There was no line, so I was able to ask all my questions and even try some samples before I made my order. The egg pudding is so amazingly good!! The black tea is the least bitter option if you're avoiding sugar.

The Matcha waffle is my favorite. The store is clean and family-friendl with lots of seatings and table games like chess. This will definetely be my go-to spot from now on!

We will definitely be coming back! Atmosphere - children/family friendly. Has kids books, chess, checkers. Kids can play while they wait. It's clean and staff were friendly as well Food- we got chocolate bubble waffle. It was soooooo good. Not too sweet, crunchy on the outside, soft and not too chewy on the inside. We all loved our boba. Kids loved their mango yakult. They specially made a strawberry matcha for us and milk tea boba was all so good. Got 50percent sweet for everything Highly recommend :) our family gives this place a 4 thumbs up

I really liked the Oreo Waffle. It was really sweet! I also liked how they give you a couple of dips (Cream, Taro, Cheese) to enhance the flavors of the waffle. I would highly recommend it for anyone! I also ordered the Mango Yakurt with lychee jelly and it was really good too! The drink is like a mix of a sweet yogurt taste with the mix of a fruity boba-tea taste. It really pairs well with the Oreo Waffle! Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for some good waffles and great yogurt/tea drinks!

New boba shop at Belmont. This is the newest Happy Lemon at Bay Area. It has buy one get one on Feb 22nd and Feb 23rd 12 PM To 8 pm. It is grand opening day. Line was not long when we arrived at around 3 pm. Youbcan order using the touch screen or order with the cashier. To order via the kiosk, you have to create account via Happy Lemon app. You don't need it if you order with cashier. All drink is bogo. Interesting is any second one you order is free regardless if it is more expensive than the first order. Wait time will be a while as there are many orders.

The Person who is making the boba’s is the most lifeless guy I have seen ever, he probably needs to have a boba before he start preparing the orders, it took him around 30 mins for 3 Boba’s.

Horrible! Third time coming to this location and the drinks are always either too sweet or too bitter! There was no boba at 4:30pm and our lemon drinks were horrible, tasted like old spoiled bitter lemon! Spent over $20 and had to throw drinks in the trash! Not coming back!
