Walked to the old town down the beach front at night and stumbled across this place. Well so glad we did. The street was extremely busy and so was the restaurant inside but service was quick friendly and spot on. We sat outside with a gas heater and was perfect and watch the world go by. Food was excellent really good quality extremely hot and timing perfect we will be definitely going back here again. Prices are very reasonable for quality and service received. Great place...

Atención estupenda. Muy rápidos y la comida muy rica. Pedimos provolone (muy bueno) pero quito una estrella por el pan, ya que no está a la altura del resto de platos. Te ponen el pan cortado tal cual, sin hornear y correoso (sin sentido en un italiano) La pizza muy buena y el tiramisú de 10. Si hubiese estado el pan del provolone tostadito le daría un 10.

El personal es de 10, no tenemos queja alguna. Fueron realmente amables y acogedores. Teníamos ganas de encontrar un buen local con pizza napolitana en Benidorm ya que siempre acabamos yendo a otras poblaciones cuando nos apetece y quisimos probar esta propuesta. Las pizzas están bastante bien, sencillas. Lo que nos decepcionó fue la tabla de embutidos. Pedimos media ración y en la descripción ponía que venía con queso mozzarella o parmesano. No estaba por ningún lado. El embutido era de baja calidad en comparación al que te suelen servir en otros italianos. El precio de la media tabla que ven en la foto era de 14€ y el jamón parecía totalmente serrano de supermercado y el resto por el estilo. Esto nos hace dudar de si volveríamos a probar o recomendaríamos este sitio. Desde luego, solo por la buena atención recibida, la ubicación y el ambiente, nos encantaría.

Una pizza riquísima, de las de verdad. Hecha al punto perfecto en el horno de leña. Cocina bastante rápida, que es de agradecer. ¡Todo un descubrimiento! Sin duda volveremos.

La pizza muy buena pero la pasta bastante regular. Los precios bastante bien para ser una calle concurrida. El servicio correcto. La pizza estaba rica y bien hecha. La pasta tenía mucha salsa con poca pasta y puesta en el plato sin gracia alguna.

Lugar bien ambientado con platos típicos italianos de buena calidad. Pedimos un entrante y dos pizzas para tres y las pizzas son de buen tamaño. Personal amable y educado, sitio original porque también tiene al lado el propio bar si te apetece una cerveza o copa!

Cold food ignored. Total waste but it might have been a bad night as it was busy. The waiter gave my left overs to a beggar. I have reviewed this again after your response and feel it’s right to improve your rating. You was very busy and I think that when I paid they may have reduced the price a little but didn’t vocalise that he did. Thank you for your response. Wishing your business well.

Ayer vine a cenar y la atención fue muy buena, agua para el perro, tapa… Así que pedí cena, una pizza buenísima. Hoy hice lo mismo, una triste cerveza… Así que no pedí cena, me iré a otro sitio. La reseña, la media de los dos días!!

Slowish service, soggy pizza (too much cream) & cheap ingredients imo. Lasagne was ok but €14 for a small portion is a joke. Had some fella who could just about do a back flip trying to get money out of everyone for his one skill show, leg it mate there’s a circus somewhere I’m sure 🙃 only Heineken on draught, there’s better places to eat/drink than here. 10% added on without asking as well. Wouldn’t bother going again 👍🏻

13:30 nos sentamos, pedimos una ensalada de entrante, unos espaguetis y una pizza, a las 14:00 llega la pizza (muy rica, hay que decirlo), le recordamos que falta la ensalada y la pasta y que anule la ensalada porque era de entrante y ya ha salido uno de los salientes. A las 14:10 le volvemos a recordar que falta la pasta, a las 14:30 me levanto y pago la pizza y las bebidas, la pasta sin salir 1 hora después de pedirla.

Unos 25minutos esperando para dos tiramisus y ya nos ibamos a marchar. Después de olvidarse 2 bebidas y traerlas mal, nos cobran una de más. El extra parmesano en un vote minisculo por 3 euros....

Parecía buen sitio, no tenía mala pinta, pero no me gustó la comida. La pizza parecía a medio hacer, hacen la pizza en el horno y después le ponen encíma el jamón y el queso parmesano.

comida sin sabor. Sacaron dos platos primero. terminamos de comer y mi amigo aún no tenía su plato. 15€ euros te cobran por un trocito de lasaña que parece un entrante. Ambiente demasiado ruidoso un caos total! Típica trampa caza turistas y caimos! Para no volver. Ah sin contar que no hay señal dentro del local. Tienen una red pública de wifi y no funciona. Lo que te obliga a pararte a pedir cartas físicas porque no van los QR.obvio porque no hay señal! Para no volver!

El servicio y la comida de pena! Casi se nos junta la cena con el desayuno. La pasta como una piedra. La pizza quemada. En fin.. toda una experiencia. La pena es que el lugar mola pero con ganas me he quedado de pedir unas raciones en el bar de al lado después de ver 5 mesas pasar antes de cenar.

Awful. Chicken in Pizza had terrible smell and when I told to waiters, he confirm and says Yes he knows and he directly bring the bill. I paid 30 Euro for one person, and I didn't eat the pizz. It's shameful you cheated who visited your place.

If you value any kind of service your time or your sanity skip this place. I am not exaggerating when I say this is the worst service I have ever had in a restaurant in fact I cannot remember the last time I didn't tip (and my wife and I usually tip generously at around 15% outside the US and 22-24% there). They seem to have their most skilled customer service person / best English speaker outside to invite you in (this poor chap was called over to resolve numerous problems at other tables where the other staff don't seem able to speak at all). The other staff are down right awful and it isn't the language barrier as I could of asked for all the things we wanted in good enough Spanish to understand. We ordered our drinks and food which went smoothy, both ordering cocktails mine arrived 10 minutes later and it was fantastic and in a really cool mug. My wife's strawberry daiquiri didn't arrive but seeing my cocktail they'd clearly been made with some care so didn't chase. The person who served my drink did not speak or make any acknowledgement as to this fact. Around 15 minutes later our pizza arrived (my wife still didn't have a drink) I asked the waiter and he just ignored the question and walked off. Around us by this point other tables were walking out /getting annoyed. After another 15 minutes when we'd nearly finished our pizza I went to ask where my wife's drink was and was told "2 minutes," at this point we ordered this drink 40 minutes ago. It then arrived. Again in their defence the drink itself was good in fact it took so long I suspect someone had ground the ice with a pestle and mortar or similar as I cannot see why when people coming in well after us were being served drinks had theirs. At no point did anyone apologise. I then had to ask for the bill 3 times and it was 20 minutes from the first person to the last of asking for the bill. No apology safe to say no tip was left. Honestly the service was appalling ( looking at reviews and my fellow diners around me this is clearly their problem.) I have done a lot of trip advisor reviews and id actually give the food and drink a 4 maybe even a 5 out of 5 but the service is so bad it ruined our evening and we were so frustrated after we simply went back to the hotel.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in Benidorm Our waiter didn’t speak English and I spoke with another one that does regarding a seafood platter for 2 (45€) and he said that it comes with prawns, octopus and different kinds of mussels . I went and asked inside at the bar and the older man said the same thing. They brought the food and the platter and I ate a bit of it looking for the octopus but it wasn’t there so I asked another member of the staff about the octopus and he asked our waiter and the only excuse he came up with was that he didn’t say that it comes with octopus and it never did come and it doesn’t say in the menu that it does . It doesn’t say anything in the menu about it so that’s why I asked specifically what does it come with . Extremely disappointed, I understand maybe they made a mistake but not trying to sort out the situation or even to apologise about the misunderstanding because it was they’re mistake since I double checked…. Extremely disappointed, the guy that helped us was the only nice one (romanian guy) but he finished his shift before we could ask him what happened. Don’t go here unless you want an authentic pizza , if you want anything else from the menu I’m genuinely letting you know it’s a total fail, it’s my second time eating here and definitely the last . IT DOESN’T SAY WHAT IT CONTAINS IN THE MENU see the picture attached . Disgusting customer service
