Hello again everyone! Ok , if you dont know by now, I do reviews for all of you so you wont have to "suffer" a bad experience from the fast food industry and restaurants in the dfw area. Today 1/11/25 my wife and I were out on one of our adventures as usual and we were driving through benbrook and decided to stop for lunch at Wendy's. We went through the drive thru, now these days unfortunately with fast food, customer service has vanished, you usually get the rude, lazy, no caring employee with horrible communication skills, I cannot stand it when you drive up to a fast food place and give them your hard earned money which helps pay that employee and keep that business running and you are met with complete rudness. But not today folks, today we were had the pleasure of interacting with a kind, very professional young lady by the name of "Jana" she was exactly what you need and expect from the places, something that is slowly going away for whatever reason. She had excellent communication skills, she made us feel extremely welcome and very comfortable, so Jana, thank you for the warm welcome in the drive thru , the food was very fresh and the most important part is, it was made correct! Ive seen the bad reviews for this location and i will just say to everyone, dont give up on this place just yet, i think jana can lead her team and get the ratings up, wendys, i cant stress this enough, these are the kinds of people you and many other food chains need to bring back so the customer doesn't have to pull up to your establishment and say " i wonder how this is going to go" but as for my wife and i , because of Jana we will definitely be back to this location because of you and I hope you are instilling these qualities in your employees because you did an awesome job , thank you once again Jana.

Amazing service. You can really tell the manager takes pride in his work and keeps a nice smile on his face while making sure everything runs perfectly. I man named Allen took my order I mean he really stood out with his customer service skills! Will be choosing this Wendy’s on my route to work from now on! Thanks allen!

First thing I noticed going in was extremely sticky floors. The employees were fine but the food wasn't good. Tables seemed to be clean and the bathrooms were fine.

Didn't seem like a good value. Got the baconator breakfast sandwich, potato wedges, small drink. Cost $8.11. I asked for no sauce. They put sauce on it. It's not a big sandwich. The place was exceptionally clean. The service was good except for the sauce debacle. Staff was friendly. From now on, I'll stick to the lunch menu.

When ordering our food, we asked if they could go light on the mayo. Guy said, "No problem." The sandwich was drenched in mayo. Had to take a napkin and wipe some off. Unless you want a large meal, you have to specify that you want a smaller meal. No ketchup in the container. Had to ask for some.

Some of the workers are cool, some are rude. Clean dine in, we went in the evening… kind of pricey… fries are… meh… the burgers however have gotten better… drinks are modern and for once Ever…. Their sweet tea was really good… 3-5 stars for fast food. Chicken was burnt and the fries on the other meal were crispy…

I ordered chicken Biggie bags with ranch sauce. 4 to be exact. And I usually check my food before I pull off but I was exhausted. Always check your bag. I didn't receive what I ordered. I received 4 Jr Bacon cheeseburgers. No ranch sauce in sight. If I wasn't exhausted I would've gon back. After not eating fir hours today I just ate it. But it's messed up my order was screwed up without a second thought.

Man it’s annoying how the employees working here can’t even do their jobs correctly let alone have a good attitude. If they didn’t want to do the job they applied for then why be there. They act like we’re a bother to them. The only reason I come here is because it’s the nearest location to me. And I’m not exaggerating when I say EVERYTIME I come it’s a bad experience. Not to even mention how many times they can’t get the order correct.
