brown and bacon. Both dishes were to oily. I was surprised to find an olive oil in salmon and fresh vegetables. Overall, we had a good experience in this place, but food and coffee were 4/10 for us.
Beautiful restaurant with amazing attentive courteous staff. The Eggs Benedict Hollandaise sauce was very underwhelming, the bacon was over done that it was so hard and burnt on some parts. The hash brown was bland. The coffee was great though. I will be back to try other food from the menu
Not thrilled. The menu is great with a variety of food, including traditional deli food, such as matzoh ball soup mushroom, barley soup, blintzes, whitefish salad etc. The prices are quite high, but have come to expect that in Vegas, especially at the fancier properties. We were seated fairly quickly two people at a four top and it was very comfortable. It took a while for our server to come over one of us had cheese blintzes, which were a treat, accompanied by maple syrup, brown sugar, and best of all jelly. Companion had over medium eggs with bacon, hashbrowns, and sourdough toast. Both of our plates were really cold. I did not send mine back because I am not a huge fan of really hot food. The over medium eggs were really over easy, the bacon was overly done and the plate was sent back cheerfully and much better. It took a long time to find our server both to get the food cooked correctly and to get a check. Conversation here is really difficult due to the noise level. It has the potential to be an amazing restaurant given the diversity of the menu however, the noise and our poor Serviss today took away from it.
