I’m in love with this place. Tentative staff. Quick service. And everything was amazing! We got the sample appetizer, spinokopita, and calamari. We also got the Kofefe for dessert. Wow. They use disposable plates, silverware and glasses which is a nice change of pace. It’s a cute establishment, nothing fancy but great food.
I haven't found a place that makes baklava as good as this place! After spending time in Kurdistan, I was happy to learn these guys are Kurdish! The food there was amazing and I am glad we discovered this place! We will definitely be coming back.

This is such an amazing place, my coworker came up to me saying to the whole staff that we need to try this place! So I took my coworkers word, and tried this place out! The owner is very genuine and generous! The service is very lovely, great for small and big portions. This is some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. Very good product, food taste very healthy, nutritional, and makes me happy!? :)

My husband and I stopped at The Mediterranean Table for an early dinner on a Pittsburgh food crawl we made for date night. We were blown away by the quality of the food and even more so the caliber of the service. The gentleman who waited on us was so kind and accommodating. We shared a lamb shish kebab entree and Kunefe, both were very delicious.
Best Mediterranean food in Pittsburgh, hands down. I’ve frequented this restaurant for the past few months, and I must say the quality of food and service are top-notch (shoutout to Walat!) The chicken gyro wrap is incredibly juicy and flavorful. The vegatable kebab has amazing sweetness from the bell peppers and sweet potatoes. A must try if you’re ever visiting Pittsburgh.

There are many Mediterranean places in the area, but we were excited to try this new place (new to us anyway) and I’m glad we did! The food was really good and the service was warm and welcoming. I got the vegetable kebab. The veggies were flavorful, the rice was perfect and it comes with salad with yummy pickled cabbage. My mom got the lentil soup and it was also very flavorful, with a delicious surprising hint of mint. Real cinnamon sticks in the hot herbal teas was a nice touch. It would be a nice improvement if they used dishes and silverware, but for a tiny casual place, it did have a cozy friendly vibe. It was pretty busy when we went there on a Monday evening.
The Mediterrean Table is a great little hole-in-the-wall located in the Squirrel Hill area of Pittsburgh. The food was excellent; the rice was delicious not to mention the lamb. It was also incredibly fast: it was about five minutes from order to eating. We would definitely return again!

I stopped into Mediterranean Table and honestly it was the best Mediterranean food I’ve had in the city. I’ve been coming here weekly. The flavors were super fresh, perfectly seasoned, and everything tasted like it was made with real care. The owner was incredibly welcoming too. You can tell he takes pride in his food and wants everyone who walks in to feel at home. Great service, amazing food, and an overall awesome experience.
Stopped by for an early dinner after reading the reviews, and they absolutely did not disappoint! The falafel was perfectly crunchy on the outside and flavorful inside. I honestly couldn’t tell you what was better, the lamb shish kabob, chicken adana, or lamb adana! Even the salad, rice, and pita were great. But the real kicker? Such lovely service! So so kind and made us feel like we belonged. We’ll definitely be back!

The food and everything in this restaurant is superb, the food is flavorful, it’s spiced well. The people who own the restaurant are extremely friendly and are very gracious. They give you full portions. I’m usually very picky with Mediterranean food. This place is delicious. Their tea is one of my favourite places as of yet. The warm combination of cardamom and cinnamon with the black tea makes you feel so happy. 10/10 would come back again
We tried Adana Kebap, chicken gyro and kunefe here. Service is great, tastes real nice, staff is real friendly. Portions are generous and I think price is right.
This place is a 6/5! I got the mixed adana entree and the lamb and chicken were extremely juicy and flavorful, possibly the best kebabs I’ve ever had. The portion size was great for $18 and the side of fries were fresh and crispy. The staff member (maybe the owner) took great care of us and was very kind. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a friendly experience and a delicious meal.

Not only is the food EXCEPTIONAL, but Walad is a true gem. Every time, he shows the utmost hospitality, treating every customer like a close friend. You can truly tell just how passionate he is about the food and his customers’ experience. We love the food, but we also go to see Walad! Very grateful to have found this place and would recommend it to anyone!
This place is special. Not only is the food amazing, but they also treat you like family. I wasn’t sure what to get, so i tried an appetizer and meat sampler. Everything was fresh and delicious. The meat had amazing flavor and was perfectly cooked. It’s not easy to make grilled chicken not dry, most places get it wrong, but not here. The kunefe was insane! If i lived nearby, i would be here at least once a week!
Best food in town! Honestly compared to a lot of places in the city, this establishment tops even the high-end restaurants. Super friendly people with the best food around! The atmosphere is a really nice complement.
Excellent 👌 food if you are looking for a Mediterranean meal. Did not disappoint. We had small kids with us and they tried the lentil soup and falafel for the first time and loved it. Service was great too and they gave us a baklava for free on the way home.
Truly one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we’ve had in a while. Something about servers who go out of their way to engage with their tables beyond a surface level truly elevates the whole experience. The food is incredible as well - incredibly fresh, flavorful and delicious. It was our first time here and we will absolutely be back. Popped in here for lunch and it was great! We decided to dine in and there’s a few tables inside, but take out is also an option. Service was very welcoming and friendly. We started work the dolmas, which were fresh and tasty. For entrees, we got the the chicken kebab and the lamb kebab wrap. Everything was delicious and came out nice and hot. Sauces are all made in house. Got a pistachio baklava to go. Will definitely be eating here again!
I stopped here for an early dinner yesterday and everything was wonderful! The staff who took care of us were really friendly and attentive. The presentation of the food was well done and the food itself was incredible! Everything was fresh and full of flavor. It’s some of the best hummus we’ve had in Pittsburgh, and the rice was unlike any I’ve had elsewhere. The teas and coffees don’t disappoint either. Definitely recommend stopping to give it a try!
Ordered from DoorDash. The Lamb kabab was so hard and dry that I’m having trouble to pick it up with my fork! Chicken is a bit better but not much flavor as well. Salad was good but very small portion.
