Habibi Grill Bellevue Reviews
I couldn't believe my luck when I tasted their food. I've visited many times with consistently good service. I appreciated the plating creativity but not the salt level. This place created an otherworldly ambiance! I left this place satisfied.
A big fan of this halal truck! Affordable prices and delicious food. Very popular with the college students
Best fish over rice plate in the city. Most underrated halal cart in the city. Late night food blessing.
Got 4 plates as we were driving home. It’s pretty standard halal cart for $9. Not sure if that’s $ but it was good while we were hungry and wanted a cheap place to eat.
Great food at an affordable price. At huge potions with a canned soda at $9. Definitely recommend the lamb with rice or gyro. Easy access right by the 6 train off of Park Ave S. Also a very nice guy too to stop by and have a quick chat.
Great food the combo plates are very filling and $9 with a can soda or 500ml water. The gyros are also great to eat on the walk. Very nice guy too, always pay a visit to him when I’m in the area.
Their Chicken and Lamb over rice was delicious. The rice to meat ratio was really good. Sometimes the staff would give you some fries and a falafel with your rice order. There's usually a line during lunch time but the line moves fairly quickly. Very convenient location, it's a few steps just outside 23rd ST on the 6 train station.
Updated review: It seems like Habibi's has made some improvements the portions are really good and employees don't freak out if you ask them to correct something in the order. Food taste and looks fresh. Old review: Gave me less positions and when asked about it he said that I had to pay extra $ to get more. The gyro itself made me feel like crap after eating. Won’t be coming here anymore. They do not care about their customers nor the freshness of their food.
I don't know what goes on at this restaurant but sending out good food or even what is ordered is not it. I only do delivery and really could not believe my eyes on several occasions when I opened the container and it got worse by tasting it. Yes. Got my refunds but who has time for that when you're hungry. Never, ever again. Wow!
Do not come here. I ordered cortado and asked for ceramic cup and the girl who makes drinks had such awful and rude attitude saying they can give only paper cup. There was no need to be so rude. Completely ruined my mood and day. NY has become an awful place when it comes to service. Very sad
i do not recommend the chicken looked and tasted a week old and i would never get it again
I ate it and the chicken was mushy and tasted old. I went to get brunch chicken over rice and it really wasn't the best. I asked him for a little more chicken and he just kept saying $2 $2 $2, he sounded so money hungry for no reason. I hated it, the food, the service, the quality. never, coming, back, EVER!
I go to Baruch, first time trying it. Absolutely trash. Don’t even waste your time/money. The rice is trash. The chicken has bones/tendons in it. Just an absolute disaster of a place. Please don’t go here. This is your warning.
I didn’t get the food but I’m here to say that the person working there was very rude. I decided to ask him what he recommends, and Instead of answering me, he acts frustrated and says I’m wasting his time. Okay, but it takes 3 seconds to answer that, you could’ve used that time to answer my question rather than saying that, and there is only one other person in the line. I then told him I’ll decide and to take the next customer, he tells that person I’m a joke. If it’s really that personal why do you even have this job, you can lose money if you’re going to be this rude to others. At that point I didn’t want his food so I decided to leave and again he does some sort of grunt. Don’t expect me to come back, please go on and continue driving other people away with this attitude. 1 star is too nice for the service, he deserves 0 stars.
Sorry to say this, but this place needs changes ASAP. The food was good. I used to love it and like it, but definitely something is going on Chicken burn or with a weir taste The fries sometimes are undercooked or burn The atencion of the guys is really bad I understand that sometimes they are busy o people has problems but if you are working in a place like this you should be kind and polite I ask the guy if he has a Philly cheese, and he says no!! I asked if he had a cheese burger, and he said no ok. Then I asked for wings, and he completely ignored me just because I'm in a wheelchair I understand that many homeless or some people on a street condition abuse, but come on. Just to see if how bad was the atention I told my brother to go and ask if he have the same items I try to order and just the Philly wanst on the menu I feel disappointed and sad how people change in this times.
Ridiculous, I bought a chicken over rice around 9pm and the skinny dude charged me $9 when it should be $8. (The chubby dude was nice, but not this skinny dude). I thought they raised the price so I didn't ask, until I saw another person commenting that this dude will scam your money. Don't buy from them unless you want your money to be scammed.
Tried to buy today and wanted the bread cut up instead of rice. First he said $7 and then he said $8 and then when I asked why he increased, he turned his back to me and didn’t want to sell to me. I regularly buy his chicken and rice for $6 and to day he increased the price without any reason. He has lost a loyal customer and too bad the regular guy I buy from wasn’t there…instead a teenager who was outright rude.
