The place inside is really nice and spotless. The restaurant is very well organized. The service was very quick and friendly. I got a large bowl of #2 all steak. The steak was tender and cooked perfectly in the broth. The noodles were also great, and the flavor of the broth on its own was outstanding. They have the typical sauces you can add on the side. Very generous portion of bean sprouts, jalapeños, etc. **If you get the large bowl of pho make sure to get extra noodles trust me.** For $13 plus tip. It was a great spot to stop by for lunch. Try it out! Can't wait to go back again.

Dipping Tiger Pho: A Flavorful Journey If you’re on the hunt for a pho experience that stands out, and the taste of Northern VN pho. Dipping Tiger Pho delivers on every level. From the moment you step in, the atmosphere feels warm and inviting, a perfect blend of casual comfort and modern flair. But the real magic behind when the pho arrives. The broth is the star here – rich, aromatic, and deeply flavorful. It strikes that perfect balance between savory and slightly sweet, with layers of spices that make every sip a delight. The meat and noodles are fresh, tenders and perfectly cooked, with the accompanying herbs adding brightness to the dish. The staff are attentive , sweet and knowledgeable, ready to guide you through the menu if you’re unsure where to start. The décor is tasteful, with a modern edge that doesn’t lose touch with the cozy, traditional vibe you’d hope for in a pho spot. Dipping Tiger Pho is more than just a meal – it’s an experience. Whether you’re a pho enthusiast or a first-timer, you’ll leave feeling satisfied and eager to return. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates great food and ca touch of creativity.

If you're a pho lover like me, Dipping Tiger is a must-visit! This new spot in Houston has quickly become a favorite of mine, and I’ll definitely be coming back. The first thing that caught my eye was the unique and beautiful interior. Instead of the usual Vietnamese décor, the vibe here feels like stepping into old Saigon’s Chinatown, which really adds to the experience. The beef pho is delicious and easy to enjoy, even if you’re not into the traditional Hanoi style. The broth is flavorful and comforting, making it perfect for anyone. Everything here is done with such care, from the spotless environment to the little details like the water glasses and high-quality sauces. And the best part? The prices are super reasonable, especially for the Bellaire area. On top of all that, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’d happily give Dipping Tiger a 10/10 and can’t wait to go back!

The pho here is delicious! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu but you have to get the handmade rice noodles. The broth is very rich and they don’t skimp out on any of the meat! My go to has been the satay beef. It was my favorite as a kid and I finally found a place that makes it just as good as I remember it!

A place for the pho lover - 16 pho/noodle options. Two sized bowl options - medium $10.50 and large $11.50. Can order extra rare steak, meatballs, noodle etc to share per table. Simple menu, fast service, delicious broth base, quality ingredients, reasonably priced, and contemporary ambiance. Soup base tips: I like a fragrant, elegant touch, so added plenty of lime juice, steamed beanspouts (though less crunchy than raw bean sprouts, it has a sweeter note) and shredded mint to the pho base. For those who prefer a spicy-richer base, can add sriracha, hoisin sauce and a slice of jalapeño.

This pho place is a hidden gem with broth that is incredibly flavorful, and the meat and noodles complement it perfectly. However, I have to take off a star because the portions of meat are on the smaller side unless you opt to add extra for extra $, which slightly diminishes the experience. On the bright side, the prices here are very reasonable, especially when compared to similar spots in the Viet town area of Bellaire, making it a great value for what you get. The atmosphere is also a pleasant surprise, blending a street-style vibe with modern touches that create a comfortable and inviting setting. However, it’s kind of dim inside. Also, there seems to be only one person working both the tables and the front, which can make the service feel a bit slow at times. Despite this, I’ll definitely be returning, as the overall experience is worth it.

Best dish and hot pot combo ever so far! Wow just wow! I love the flavor and the taste are so good, super nice friendly staff, the quality of the meat are the best in town. Unique concept with Hong Kong street food style. We orders #3 pot which is beef tender pot, so good. Recommended this best place!

Great Pho. Great Atmosphere. Really easy to miss. The location is next to my other favorites but when this opened up I had to try it after seeing great comments in the FB group. Its really good, clean bowl of Pho.

Finally got to try Jack’s latest addition to his very successful series of restaurants. I am a big fan of the Lamb pot 枝竹羊腩煲 So I ordered one for myself! Great presentation of a heavy duty cast iron pot. The aromatic & color is on point! The lamb pieces are cooked to perfection! However the best part is the sauce! For those who cook, unless the sauce can be purchased, to create one takes the right ingredients & time. To me, the $36 per pot is justified if you are a true foodie! I ordered the “fat” beef & some vege to finish my wonderful lunch! Can’t wait to come back with friends to try the other signature “Pot”Dishes & fine meats! Great job Chef Jack! You did it again!

I came here several times before. Honestly I gotta say it's one of the most traditional and authentic Pho in Houston (I've tried many!). I recommend ordering the Special Pho with a Quay and a bowl of egg. I also tried Hu Tieu Sa Te, also very good compared to what I had in Saigon.

Absolutely love this place! 5/5 overall! It offers a contemporary taste of Hong Kong style hotpot. The service was impeccable, and the spicy chicken pot was a highlight. The chicken is very juicy and flavorful! For a unique hotpot experience beyond Sichuan, this is a must-try! Highly recommended.

Such a pretty place to enjoy your bowl of phở 🫶🏻 I really love the vibes and decorations here. They remind me of the 90s. The phở broth is rich and savoury. I got the medium bowl and there was enough meat and noodles for me as a girl. Highly recommend and please come support them!

One sip of their pho broth and you can tell that it has been simmered to perfection. Broth is super flavorful and rich. Their portion for extras are enough compared to other places. Def recommend the tendon (gan).

I got the #3 and it was delicious! One of the best pho’s I’ve ever had. Get the handmade rice noodles they were amazing. This is definitely going to be my new go to for Beef pho. The egg rolls were good too.

I was a little skeptical before going to this place because it looks modern and like any other traditional pho place. But I was amazed by the food. Their “Pho dac biet” is so good and the portion is big. The price is surprisingly cheaper than other authentic restaurants. This place is definitely worth trying.

This new place is nicely styled inside with your own hotplate on table. Service was good, but wish service was a little more forthcoming with how long to cook the noodles, we had it at level 15, it started boiling but the noodles needed another 4-5 minutes more than we thought. Once they were cooked in the broth, so flavorful and easier to eat. The smashed cucumber starter was delicious. We got the chicken and ginger garlic hot pot. Beware, there are bones in the chicken, but really delicious. A solid 8 out of 10 of enjoyment. Just wish we had had more guidance on the meal.

My friend and I are always on the lookout for new pho spots in Bellaire, so we checked this one out after work. The pho was actually really good! Super flavorful, and we loved all the scallions. The only thing that brought it down to 4 stars was how hot it was inside. Since we were the only ones there, we wondered if the AC was off? We ended up sweating through our meal and had to leave pretty quickly.

🍲 Food is very delicious, (thanks to the amazing chef) but the Hispanic/Asian waitress keeps interrupting me every 3-5 minutes, when I’m minding my own business, trying to enjoy my food every time I come here to give them business. I am not the type to try and ruin someone’s day, but I’m not going to let somebody ruin my day either. She is unapologetically rude. I don’t know what her problem is? She doesn’t do that to the other customers at the table when I’m there. They need to hire a better waitress who actually treats ALL customers with respect and ( give them time to eat) and not so much on their own appearance. I’m not coming back for a while. I am done with her immaturity.
