Kung Fu Saloon Benbrook Reviews
Lee is super great ! Love the service when i come here!
Never had food here. But Kung Fu Saloon is the spot. Tyler the bartender is always cordial. The music is good. And if you wanna get down on some mortal kombat, you know where to find me. Be warned. I'm a beast with reptile.
Came here for their Kareoke and it was great!! they staff was so sweet, we really enjoyed our Kareoke reservation 😊 we look forward to coming back soon
Ty was amazing. We got to talk to him while we bar hoped and gave us ideas on where to find some turtles. If you see this, I’m sorry we missed you at the end! Glad we met your girlfriend at the other bar and overall had a wonderful time. Basically, we are drunk and had a fantastic last night here. Thanks for the memories! - CO
We came through here for Mimosa fest and the bartenders were fabulous! Very quick and pleasant to chat with considering they were busy. Lots of free arcade games, skewball, and corn hole. There's also some seesaws which was fun to do! They served a cheeseburger egg roll which was really good, but I personally didn't care for the pickle or dill taste in it. But I would recommend to others!
What an awesome place! We went on memorial day weekend on a Saturday and they had a dj that rocked. We were dancing all night! They also have kareoke trailers you rent with your friends so you don't have to sing in front of everyone, and so many games to play like huge Jenga and corn hole... So so much fun! We were doing a bachelorette party and it was perfect🤘❤️
Center bar, DJs on the weekends, cool staff, good selection.... Oh did I mention they have skee ball for free? Or an old 89 nija turtles game cabinet, ping pong, corn hole, shuffle board, basketball hoops.... Just a real chill time. Do yourself a favor and check it out on Sundays where the whole arcade part is free.
Great place to end the night playing games with your friends. Drink specials daily and $1 margaritas on Friday nights.
This pub is pretty loud and crowded! It reminds me of similar places where there is a bar and a few hangout spaces. The only difference is that there are game arcades and it’s not as big as other places. If you plan to attend here, make sure that you bring your drivers license, there is someone who scans your is prior to entering.
I'm going to start off this review by saying this place was cool! My only issues were the music and the food. Maybe it was just me, but I've been to plenty of bars and the music was WAY too loud. That or the staff was just speaking too quietly. I legit couldn't hear anyone who was standing infront of me. And the food. It was alright, but it really wasn't worth the price. ($20 sandwich) I ordered "The Dank" because it sounded amazing but it was EXTREMELY flavorless. The meat, the cheese, everything on it was just so tasteless. PLEASE consider switching the cheese or adding seasoning or sauces to the food. Other than that I really liked the place! The choice of games (although all of them weren't functioning or didn't allow 2 people to play at once, which kinda sucked) were GREAT and the staff were really friendly and easy-going. The bouncer at the door was really cute too, calling people "love". 😆 I'll definitely be coming back in the future, just not for the food lol Update: It has come to my attention that days when the music is too loud is when DJs are there. It's not the place itself that plays music too loud. 😅 Also, turns out the Kimichi tots are REALLY good. I liked them a lot more than the brisket fries and idk if they've changed the Dank but I'm not willing to buy it again.
The bar itself is nothing to get excited about, although the bartender was really nice despite the fact that he was on his own against a happy hour crowd of well over 50. Luckily there are lawn games aplenty (not uncommon in West 7), and even more classic arcade games. Once we found the lone change machine, I was surprised to find that many of the games only require a single quarter. Worth a stop if the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game still makes you want to mash buttons like a ten-year-old.
Service sucked. We rented one of the Karaoke trailers. It was run down with the ceiling paint coming off. They left the paint and tools sitting in there, I guess they couldn’t be bothered with cleaning it. The air condition was broken in both of them, so they brought in a fan to blow the hot air around. We rented it for 2 hours starting at 7:30. It’s was miserable even at 9:30. Not only did they not offer a free drink to make up for the inconvenience, they only came once to take drink orders and that was after going to the bar and ask her to come out 3 times. Totally sucked!
Came here with my husband, my brother in law and a friend. We just wanted a few drinks and to hang out, the games were cool but the bartender made our experience terrible! Black male bartender that worked Friday night 5/9/25. Everything started out fine but for some reason he thought it would be funny to poke fun at my brother in law. He came off aggressive and kept asking him what he was looking at, called him a dickhead when he was just asking for a drink. We tried to laugh it off but he continued being rude and at the end when we asked for our tab we saw he added a 20% gratuity on it and said if we spend over $50 it was automatically added but when I went back and asked a different Bartender he said that the gratuity was added after $100 and removed it for us. That bartender ruined our experience and will definitely not be back, junk punch gave us a better experience!
