We visited Champions Bar in June 2025 during the day and enjoyed 1€ pints (available until 7pm). Paco the bar man was really friendly and made us feel welcome. There was a great variety of music being played in the background. Outside on the terrace there was plenty of seating, both in the shade and in the sun. Later in the afternoon you could ride on the bull.

One of my favourite starting points on the square Benidorm. Not so mental as the other places (mental is good btw) playing more chart music etc. Nice big terrace to enjoy a drink and watch the action. Also has all the live sports during the day. Opens February till November and also one of the first pubs on the Club-it Benidorm bar crawl

On May 2, 2026, we went to the Champions Bar, where a blonde woman speaking broken English ultimately refused to serve us drinks in a discriminatory manner, presumably due to her language difficulties. A little later, we asked her again why she had done that and what her problem was, and she then served us and offered to give us the drinks we had ordered earlier for free. We didn’t accept it, but she insisted, so we gave her a €5 tip, believing that the matter was settled. The next evening at 8 p.m., we went back to watch a show. We ordered drinks and watched the entire show. After the show, we sat out on the terrace, where the security guard forced us to leave, citing yesterday’s conflict. So yesterday they offered free drinks, and now we could even order, but in the end they kick us out? Why didn’t they do this the day before? We didn’t ask for free drinks, just kindness. We went there to have a good time. Not to have our evening ruined. I suggest this woman, who incited the security guard, choose a different profession, since she can’t handle the challenges of being a bartender. At the same time, she should be ashamed of herself for only realizing this the next day and then using violence to vent her aggression and any grievances from the previous day. Did she set the security guard on us 24 hours later? Are you serious? Your hospitality is disgraceful, Champions Bar, and you have a lot of room for improvement. People like this don’t belong in the hospitality industry. We ourselves would never want to go back to a place where the IQ is so low.

Después de estar más de dos horas consumiendo, una parte de la mesa salió un momento y no nos quisieron dejar entrar más por ser españoles, ya que los extranjeros consumen más y te dicen la excusa de "es una fiesta privada" además de ser muy agresivo el portero. Nos tuvimos que ir todos del lugar y dejar incluso cervezas en la mesa

Soy español y durante años suelo ir aquí a tomar una copa y hoy el vigilante de la puerta no me dejó entrar diciendo que solo era para guiris y que para los españoles era hacia el centro.VERGONZOSO

Ci siamo avvicinati per fare il gioco del toro , che ho pagato regolarmente (5€) ! Ad un certo punto senza che ci fosse nessuno all ingresso, si avvicina il buttafuori costringendoci a pagare 10 euro ciascuno a detta sua per l ingresso e una consumazione, dopo che abbiamo pagato "SCORTATI" DA LUI, nemmeno abbiamo consumato perché chi c'era dietro al banco e scomparso, l abbiamo riferito al buttafuori e ci ha detto di rientrare a vere, cosa che nn abbiamo fatto! UN POSTO DOVE TRUFFARE IL CLIENTE È LA REGOLA BASE DELL ATTIVITÀ CON I BUTTAFUORI ASSUNTO SOLO PER QUESTO! NON ANDATECI!

Avoid this place, there are drug dealers / thugs bouncing this place, we got beaten to a pulp for absolutely nothing, they took my phone and asked for €50 if I wanted it back. Apparently, this happens on the regular, recent story of same bouncers beating a young female to a point where she had to be rushed into hospital

dangerous. bouncers will kick you in the head, rob your boyfriends phone make him pay for it back and still kick him to the floor 4 vs 1. i left with 2 black eyes and my boyfriend covered in blood and broken nose

A strictly racist bar. If you are lucky to be born white just walk in. Any other colour is asked to leave. First time in my life experienced such a brazen racism. Four of us (all Pakistanis) walked in because two of our friends wanted a ride on the bucking bull. When first one finished and second of our friend was about to ride the operator told us to leave. On asking the reason the bar guy told us that this bar is exclusive to English people. When we asked him how did they know who is English and who is not as people were walking in freely. He said, "we run this business and we can tell from afar who is English and who is not".
