We had lunch here with a family group of 12, including 4 kids, and our server, Marcos, was absolutely amazing! Managing a large table isn’t easy, but he handled everything with ease. He was extremely friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Marcos truly went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Thank you, Marcos and Aileen, for making our visit exceptional. We’ll definitely be coming back because of your outstanding service!

I know I should talk about the food (the food was lovely) but I really have to say give grace to Marcos. Marcos was helping my daughter and I at our table. He was very kind, and considerate. I can tell he works very hard here. He regularly checked in, brought us what we needed. While waiting for our food, I see him walking throughout the restaurant making sure all his customers were taken care of. I can tell he puts a lot of heart into working with his customers. I can tell he puts a lot of work into his job. The food here is delicious and my daughter and I were here last week as well. The staff are amazing, but Marcos really went above and beyond today and I think he should receive recognition for his efforts. Marcos, if you see this, thank you for being so wonderful and gracious to my daughter and I! Your hard work is not unnoticed by your customers! Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! The best in LA in my opinion. I’m closer to the Carson Sizzler, but I always come to the Bellflower location because the food is the freshest and the best. They also have some of the best food selection’s I’ve seen of any sizzlers. Love the dessert options too. Always fresh brownies and new flavors of mousse like oreo and chocolate!!! Come here before anywhere else. And shout out to Marcos, our server, he was so kind and helpful and very attentive. Also thanks to Aileen (the assistant manager) she was kind and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our food. Thanks for another wonderful family meal. We’ll be back for years to come.

Great customer service by Aileen greeted me and help with menu options, Alexia and Rosy were always checking on us for our needs as far as the all you can salad bar. The salad bar was fresh and had a great presentation. Thank you For enjoying your job and making us happy with your services

Honestly didn't know any of these places were still around but saw there was one local and it did not disappoint! Excellent steak, super hot crispy shrimps, salad bar just as good as I remember. Not cheap but well worth it. Keeping it in the rotation for sure! Highly recommend!

My family and I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and, let me tell you, they have improved. As you can see from my video, there is plenty of parking, so finding a spot shouldn't be an issue. We arrived at 1 pm with a party of 11. The total cost was approximately $280, and we were seated promptly. We were there to celebrate my birthday, and it was heartwarming to see other families doing the same. My family enjoys the unlimited salad bar option; it's their favorite. So it's no surprise that most of them ordered that. My uncle opted for the "Shrimp, Shrimp, Shrimp," while I, the birthday boy, ordered the steak and lobster plate. Their soup and salad bar looked clean and fresh; my family thought it was delicious. My steak was cooked medium well, just as I asked, and the lobster was delicious—compliments to the chef. The restaurant manager, Aileen, came to our table asking how our service was. It was nice to see that this restaurant's management cares about their customers' experiences. I ordered a steak & Malibu chicken and a St. Louis-style BBQ Ribs Half Rack to go for other family members who couldn't arrive due to work. Overall, this is my favorite Sizzler to go to, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is near the neighborhood.

My waiter was a heavy set Latino Male on 2 occasions. His name starts with an M and he works the window ( booth ) section. He's Hispanic and I'm African American. It's unfortunate but some treat others different when they're NOT the same ethnicity, as they are. SAD but TRUE! His service was not welcoming or inviting-At all. I felt like he had something personal against me after my first interaction with him. His energy towards me was so unwelcoming. I went back recently and was hoping I would have a different waiter but I had the same waiter. He served me some cold, stale, hard, burnt looking and tasting cheese toast. I had to ask him for some fresh toast that was not burnt-SEE PHOTOS. Again, his service was NOT inviting at all. When he realized that I noticed how he was treating me verses other customers he tried to over compensate, which was so passive aggressive and obvious. Also, I didn't like how the cashier was putting pressure on paying customers to leave a tip. I paid for my food with a credit card. Next she asked me if I wanted CASH BACK to TIP MY SERVER. Unbelievable! Customers are patronizing their business by paying for their food. Leaving a tip should be optional based on the service that one receives not coerced or pressured. So UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
