We had a great experience at this sizzler. There is a world of difference between this sizzler and others I've been to in los angeles. Really recommend it. It feels cozy, food is of better quality and service feels almost personalized.

I only had the Salad bar but it had a huge variety and also very fresh. This is by far the best looking well kept Sizzler I have been in. The owner of this establishment is doing it all right and I think every sizzler should go by what this owner is doing!! As long as you don't change anything or do any type of cut backs that will throw things in the wrong direction then you should be very successful for years to come. That's usually what happens with good establishments, they lure all their customers in and then once they have them they start cut backs and things go down hill for the worse. Keep up the good work to the owner and staff!!!

The salad bar here is by far the freshest and best I’ve seen at any Sizzler location. When I complimented Aileen, she humbly gave credit not only to the company but also to her GM showing her true team-first and customer-first attitude. That kind of leadership and gratitude really shines through in the atmosphere of this location. It’s rare to see this level of professionalism, warmth, and pride in service. Aileen made me feel like a valued guest, and I’ll definitely be returning. This Sizzler location is lucky to have her!

Coming here for an early dinner around 4:30 pm was a nice and relaxing time just before the dinner rush started to slowly pick up. I love the salad bar with their fresh and tasty salad fixings, various dressings, fried chicken wings, spaghetti with marinara and meatballs, great soups, potato wedges, and ingredients to make your own tacos, and don't forget to leave room for the yummy dessert area. Cheese toast! The regular menu items are great as well, with chicken, shrimp, steak and lobster, many drinks. A fantastic feast for everyone. Staff at the front and servers were nice and efficient.

Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! The best in LA in my opinion. I’m closer to the Carson Sizzler, but I always come to the Bellflower location because the food is the freshest and the best. They also have some of the best food selection’s I’ve seen of any sizzlers. Love the dessert options too. Always fresh brownies and new flavors of mousse like oreo and chocolate!!! Come here before anywhere else. And shout out to Marcos, our server, he was so kind and helpful and very attentive. My family and I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and, let me tell you, they have improved. As you can see from my video, there is plenty of parking, so finding a spot shouldn't be an issue. We arrived at 1 pm with a party of 11. The total cost was approximately $280, and we were seated promptly. We were there to celebrate my birthday, and it was heartwarming to see other families doing the same. My family enjoys the unlimited salad bar option; it's their favorite. So it's no surprise that most of them ordered that. My uncle opted for the "Shrimp, Shrimp, Shrimp," while I, the birthday boy, ordered the steak and lobster plate. Their soup and salad bar looked clean and fresh; my family thought it was delicious. My steak was cooked medium well, just as I asked, and the lobster was delicious—compliments to the chef. The restaurant manager, Aileen, came to our table asking how our service was. It was nice to see that this restaurant's management cares about their customers' experiences. I ordered a steak & Malibu chicken and a St. Louis-style BBQ Ribs Half Rack to go for other family members who couldn't arrive due to work. Overall, this is my favorite Sizzler to go to, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is near the neighborhood.

The salad bar is pretty fresh and good here. Better than some other locations for sure. This use to be one that had cornbread but haven't seen it in last couple of trips. The fried chicken wings are delicious! Service was great as well. Clam chowder hit and miss but overall good.

The atmosphere at this Sizzler location is nice overall, and the location itself is good and easy to find. The restaurant felt welcoming, and even though we visited during the week, I believe it was a Tuesday, it was surprisingly fairly crowded. It was not packed, but it was definitely busy, which speaks to its popularity. Parking is a bit awkward. The lot is shaped almost like a backwards L or an upside down seven, as it slopes upward and to the right. It is fairly narrow, which can make getting in and out a little difficult. Once you are in, there is one way in and one way out. On a positive note, the location is wheelchair accessible. Where this location fell short for me was the service setup. At the time we visited, it appeared there was only one waitress working. Unlike most restaurants and unlike other Sizzler locations I have been to, this location does not have a self serve drink station. If you want a refill, you have to ask the waitress. The same applies to everything else. If you need an extra plate, fork, spoon, napkins, a straw, or a soup bowl, you have to ask the waitress for it. Nothing is readily available to guests. At first, I honestly thought they were trying to regulate how much food people were taking, since other Sizzler locations allow guests to grab their own plates and bowls at the salad bar. My mom asked the waitress about it, and she explained that when this location was built, they never designed space for plates and bowls, which I found very strange. While I understand the explanation, it does not change the experience. When you have one waitress and roughly thirty people in the restaurant, having to wait just to get basic items becomes frustrating and inconvenient. Compared to other Sizzler locations where drinks, plates, and utensils are easily accessible, this setup took away from what could have been a much smoother dining experience. Overall, the atmosphere and food were good, but the lack of self serve options and limited staffing made this visit less enjoyable than other Sizzler locations I have visited.

Went here with our grandma cause she loves the place. Even she was disappointed this time. Cost 80 dollars for 2 kids 1 elder and 1 adult for a salad bar.....

Here is my 1st time experience coming here, there is a total of 5 of us.. I was ordering my wife and I our food, as I was about to step away I noticed that there was only 1 plate for the salad bar. I told her I ordered 2 salad bars with 1 being $10 with the purchase of my entree. She said she didn’t hear me and told her exactly what I said originally.. Ok fine I’ll let it go. While waiting for my entree the lady asked if we were doing ok and I said I haven’t received my chicken club sandwich, she asked for my receipt. I said you had taken the small one after we sat down and you confirmed everyone’s order with me. She replied with I need to see your long receipt, I handed it to her. Soon my food came out and had onions, I said there isn’t supposed to be onions. They had taken to fix it and brought it back good. After a while of eating my mother in law found hair in her soup. And the lady was apparently was having a bit of attitude with my mother in law. Everything was in Spanish and my wife had mentioned it to me. I don’t want to come back, if staff don’t want to be respectful then to me your food is trash. Especially with hair in it.

My waiter was a heavy set Latino Male on 2 occasions. His name starts with an M and he works the window ( booth ) section. He's Hispanic and I'm African American. It's unfortunate but some treat others different when they're NOT the same ethnicity, as they are. SAD but TRUE! His service was not welcoming or inviting-At all. I felt like he had something personal against me after my first interaction with him. His energy towards me was so unwelcoming. I went back recently and was hoping I would have a different waiter but I had the same waiter. He served me some cold, stale, hard, burnt looking and tasting cheese toast. I had to ask him for some fresh toast that was not burnt-SEE PHOTOS. Again, his service was NOT inviting at all. When he realized that I noticed how he was treating me verses other customers he tried to over compensate, which was so passive aggressive and obvious. Also, I didn't like how the cashier was putting pressure on paying customers to leave a tip. I paid for my food with a credit card. Next she asked me if I wanted CASH BACK to TIP MY SERVER. Unbelievable! Customers are patronizing their business by paying for their food. Leaving a tip should be optional based on the service that one receives not coerced or pressured. So UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
