the best service i’ve ever had. i usually don’t leave reviews but i had to on this one! the two people were Chris and Leon! these were the two nicest guys i’ve ever had in my customer experience! on top of that, the order was correct and was fast. i had to leave a review for these two people because they were so nice and patient!

Today was one of the best meals I have had in a long time from this place. Food tasted fresh, hot, not dried out, well seasoned and just overall amazing. Fries were just as good and service was quick. This brings back why I loved jack in the box. Great job.

I just want to take a moment and applaud the young lady working the drive-tru and window this evening around 5:30/6. Although there was only two people working, she kept her cool and continued to smile and apologize for the wait. I can only imagine the stress she had to deal with, with how busy it was. I also know she probably had to deal with a few unhappy customers venting their anger and frustration towards her. Again, I just want her to know that she and whoever she was working with today are greatly appreciated. I wish I caught her name because her customer service skills were amazing with how stressful everything was probably at the time.

great food the employee I think her name was Hayven. She had the best customer service I have ever got from any jack n the box location. Very patient and understanding when I asked about some questions about the menu. After this type of service I would definitely go back!

Absolutely excellent service from the evening shift on 1/22/2022. Everyone chipped in to make our experience a pleasurable one. The manager was one of the first from Jack in the Box that went out of his way to greet us and check back with us to ensure that all was well. It was well worth braving the cold temperatures to eat our favorite fast food which was actually cooked to perfection. Hooray to whomever hired this staff!

Michelle is ALWAYS chipper and friendly when I visit in the morning rush hour. I've never had to wait more than a few seconds,the drive thru is always fast and the other employees are also very efficient. But thanks especially to Michelle! You are very appreciated ❤️!!

It's my buddies favorite casual food chain. I went to visit and of course we're going to patron his favorite joint, even though it's not a place I go to when I'm home, it was a fantastic experience! We sat at the bar, drinks came fast and the food was hot, fast and correct. The whole experience made me evaluate why I don't put it on the list of choices when dining out.

The food was amazing. My only concern was I stood at the counter before they could decided who was going to take my order. The food was fresh and hot. I really enjoyed it. The soda machine how ever seems to lack most of their drinks and flavors. I love cherry rootbeer but they had neither. Y'all should try the monster back tacos. They're amazing.

Friendly neighborhood Jack in the Box. Food is served hot and fast. Dining area is clean. Outside of restaurant is clean. Love the soft drink machine. Able to mix and match multiple flavors. Cherry Coke number 1! The only issue is that the men's restroom needs attention for the funky, urine smell emanating from it.

I just wanted to compliment the service workers on 12/22/23 at around 720pmish. You could tell they were short staffed and doing their best. They still remained as jolly as possible even when some customers seemed disgruntled, because not everyone will give fast food grace. The staff was nice and courteous when taking our order and we had to wait a little for our food, but again it was understandable you can tell they were doing their best with what they had. When we got our food, our food was FRESH, like almost burning my mouth fresh and that made for a delicious meal to know our meals were just made. Thank you guys for giving your all, especially so close to the holidays when I know fast food becomes even busier. Keep it up! 💯

The food was a totally cooked to perfection and actually resembled the menu pictures.. Varied menu items. Now that's great customer service.After all... it's Jack in the Box!

The drive-through sign wasn't complete, so be prepared for that and have the menu pulled up on your phone. They ran out of most of their soft drinks. They seemed short staffed, 1 person seemed to be doing everything, and it took a while to get our food. The food was still great and at the appropriate temperatures. I wish I could remember the workers name because it seemed like he was keeping it all together own his own.

I think every jack in the box is insanely slow. And this one is no exception lol. But their food is pretty good. The service seems ok. But when we ordered the guy repeated everything back we still got a lot wrong. Thankfully they did fix it for us and let us keep the messed up food. 3/5 only cause the stuff tasted like the oil was very old.

Went there last week on my way to drop off my son at his work and decided to get him a jumbo jack combo meal so he'd eat before his shift. It took almost 15minutes in the drive thru window for us to get the burger and fries. For it being fast food, it shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a drive through order out at 5pm when there's no line in front of me. By the time I received the food, there was at least 6 cars behind me just waiting. Food did come out nice and warm, but 15 minutes is a little excessive for drive thru orders in my opinion.

Sorry but drive through person forgot my drink and my fries which was OK. When I went back in, it was like it was my fault and I wasn't given a recipe. Let me say I am fine forgetting things, they are busy.

My past experiences with this location have been very rough. From messing up orders, to just absolute rudeness and disrespect from employees. However, today in the line there was this very kind, and hard working employee by the name of Issac. Hardest worker we’ve seen in the location, doing pretty much everything from taking the orders, and making the food/drinks. This man deserves a raise!

The food was great. The wait was long. And the customer service could have used a little more motivation. As I managed to get stuck in a long line I noticed a manager and another employee outside smoking. I mean seriously, you see your fellow co-workers getting backed up. I know it was the night of October 31st but service was sloooow.. There was one customer inside and 2 in the drive through. Ridiculously slow. I went through was asked to park then went in about 10 minutes later to check on it.

I was the only car in the drive thru and had to wait about 7 mins to get greeted. Customer service over all was nice and friendly. Order was correct gave me the condiments I asked for with no hassle. But the food was terrible. I tried the new sirloin burger which tasted like a normal patty but was extremely dry. So that was a epic fail. Also tried the #1 Swiss bacon butter burger. Extremely dry and there was no butter flavor what so ever. Very very sad looking burger. Would not come back because the food was not good. Someone recommend the butter burger to me and said it was super amazing. But I should of known better since it was fast food.

The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because the food was edible. I went here with my boyfriend for some dinner, and i wish we would’ve just chosen Whataburger. First off, the exterior of the building isn’t visually appealing. Seeing a handful of old, used gloves and old food/random trash just laying around in the shrubs & landscape isn’t my preferred scenery, or I would at least think any customers wouldn’t prefer that but alright. We went inside and waited for someone to take our order, we were the only ones inside, and it only took about 5 minutes of employees walking by us to realize that we’d like to place an order. No big deal, I understand it gets busy. A young woman finally gets to take our order, and both me and my boyfriend had to repeat a few times what we wanted. No big deal, I know it’s a little hard to hear with these masks on. We grab our cups and go to get us a soda, and almost everything in the soda machine was out or was running out/watered down. No big deal, things run out sometimes. Went to the table to sit down and our table was sticky and had not been cleaned from when the previous customer had eaten. No big deal, it gets busy and not a single employee can at least wipe down the table. Waited about another 5-10 minutes, nobody had let us know that it was ready or anything and it just sat on the counter. Another young woman looked at us and asked if we had ordered the “Bacon Swiss or whatever”. A little unprofessional in my opinion, you should at least know the name of your items on the menu of the restaurant you work for. We get our food and open the boxes and honestly it didn’t even look good. Both of our meals just looked like they were thrown together and shoved in a box. Overall just wish there was more professionalism and have the employees at least pretend to like their job.

The #1 burger I ordered two of them they had been sitting for awhile the bun was hard I had to look to see if it had cheese on it. The need to make sure the food is fresh now they will be having competition with Wendy close to them Wendy always have fresh food so they need to step it up if they don't want to lose business.

We did not get what we ordered. It was long to us from the window without a smile or anything. The bacon burger did not have bacon on it. The Sourdough stack was not really a stack. It was a dried patty with a smidgen of mayo, two slimy pieces of bacon and nothing else. This location needs help.

I placed my order and when I got to the window the employees were ignoring me for a good 15 minutes. Eventually I turned my car off and continued to wait since I didn’t want to go to another food place. The employee then began playing around with another employee while still not taking my payment or preparing my food. The employees were not wearing masks or gloves. An employee then came to the window and looked at me but he was also not wearing a mask or gloves. He looked very disheveled. His shirt was stretched out of place and unbuttoned. He looked as if he had just woken up. The woman was spraying a hose all over the floor while ignoring me. After around 25 minutes of waiting, I pulled off.

Do not come to this place if I could shut this place down I would. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and had to wait 40 minutes for them to do a shift change. Then the guy comes to the window proceeds to give me my food then tells me to hold on and takes my food back and sit on the counter while he laughs and sits in the office... I'm like WTH he never came back to the window or nothing he took my food and sat on the register then there are people in the drive through line waiting and the crew members are having a party... Then when I did get my food it was cold😡😡

I would rate this no stars at all! Service is extremely bad, had me waiting 3x in a row for about 10 min at drive thru (always end up driving off). And all they do is say “I’ll be right with you” and never do! I love jack in the box but this location SUCKS!!!!!!

After working a 13 hour nursing shift I stopped here to get dinner for me and my husband. They did not give me my debit card. They then proceeded to use my debit for the next person's order. They kept the card so I'm guessing the next card said that this wasn't their card and at that point you would think they realized the mistake, but they kept the charges on my account. They would not refund I I had to go through my bank and file fraud charges and get a new card and reset up all my automated charges. When I made the manager aware she said she would investigate, without knowing the time it occured. I called corporate she apologized and said she would contact the general manager and I would get a response in 72 hours. It's been almost a week no response. I have not gotten a response at this time. I understand making mistakes, but to not own up to it in the moment and make it right is bad customer service.

If you don't want to wait 30+ min then go somewhere else. I ordered online to pick up at counter. The doors were locked so had to go through drive through. They then told me to pull around to the front after waiting in line. You can't pull around when there are cars in front of you. Waited 30 min in line to get an online order that was cold and never got my drink. I am emailing cooperate. The 6 times I have been there in the last year it has got worse. I will never go back.

Ordered form doordash. They gave me a vanilla milkshake instead of strawberry. No sauce on my loaded mini tacos, completely forgot my fries, and didn't give any dipping sauce for my chicken nuggets. So I can't eat 3 of the things I ordered.

Linda is so slow (speed wise and brain wise) "Order whenever you're ready" and then proceeded to cut us off in the middle of our order, make us wait a few minutes, and then made us start over. Asked what sauce we wanted 3 times after forgetting that many times. 2 cars ahead of us and it took 25 minutes to get our food. Never bothering with this place or Linda again.

I've been going here for a year and a half and was hoping it'd get better but wow! But it seems to be getting worse and worse. Everytime you go the line will take atleast 30 min or more. They're always out of 50% of whatever they have. If I had a dollar for everytime this specific place didn't have something, or took longer then 30 min I'd be able to buy it out and close it down. Tonight there was no curly fries, no regular drinks (gave us mini and was charged for reg) Almost didn't have enough tacos, no coke or dr pepper. If the owner or manager reads this get it together.

I've gone 2 times within 3 weeks on my lunch breaks and both times I was greeted very rudely by the manager, Donna. No smiling, no manners, slams the window everytime. Every time I say thank you, I get no response. I was raised to be respectful so I have manners, I guess Donna was raised differently!!! Will not be returning if this is how they treat customers.

We were in line for a hot coffee and some churros, there were like 5 or 6 cars in front of me, they told me to please wait a minute to place my order. When ready to start my order I already had like 5 more cars behind me. When I asked for coffee they told me they didn’t have coffee and when I asked for churros, they were out. I ended stuck in line for more than 30 minutes, due that they don’t have enough space at the drive thru if you need to exit. The worst part was wasting my time for nothing.

Order was wrong sat inside for 30mins and had to come back in to get my drinks the food was low quality and not as good as it normally was I ordered at 1:00pm got my order at 1:30pm I was rushed and they gave me drinks with no lids. Went thru the drive thru my son order the Extreme SAUSAGE got home they put HAM on it. My ultimate cheeseburger both of the hamburger patties WERE BURNT. We will never visit this poor of an excuse for an establishment again.

Ordered food through app did not receive half the order when I called HAVEN said there was nothing she could do because she was to busy. That I’d have to come up there to get it. Very unprofessional and this location always sucks. You don’t fulfill my order and then say oh well. After she hung up on me the first time. She should lose her job. Any manager or management that has staff like that truly doesn’t value it’s customers. Very very very poor ethics.

I order here bc its close to my work and they're open late as I work nights. Sometimes I'm not able to leave so I have to do doordash. EVERYTIME I do a delivery order they mess my food up. Either there are missing items, or I get the wrong order. Never fails ...every...single..time. So done with this place.

This place sucks I do not recommend I was treated very awful by a women who said her name was Lisa. And as far as management goes it is very disgusting. I saw stuff everywhere the tables were not cleaned. my order took maybe 15-20 minutes and when I got my order the lady was very disrespectful to me saying that I needed to be patient and then proceeded to walk off. Honestly this is the absolute worst fast food place to come to if your in a hurry. And as for the lady named Lisa i think who ever is running this place needs to fire the bad management starting with her

We should have looked at the reviews before we came here. Service was bad. Very slow. I mean molasses slow. Over 30 minutes to get food, and we were the only ones in the dining room. My burger was barely warm. Bread was stiff, and cold. This was our first trip to a Jack in the box. Most likely our last. The tacos were not worth eating. And we waited over 30 minutes for this mess. Never again. I hope the upper management reads this because this location needs help in the worst way.

The service was good, and the food was fresh. 3 yrs ago I gave 5 stars. Today 9-4-21 sadly the service has slumped. We have been waiting on an Uber order for 35mins, the manger told us it would be an hour wait due to cooking eggs, asked us to pull around and have completely forgot about us. This location has horrible service. I have visited several times and waited around 30+ minutes on each occasion during non busy hours. During my last visit, I sat in line again for around 20 minutes before getting turned around at 1:30pm because they told us that they were no longer serving food for the next half hour. Don’t see myself wasting time trying to get service here in the future. Sonic across the street will pump you through in 5 minutes with a full parking lot. Recommend going there if you see any more than 1 vehicle in line at Jack in the Box.

This place... The signage on the pre order menu drive through is not on the order menu. I had to wait 5 mins for anyone to knowledge me. The lady at the window only said 3 words to me. The manager was totally lost and overwhelmed. Total time took about 15 minutes in a drive through. And I got no straws no catchup, and the wrong type of fries. Not good at all. They need help badly.

Regularly I would give this a 5 star review but its been getting worse and worse each time I go. Today I went and got 10 tacos and only 2 out of the 10 were ok. The others were soggy, the medium fry I ordered was a small, and there was a huge grease stain in the bag. I would have rather waited an extra 5 minuets for good food than soggy tacos. Like I said regularly would have given this a 5 star review but Jack-In-The-Box employees are getting lazier and lazier. I should've gotten Subway.

Donna was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. When I tried to say our order wasn’t right she told me it was that’s what I said. First time I’ve ever had an employee decide my order for me. The drinks and fries were not the size we asked for and two of them were not what we asked for. Burgers were great cooks back there are way better then the person at the window.

No one was at the counter when we entered. We waited at least 5 minutes to give an order. After they took my order it took 20 minutes to receive it. The soda machine was DISGUSTING. Also I made 4 selections and they were all empty. I watched them screw up 3 orders while i waited on my food. I will not return to this location again. I have had a few bad experiences here but decided to try it again. Bad choice. Won't be back.

Burger patties on the ultimate cheeseburger was dry. Bread was stiff. I had to add Chick-fil-A sauce i had at the house to even make it edible. Horrible. Wont be back

I ordered “sauced and loaded popcorn chicken” and THIS is what I got. No I hadn’t eaten any of it when I took the picture. That’s all they gave me and it was neither sauced nor loaded.

Was just told this location stops serving milkshakes at 9PM and could not order one. That should be advertised all over the place if that’s their policy and a pass thru lane installed in the drive through. Currently stuck in line and shakeless. That’s all I wanted.

I love Jack in the Box they have great food. I work near by this particular Jack In The Box and I sometimes come here on my lunch. And the customer service is usually ok. I mean it’s fast food I don’t expect people to be that friendly. But today I went on my lunch and wow the guy was so rude! I went through the drive thru and the guy taking my order wouldn’t even let me get my words out he was rushing me and there was only one person in front of me so it’s not like they were extremely busy. When I got to the window I really contemplating if I should just say never mind and drive off. But I didn’t. Once the guy opened the window he just gave me the total and I gave him my card no hello or anything I think he could tell I felt some type of way, Because once he opened the window he somewhat became nicer. I was surprised he told me to have a good day. The food was good and made properly. But man the customer service was awful. 😢

Went in and tried to place an order. Waited at the counter until my wife had used the restroom. When I saw no staff, I stepped around the counter and asked the guy at the drive-through if the lobby was closed. He said they only had staff for the drive-through. I left and went down the street to Wendy's and got prompt service and good food.

Took 20 min in the store for someone to take my order and now been wait for 30 min and no food yet.lets see how long this is gonna take. Ordered food at 11:38am and got food by12:09pm tacos burnt fries cold and burgers just slapped together no quality poor service

Went to order at the drive-thru and was told they were out of both Dr Pepper and curly fries. Canceled the order and left. I should’ve guessed how poorly run this restaurant is by the shabby state of its drive-thru menu boards.

Stood at the counter for five minutes before Angelina came out of the office from taking on the phone. She leans on the counter obviously very annoyed by having to do her job and leans on the counter likes she’s annoyed at having to stand up and take our order. It’s 7:06pm on Sunday and they have no sourdough bread and no curly fries. Who knows what else they don’t have but decided to leave because it was obvious we were a burden by trying to buy something to eat. Angelina- find another career. This is obviously too tough a job for you.

keep your hopes low, staff treats you like trash as if they didn’t pick their job , foods always screwed up, constantly somehow always out of items, and i was miraculously informed only after paying, they are out of all ingredients to make any order. classy classy joint. such a disappointment

One star. I have officially banned this Jack in the Box from my DoorDash pickups and will likely never eat here again. Every visit is a problem. Long waits, constant issues, chaos behind the counter, and rude or dismissive employees. Even during peak rushes, I regularly see staff standing around talking and joking instead of working. I have also watched employees wearing gloves scratch their heads, touch their hair, walk away, then return and continue handling food with the same gloves. That alone is unacceptable and disgusting. The final straw happened during my last pickup. They were completely out of tacos. While I was on the phone with the customer explaining the issue, an employee repeatedly told me to tell the customer to mark the item as not delivered. That would have falsely flagged the order and directly hurt my ratings as a driver. While I was saying no and the customer was also saying no, the employee started arguing with both of us, raising their voice while I was still on the call. I tried to walk away toward the bathroom area just to speak to the customer privately and de escalate the situation. Instead, the employee left the counter during a rush, followed me, and continued arguing loudly with both me and the customer on the phone. That behavior alone was wildly unprofessional. After that, I went out to my car and called DoorDash support to report what had happened. While I was sitting in my car, two employees came outside, stood there laughing, staring at me, and one even pointed. I have no idea what they were saying, but it was extremely uncomfortable and honestly surreal. It felt like something out of the Twilight Zone. Between the hygiene concerns, the chaos, being pressured to do something dishonest, being argued with while on the phone with a customer, and then being mocked afterward, this location has zero professionalism. I have banned it from DoorDash pickups and will not be eating here again. Avoid this location entirely.

I recommend closing this location. They are never open according to their posted operation hours. The menu sign is trashed and half of it’s gone. The speaker doesn’t work. And they are always out of everything. I gave them 3 chances in a row and every time was a horrible experience. Absolutely do not recommend. I hope corporate really takes a look at this location - it makes the whole company look terrible.

Why is it so hard? Why? Went thru the drive thru, ordered a jumbo jack, no cheese, and a texas jack. We got some weird "promo" burger that had cheese, no lettuce. Clearly not a jumbo jack. And they didn't charge for the texas jack. It was late so we had to go back around in the drive thru. We let the lady that helped us the 1st time know that our order was off. She asked us to come to the window. But she wasn't the one at the window this time. What we got was a very confused guy who didn't understand anything we said. Anything....like we were speaking a different language. Or maybe we just weren't speaking the language of being high because he looked like he was in a daze. Sorry jack, but even with very little choices to eat late night in the area, i can't ever come back to this jack.

I arrived tonight to pick up an Uber Eats order and slipped and fell at the entrance due to a small puddle. There wasn't a warning sign nearby, and the staff member didn't say anything to caution me. Instead, she just watched as I fell, and my husband had to come in from the car to help me up. Thankfully, I didn’t break anything, but I do have a sore left knee and a wrist that aches from trying to catch myself on the wall. I left my contact information to file a report with the manager, and we hope to hear back tomorrow morning.

Don’t come here if you want something other than a burger. Almost every time I come, they are out of something. Last time, they did not have chicken fingers or nuggets so I asked for the teriyaki chicken bowl, they didn’t have the vegetables to make it. I ordered nothing that day. Most recently, I asked for the chocolate lava cake, they didn’t have it, but they rarely have it. I decided to just stop coming to this location because it’s a frustrating experience almost every time.

I was also in line before Michael and the guy taking orders only gave me half my order and thought I had everything after I specifically told him what was missing. That dude had to be high. Literally everything was wrong with my order. Whatever manager hired him is just as responsible for this terrible customer service.

Staff always seems high. Long lines at drive thru. Employee seemed high taking order in drive thru. He wasn't understanding what I was saying, even when I was speaking clear and slowly. A car was sitting at window forever, causing line to be backed up.

Worst service ever. There was 3 staff members working at the time. Pile of trash on the floor by the fryer’s. Loud obnoxious rap music playing. My jumbo jack meat was burned and dry. My tacos were pretty much lettuce tacos with cold yellow cheese. Young female employee kept going in and out of the restaurant with no regards to the customer. She was too busy talking outside while there was a long drive thru line and 2 customers inside waiting for their order taking. Took about 10 minutes to get our order. The employees seemed to not care about the customers at all. It seemed like there was no supervisor present and only kids were working. I will never be back to this Jack in the box again. There definitely needs to be a manager on site 24/7 here. 6/3/2024 830pm

I went in this morning and ordered a “SUPREME CROISSANT” and they gave me this? And not to mention it was already BITTEN!!! I had just seen when ever I arrived home.! I am at fault for not checking it through drive thru but they are in the wrong for giving it already with a bite what the heck? Never again!!!!

Placed our order at 8pm waited 30 mins to get our order and when we finally opened everything it was cold the cheese isn't even melted. I've been to this location twice and both times I've been disappointed. Won't be back.
