I have been to one Cheba Hut in the Sawyer Yards, so I had an expedition at this location. Sure enough it was just a good like the other location. You order at the counter, you take your number and cups for drink and they will bring out your food when it is ready. I like the easy to understand sandwich guide at the counter so you have a good picture how big of a sandwich you are ordering. The restroom is clean and handicap accessible with no difficulties. The sandwich I got this time was the Dank, which is like a pizza in a sandwich form, it was really good. If you like a good pepperoni pizza you would like the Dank.

I'm new to Houston Texas never had Cheba Hut before. My server Ms.Kemora customer service overtop. This young lady was very polite and smiling very patient with me. I had the 1 Apollo 13 Nug. It was very delicious the Greek sauce was amazing. Thank you so much truly appreciate you Ms. Kemora see you soon.

Please give this place a try its so good. A friend recommended it to me and I have been going back since. I l LOOOOOVE the whitewidow with honey sriracha. PowerPoint is good too but more a healthy vibe. Cookies are insanely yummy so are the teas. Just go here inside is nice to sit and enjoy the restroom was clean. They have a bar area and cute little games/ puzzles

Decided to give it a try today since I’ve been craving a sub and zero regrets! It was delicious flavored and amazing. It’s a bit in the pricy side but everything was very fresh. Staff were very helpful and I was in and out in less than 15minutes. Would 100% go back for a quick eat. I got the Chicken bacon ranch added some black olives and it was filled with every bite.

Really cool place; everyone is friendly, the atmosphere is great! My order took very little time. The ordered the Chronic Pinner, French onion soup, & KGB sandwich! 🥪 overall so great! I recommend this sandwich spot; plus I learned they have these nights such as game, movie nights etc, come check them out!

My son and daughter-in-law treated me to Cheba Hut during the recent power outages. That sandwich was the only light I needed in that moment. Named AK-47, it blew my taste buds away with absolute deliciousness! The motif is niche and pulled off perfectly by the easily recognizable decor. The service was exceptional, the food arrived fast, and it was filling. Definitely worth every penny spent. As an aside, almost any sandwich served on garlic bread is a good one. However, the aroma of garlic wafting off my sandwich at Cheba Hut made my mouth water with anticipation…and it did not disappoint. Cheba Hut for me has been like a Lays Potato Chip: I haven’t been able to eat just one! 😝

Had an amazing experience at Cheba Hut in Houston! Tried the Italian sub and the White Widow sub, both delicious. The garlic cheese bread was a hit too. The service was fantastic, and the place has a clean and awesome vibe from the moment you walk in. The full bar adds to the great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

What a fun place and every sandwich I've tried is delicious. Love the fun artwork in the main dining room and the cool bathroom tiles and wallpaper. I can definitely see myself stopping by regularly for a sandwich and boozy drink. I saw that they also have kool-aid but didn't get a chance to try it. For sure, next time!! The service was phenomenal as well. And did you know??? You can buy any of the good looking plants there. Those were some of the best looking plants I've ever seen. You just scan the QR code, make your payment, and take that baby home with you. What else do you need in life? Awesome sandwiches, yummy drinks, cool friends throughout the place, beautiful plants, and a nice, clean restroom. I could probably live there.

This food is really delicious I appreciate the freshness of it. I will say that promoting the lean kind of offends me, ( I know it seems cool when you're in the suburbs or places that it doesn't affect) but I personally know people who have been deeply hurt by lean. It would be like someone misgendering the owner of this deli since they're very sensitive about their gender and have battles with it daily, that's how we feel about lean in my community. Other than that keep up the sweet sandwich making and we appreciate the freshness.

I’ve been to several Cheba Hut locations, and while I love the brand, this newer location isn’t quite on par with the others yet. The service here is noticeably slower, and the food is a little inconsistent compared to what I’ve had at other spots. That said, I keep coming back for the Not’chos my absolute favorite! They’re loaded with melted cheddar cheese, jalapeños, onions, black olives, hot sauce, and ranch, all on a bed of nacho cheese Doritos. I skip the chicken, but you can add it if you want. It’s ridiculously good. Also, bonus points for having Kool-Aid on the menu such a nostalgic and fun touch. Hoping this location gets dialed in a bit more over time, because the vibe and menu are still solid.

Loved this new age sandwich shop that serves hot subs in a very cool style and atmosphere. The attached bar and outside seating is outstanding idea. Loved all the interesting art work in the shop. What we loved even more is the cool idea of showcasing and selling the plants. As plant parents we absolutely loved it and it was so easy to pick up one of those babies and scan the we code for payment and be done!! While I highly recommend this place I have to watch myself as I end up with more plants every time we visit. Not easy on the space in my apartment or on my pocket :)

I wish I could leave a better review because the food and service is good. I picked up an order yesterday 1-30-2026 around lunch time. While eating my tuna melt, I bit into a hard piece of black plastic that was mixed in my sandwich. I attempted to call the store multiple times so they could check their ingredients for further contamination but no one picked up, so I left a voicemail but never received a call back. This was my 2nd visit to Cheba hut and I drove 25 minutes on my lunch break to get there. To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement.
