I only go to McDonald's for my Mocha Frappe. They are much better than Starbucks and much more consistent. I've gotten them at many different locations and states, with very similar results. The only time I've been less satisfied is when they don't blend it enough and there are large chunks of ice at the bottom. It makes it very difficult to drink, as the chunks of ice clog the straw, but that only happens about 5% of the time. Other than that, they're a wonderful way to enjoy your coffee. Give them a try.

The food was good but not what I had ordered on the app. And i was missing items. when I brought it to the attention to the lady at the window she was completely unaware of menu and what they serve. She handed me a random drink and said " we will try to refund the difference" then closed the window. Instead of getting upset, I just found it amusing. I understand the difficulty of getting good help and good employees. Evidently this employee was definitely a swing and a miss. But the good thing is, I get to try items on the menu that I would usually not order.

We had to repeat our order 3xs thru the drive thru, then repeat it again at the windows, then they messed up our order. They no longer make Carmel sundays...but make Carmel frappes, take the Carmel you dressed on top and make the Sunday. Problem fixed. If you order extra big Mac sauce on ur big Mac, they put spicy big Mac sauce on and it's super spicy. Again just another reason not to go to McDonald's.

My family ordered a meal for 3 specifically for the monopoly pieces. 3 large drinks, 3 food items. We received 1 monopoly piece. Extremely disappointed. This is the 2nd visit to this location, and we are unimpressed & honestly a little peeve of the lack of transparency & honesty.

This place is unwilling to offer any apologies for their actions when they mess up an order. They'll double down on giving you minimal replacements or upgrades for the mistakes they made and will treat you like a hostile customer for being upset at their own errors. Definitely will be watching out for certain employees and will absolutely not visit the store if they're working that day. Pretty sure the point of customer service is to ensure return visits from your customers. You want to make sure they leave happy and satisfied, particularly in the face of an egregious mistake (like giving a person with a medical condition food they cannot eat). Check your food and check your receipts if you eat here.

Waited 10 minutes for my order that never came so I went inside. The manager told me they were busy waiting on people inside. 😡 Then I had to wait for my order to be made and when the manager handed me my food, she said absolutely nothing to me NOR looked at me. RUDE!!! 😡😡😡 Barely had room to park in the ONLY curbside space available because trucks (with no one in them) were parked over their lines. Expect your order to be WRONG. Every time. Check that bag before you drive off. I guarantee they screwed it up by not putting a whole meal that you paid for or sauce for nuggets. Something will be missing. Terrible location

Last night I went through the drive thru, and picked up food. I took a bite out of my Mcchicken and when I tell you it was the worst bite I have ever taken, I am not exaggerating. I grabbed the mcchicken and it was a bit cold, but didn’t think much of it. I knew they were busy. But once I bit into it, the chicken was completely cold and immediately breaking down. I was confused thinking they must of served me a Fish. But it came to my surprise that when I opened the sandwich the chicken was coming apart and you can see clearly how it was uncooked. It was mushy and cold. It was coming apart in my hand. I am not one to leave a negative review but this is not okay. This has been a really bad experience that I will never forget. I will add pictures of the sandwich, I have a video as well, but it will not let me post on here.

This McDonald’s location is by far the worst I’ve ever visited. I stopped in today to treat my kids to an after-school Happy Meal, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The employees were dull and rude no greeting, no direction, nothing. I was standing at the register with my three kids, one of them a toddler, for about five minutes without anyone acknowledging us or telling us to order on the screen or elsewhere. What made it worse was that another customer came in, and the manager or shift leader (a woman) rushed to take his order immediately. When our food was finally brought out, no drinks were included. I had to stand at the front waiting for someone to notice me, while several employees just stood around. A male employee in the kitchen who appeared to be a shift leader simply stared at me. It wasn’t until the youngest employee asked if I needed something that I was finally helped. Overall, this was a terrible experience. The only thing I kept hearing from the female shift leader was “I got you”

Never coming back to this McDonald’s again it’s been about two years that I’ll be coming to this McDonald’s and yet not one single order has been wrong until today. I always get my caramel macchiato with extra syrup and today wasn’t the day that it was right the coffee was bland and no extra caramel whatsoever in my coffee and I’m unhappy because they showed me with my two dollars and yet I paid for four dollars worth of coffee and no caramel whatsoever. McDonald’s you better take care of this problem because I’m unsatisfied with my coffee. It has no caramel and it’s watered down and it’s not sweet and also the Mexican lady was very rude and if she was the manager, she wasn’t really fit to be the manager

I placed a mobile order and was asked to pull up to the first reserved stall. I waited for around five minutes and had to continually reposition my vehicle as the placement of the reserved stall was ill planned and does not compensate for the narrow, one way drive thru lane nor the individuals behind you that receive their orders before you. Upon receipt of my order, I discover that they did not follow my preparation instructions, which was to not include mayo or onions. If I’m having to wait for my order, I’d expect it to be correct.

Came here at night, drinks came to me flat and no flavor. Order taker rushed my order and anything elsed the life out of me. Even with me being kind and respectful they were very unhappy and rude Food came out and fries were cold, tasted like they had been sitting out for over an hour. Burgers were stale bread, cheese wasnt melted, and even though i ordered multiple sauces during my order i did not receive it and still had to ask at the window. Also received attitude for that. After pulling out my food and feeling how cold and nasty everything was i just pulled back through for a refund which was also a difficult process. Overall do not recommend this location unless you want to feel like a inconvenience for ordering a meal and enjoy horrible food quality. Waste of time. This location needs a redo on customer service, food quality and job abilities.

The only thing consistent about this location is the bad customer service! Today was the worst! The lady who took my payment rolled her eyes after I declined my receipt and asked her to please throw it away! When I pulled up to get my food the lady was too busy talking to other workers and just held my drink out window without saying a word then did same thing with my food. Not one word was spoken. She must have been to busy to out a napkin in the bag as well. Managers need to do better with their choices of employees.

First time through the drive thru, the lady takes 30 seconds to even start my order even tho both lanes are empty. I got 4 nuggets in my 6 piece, no sauce even though I ordered sweet and sour, and my fries were half full. I come back and show the receipt and get my full order, but the food is given to me cold and soggy, the nuggets had obviously been sitting out for hours, and onions, which my girlfriend is allergic to, were left on her burger. This is unacceptable. Never and I mean NEVER go to this McDonald’s it’s worth a 20 minute drive to avoid this hellscape.

This was hands down one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a 10-piece nugget meal, a McChicken, and a small fries. The lady who took my order had zero customer service skills from the start. When I walked out and checked my bag, I realized the fries I PAID for weren’t even in there. I went back to the door, but a Hispanic male worker locked it right in front of us, and the same lady who took my order just stood there staring with no effort to help. We went to the drive-thru window to at least get the fries I was missing, but the male worker told me he “couldn’t give me fries” because his system was down. That makes no sense I had already paid, and they owed me my food. Instead of helping, he got smart with me and had the worst attitude. This location clearly has no respect for customers and zero professionalism. The entire crew is a bad look for Benbrook. They never take responsibility, they’re rude, and they just don’t care. Absolutely horrible never going back

-0 never coming back. Doesn’t deserve RATING AT ALL! Their customer service and time management skills are absolutely horrible—even the manager, Gabriel, was terrible when it came to customer care! My family and I went through the drive-thru just to order three cookies. We paid at 9:42 PM. The cashier asked us to park in Reserved Spot #2, which we did without any issue. We waited... and waited... not knowing how long cookies take to bake. Eventually, we realized it had been way too long. So, we drove back around and spoke with the same cashier who took our payment. She was surprised and said, “Oh, they haven’t brought your cookies out?” We told her no, they hadn't. By now, it was 10:10 PM—we had been waiting nearly 30 minutes. We asked for our cookies and also requested a refund, given how long we had been waiting. Multiple employees saw us parked the entire time and no one bothered to check in or offer any help. The cashier told us to hold on. We waited another 5–10 minutes for a response. Then the manager, Gabriel, came out and handed us the cookies with a smile, saying, “Here you go, fresh-baked cookies.” We asked again about a refund or some sort of acknowledgment for the terrible service. He responded, “Sorry, cookies back or no refund.” We were dumbfounded. My spouse then asked how long it actually takes to bake the cookies, and the manager said 3–4 minutes. That made the whole situation even more frustrating—we had waited around 30 minutes for cookies that take 3–4 minutes to bake, and the manager showed zero concern for the poor service. Instead, we got a fake smile and some “freshly baked” cookies only after we had to loop back through the drive-thru. We had waited 20+ minutes in the reserved spot and were completely forgotten about. Absolutely unacceptable.

we had a mobile order, it was 3 10 piece meals and one happy meal, they gave us a bag of mcchickens and 2 small waters, when we told the girl it wasn’t our order she caught an attitude with US for her giving us the wrong food. then she went and looked at our order, took the food back and gave us a bag of 3 10 pieces with no fries or drinks, even though we had the combo. we again had to wait and tell her it was wrong. long story short we were sitting there for 15 minutes (after placing the mobile order 20 minutes ahead) and we ended up short a happy meal and a drink because of how rude the worker is and we didn’t want to keep on telling her we were missing stuff because she KEPT getting it wrong.

We stood waiting for any type of acknowledgment and got none I even tried to call the phone number. No answer, nobody even acknowledged. We were here standing for fifteen minutes and yeah, we finally heard around and ordered our own food ourselves at the one side that works for a self order. One of the worst MD I have ever been in.

It’s pretty sad when you order ahead and your order still isn’t cared for properly. This lady here didn’t wanna talk to me didn’t wanna cancel my order. She acted like she didn’t understand English and her and another co worker were speaking English perfectly fine. She told me to call customer service and walked away. I called the number for the store and spoke to a gentleman who said he was the manager. I was still in the store while on the phone and he helped me get my refund and doubtful he will tell his employees anything as they don’t care about customer service. Only one other person was in the store but no parking in the front due to the employees parking their cars upfront so they could quickly get inside yet customers can park far away and walk, it’s like 1 degree weather outside. If the employees aren’t gonna do their jobs there are plenty of people out there ready to showcase what they can do.
