Staff was friendly. Croissant was not toasted. Ice coffee was not fresh. Breakfast Taco was good and hash btowns on point.

Today's visit wasn't one for the record books 😕 I waited 5 or 6 minutes before I was greeted. The sandwich maker came to take my order. She went back to preparing food, and I waited some more. My significant other came inside to see what the hold up was. I was the only customer inside- we skipped drive thru because we thought it would be quicker. Both ordered Iced coffee. Both received mostly warm (was hot) iced coffee which i know is the method but I've never had warm iced coffee right out the gate. There are maybe 10 to 15 cubes in my large cup. In another 10 minutes I wont have any ice. The flavor is decent but $12 for 2 large ice coffees and 2 donuts kind of sucks when the ice part was missed. I'm hoping this was a fluke because the girls are usually great. Step it up guys- customers will wait the extra minutes to have the correct order taste good.

The food and drinks are great, but almost all the employees here act like they hate their job. If you don’t like talking to people, then don’t work a customer service job.

Mobile ordered. Noticed my order wasn't completed. Waited... asked if I could have the rest. We don't have anymore as a reply. (Mind you my money was already accepted) instead of a raisin bagel may I have a everything bagel? Yes... great! Barely any cream cheese on it. Afterwards I try the coffee's... not even close. NEVER GOING BACK

Too bad the "punk" as I call him, was too busy packing his face rather than gathering orders. And too bad the very young lady serving me at the counter put more effort into her makeup than her job. Both sandwiches burnt, hash browns as hard as coins, and order was incomplete missing only a coffee roll until I said so. The only manager on hand was unfortunately too busy flirting with the drive thru girl. Pathetic.

Shouldn’t just hand the customer an order and slam the window shut on them. Wanted to say thank you but I was not welcome. I guess you were still mad because I did a mobile order and didn’t stop at the kiosk. Im very sorry but too late for me to back up. Please forgive me.

I just visited this Dunkins. I walked in was not acknowledged in any way even though I saw at least 4 people behind the counter. I walked away without ordering. As I was walking away the man behind the counter rudely said to me sorry lady I was busy. He was extremely un-proffesional and rude mumbly under is breath. I will not be back.

I always get ignored at the counter, they are more concerned with the people in the drive through. I also hear the manager swearing all the time with customers in ear shot. The service is unbelievably slow. Today (Nov 22) the lobby was locked. No note on the door or anything. I had to go to the drive through and stood still in it for over 15 minutes.

Horrible customer service, my wife and I were the only people in the building and after about 5-6 mins we noticed that drive-thru had no wait. Not sure if they just didn't want to take our order or what. 4 employees walked past us looked right at me and continued to take yet another order in drive-thru. NOT ONE PERSON SAID HELLO. We assumed our business was not wanted and just left without our order. The place was VERY dirty and they didn't seem to have any person in charge. Worst dunks ever been drinking dunks for over 25 years, I'm thinking it's time to find a new coffee spot. Tried again today 7/24/23, my own stupidity. Why do you make your bagels like this? With a warm iced coffee? I'm not even out if the parking lot and I have almost no ice lol

Belmont Nh. One of the dirtiest Dunks I have ever seen. Not only do they not take anything serious . They have already failed all there inspections. They cross contaminate daily. The manage Gwen is completely disrespectful to her staff, makes them cry is lazy as hell but also reprimands staff infront of customers. To top it off she makes disrespectful comments about staffs identity. Staff get hurt and its covered up. Flies in food. Disgusting. Serving expired products. Serving ice from a ice machine that has mold and should be cleaned weekly but only gets cleaned monthly if that. This store needs to be completely shut down until they can get there act together.

I always get my coffee here and I normally like them. Lately their coffees have been awful, not even remotely close to what we ordered but today took the cake. There was an employee Aayla who was not only incredibly rude when I asked when the manager would be in tomorrow she also was making out wih her boyfriend behind the register and when I raised attention to the inappropriateness she told me "she didnt care what I thought". Maybe start hiring adults since they are responsible for peoples food.

I usually like this dunkins but they seem to mess up my order every time I go in to get my food. Then they favored another customer that was a local customer/ friend of theirs that ordered after me and they made me wait for almost 10 minutes to get my drink out fast. Mine was only one drink and while I was waiting, they got the other customer’s drinks all done and to him first while talking to him. If I’m not gonna be treated the same then I’m not coming back and I’ll go elsewhere for my coffee and food. Sorry but I’m disappointed this time.
