Very welcoming and the food was good. Our waitress, was a dear and a blessing. I think her name was Taty, she was attentive and aware during our dine in and took care of us. Without having to ask, it’s as if she had perfect timing and could read the room. On top of that, the drinks were good. They’re doing their thing at this Applebees for sure. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

We host a few organizational meetings here at night we sit on the side with the larger tables since we are usually a midsize group. The hostess sits us right away, the waiter Joe was attentive and friendly. The food is a good price point for us we appreciate the good service!

Restaurant was open for walk-ins, no wait on a Monday night. Jessica our server was awesome and nice. Restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating to keep social distancing. Food was good, served hot and fast, tasty and enjoyable. They don't have physical copies of menus but you scan a QR code instead, to view the menu on your phone, which I love to minimize the spread of germs and saves on paper. Utensils come paired in a sleeve, also good to minimize the spread of germs. I left my phone at the restaurant and I called to check if someone found it. The manager George was very nice, had me describe my phone and held it for me.

My go to location for celebrations and after-parties. Our friendly waitress took all 18 of my party's orders and did not mess up a single one. Not even a drink. At the end, the machine to split checks was being problematic, but the waitress and the manager calmly handled the situation with impressive diligence and all of our orders were split appropriately (I guess they're used to it). Overall, a visit is always a great time and the various food options can suit nearly anyone's preference.

Exactly what my family and I love. It was a really calm and welcoming environment, the food was amazing, and the service was outstanding. The drinks could've been a bit stronger, but it was still good enough to taste. We'll definitely be visiting again

We sat in Joe’s section, he was very nice and had great recommendations. I rated everything 4stars but put it together & it's a SOLID 5 STARS A WIDE MENU. A NICE CROWD. Fun to eat at the bar or grab a quick lunch. Salads, Burgers, appetizers... a lot better than fast food at a not much higher price. It's fast& easy lunch. I rediscovered Applebee's recently& I am very glad I did.

Kimberly was attentive, replenishing our beverages before asked and if not, then in a timely manner when we did. Removing the empty glass before setting down the new beverage. Checked on us continuously to ensure everything was to our liking, yet did so in a manner and timeliness that was pleasurable. Not overly so.

Let me start by introducing myself.. I have 0 problems with this location .. I’m definitely some goofy slacker but I gotta tell you I ain’t that kind of guy who would daily stop once or twice a week to eat in , but this Applebee’s really has blessed me beyond words. I personally think the two servers .. Kathy Arnold and Kimberly B are beyond the best staff I’ve ever seen .. always warm and genuine souls. They always make me feel like home and always give me the best service, there’s not one time in my life I’ve had any bad experience Every chance I get served by them , it’s such a breathtaking.. so therefore no Kathy and no Kimberly , no Applebees for me. First time at this exact Applebee's. Met up with friends after a horrible experience at Jones Beach theater and we were all really hungry. Could not decide between actual entrees and 1/2 price appetizers so we halved the difference between us 4. Ordered the 2 for $25 meal deal & 2 extra appetizers, then split everything. We finished everything and left sated. Personally liked the chicken quesadilla best. Nice server who was moving enough I did not catch the name on his badge. Appreciated they were open past midnight. Would go again when in the area, after our next concert.

The food is ok for the price. They have add-on fees for most of the popular menu items. We ordered curbside pickup. The staff was friendly and courteous. Not my favorite place to eat at but it had good service.

A family friendly restaurant that offers a decent option for everyone to pick from. That being said, while they may do everything on their menu well, it's still nothing much to write home to mom about in terms of quality or price, but it's a pretty safe option for kids or picky eaters. I highly recommend the quesadilla burger and the triple chocolate meltdown for dessert. Fiesta lime chicken is also a tasty option, especially if you're looking at their 2 for 26 deal. Staff is friendly and helpful and don't leave you waiting for very long. Parking is decent but can fill up pretty quick around peak hours and you might need to park along the side streets.

We went to Applebee's in Bellmore last week & our server Jen was phenomenal! She was so friendly, great with kids & checked that we were doing ok. We really had a great experience due to Jen. We will definitely ask to be seated at her table when we go again!

UPDATE: Happy to say that Applebee's reached out to me and rectified the situation! There was in fact an error made and I was given the wrong size sides. I've up my star rating due to the outstanding Customer Service! I did a 'Carside to go' order. Full rack of ribs is always our go-to. I couldn't be more surprised when the sides I ordered were so tiny that they are slightly bigger than the little dipping cup of sour cream that came for the appetizer! I called and spoke to the manager and he told me that this is always the way it was and that they don't give out a regular size cup of sides.Granted I don't use this Applebee's in Bellmore but I assumed all the restaurants were the same quality. Just a heads up if you do 'Carside to go' at this location, make sure you have your own sides at home to fill in the meal.

This place was my go-to spot for the two for 20 deal... Then they changed it two for $25, which was still okay. Then they changed the menu and got rid of the chicken tenders and fries, for the two for $25... Why I don't know, since then don't really go there no more...

The food at Applebee’s is always great, and the place is clean, but our server Mira was just awful. I’m one to typically give servers the benefit of the doubt, but wow! She rushed off before we could finish ordering, barely stayed long enough to grab plates, and ignored us when we tried to ask for refills. She made us feel like a burden the whole time. The food and atmosphere are fantastic, but service like that really takes away from the experience, especially when you’re trying to enjoy dinner as a family. Hoping for better next time at our usual Bethpage location!

Normally good service but this time the server kind of forgot about us. It was pretty empty so it wasn't that she had so much to stay on top of.

I had the 4 cheese mac&cheese with chili chicken strip. It was terrible. our server made it even worse. She was a no show we had to ask others for drinks. My wife had the blackened chicken & shrimp, It was unbeatable.

The food was good but the waitress barely came to us while we were waiting for our food. The seat we were seated at was cold and the service wasn’t the best but the interior was good.

Service was OK but the meal was bad. I order a burger with the egg and hashbrown on it. The moment I took a bite, it taste like pure salt. When I told the waitress, her response was that it was the ingredients. Point is they added way too much salt to the meal as I could see even in my sweet potatoes fries. Walked in saw a couple tables with People Eating, but no Applebees Employee at all on the floor. Waited 15min to be seated. Crazy how lazy these workers are getting on a slow day. No matter if slow or not, you should always be on point.

The worst service ever. first of all this place is never busy so there’s no excuse as to why the food is not being cooked correctly. I asked for wings well done and they were greasy and soft. I also ordered a burger and I was feeling very uncomfortable and feeling something hard in my food, when I looked the cool left an entire piece of paper on my burger. it was the most disgusting thing ever and this was the worst food experience ever. All the manager did was not charge me for the burger but it would literally be crazy to charge me for it. I lost my appetite. never coming back here.

I ordered the Chinese Salad with Grilled Chicken. I did not receive a grilled chicken breast - I got some sort of pressed meat (maybe) product with no warning. It was disgusting. I ordered online and had it delivered to my home - so no returning it for something edible.

We ordered and it was not hot, wasn't quite lunchtime on new years eve. Quick stop with mom on our way to airport. Ordered steaks, med rare, came out RAW! server didn't ask of we needed anything else etc. Spoke to manager who didn't charge us and we left. So much for lunch with mom before I left to. Mom lives 2 blocks, she won't be going back!

Me and my boyfriend been going to this applebees for 2 year's. I live up the block and tonight we decided to go and I had the worst experience. And the waitress by the name of crystal or Erica i believe. I should've took the receipt like I always do. But I was too frustrated I wasn't even thinking about it until I got home. She was so rude she didn't serve me and my boyfriend water, when she gave us our appetizers without plates, my food came out at least 30 minutes , she didn't ask us if we need anything else. To the point I ask for a box to take my appetizers home then she said do u Want the checked. Usually my servers ask if we need anything else or do u want any dessert. it seems like she wanted us to leave. And my boyfriend still gave her a tip. When we was walking out she looked me in the eyes and didn't say anything no have a good night or nothing. I was so surprised by the rude customer's service's tonight.

everything was great except for the our waitress Christine R and whatever bus boy she had deliver our checks. Christine was rarely seen while serving us and when she was she would barely make eye contact; if at all!! she also would walk away while asking a question.. giving us no time to answer it. and the bus boy threw our checks down. i didn’t sign up to be served by the staffs of Dicks Last Resort.

I've never been to Applebees before. Waited over 15 minutes just to be seated. Got tired of waiting and so we left. The place wasn't that full so i don't get that. Eating good in the neighborhood? Yeah, maybe if you can get seated to eat 🤨.

I'm at Applebee's for lunch in Bellmore Ny .. ordered a "Neighborhood Double Burger"..place is pretty full...I'm the only chocolate person in there...45 min into my hour lunch, look what they serve me...1 burger cut in 1/2 and tried to pass it for a double burger...its clearly cut perfectly in 1/2 ...I guess they gave me the other "N word double burger" Shame on you Bellmore Applebee's...I just wanted a delicious lunch...its not even fair...
