Es un lugar muy agradable y cálido para pasar el rato, como estudiar o trabajar via remota. En ocasiones tardan en entregarte tu pedido a pesar de que no haya mucha gente. Fuera de eso, todo está muy bien

Very nice and clean. Consistent food and menu. Not a Spanish speaker but they had an English menu and the waiter and I tired. Wasn't wow-ed. It did it's job.

La verdad me gusta mucho este starbucks por lo amplio que es y la ubicación, es un buen lugar para trabajar o estudiar, sin embargo, dos de las veces que he ido el baño estaba sucio, el personal no sabía bien las promociones que había o los productos en existencia,para algunos pedidos solo dejaron las cosas en la barra y no decían de quién era la orden, el clima siempre está heladísimo. Me da un poco de desconfianza consumir panadería ya que no está adecuadamente almacenada, hasta moscas tenía la última vez que fui (anexo evidencia).

Buena actitud de los baristas. La parte del sótano la cierran a partir de las 6pm. Terraza con buena vista, espacio en tienda reducido. Mi crítica es que TODOS los enchufes están flojos, no puedes cargar tu equipo.

Not good service, no refill on time, they didn't bring all the orders together, my burger comes first and my partner orded after 10 minutes. The burger was very bad and cold as well as fries

They’re remodelling right now. Service is okay, friendly but my waitress forgot about me at times. The chipotle pasta is really good but the chicken was cold. Good flavor though. And good portion

Tasted like watered down cocktails and dessert was meant to be raspberry crumble but was more thick bread with crusty pieces on top. Also service was educationally slow as each waiter would only help there own customer not anyone else.

Very crowded, specially on thursdays. Music is very loud so it's not easy to chat. Good food, good drinks. Service is nice but slow.

Hace mucho tiempo de que no me topaba con gente tan desagradable, la tienda vacía y se enojo la chica (Ali) por que la interrumpi ya que estaba clavada en su celular. Definitivo no regresaré aqui.

Ojalá pongan más atención en la limpieza de la entrada, desde afuera, las escaleras, la puerta de cristal, el tapete de la entrada y el piso de la entrada casi siempre está sucio, y/o descuidado. Todo lo demás está muy bien, la atención y servicio muy agradable. Lo que sería recomendable en general en todos los Starbucks, sería que el de caja No debería manipular alimentos, que aunque usan guantes los agarran después de agarrar dinero, es por eso que dejé de consumir alimentos

El peor Starbucks del mundo. 20 minutos para un Chai latte. Ni disculpas piden. Hay una cola de clientes y los que atienden charlan entre ellos....

Precios muy altos para lo que dan. El pan es insípido y seco, las galletas igual. En lista de BDS

Hoy 04 de agosto 2025 salió un llavero y esta sucursal no lo tiene, es la segunda sucursal que me encuentro con este detalle. Desastroso a mi parecer.

I used to go to this restaurant approximately 10 years ago. The food that I have in my memory was delicious, but since then has the menu and recipes apparently changed. I did not like the food at all. Service was excellent and ambient has definitely changed with the new decor.

Found a dirty/greesy mark on the inside of my glass so I pilotly asked them to change it. Then found 2 hairs in my food. Awful experience and they still had the cheek to charge 1/2 the bill. I'll never go back.
