We had brioche both plain and with chocolate, which were just ok but nothing special. But the service was bad, very slow even with few people inside. And when I went to pay there was an unfriendly and dismissive attitude. I felt like I was inconveniencing them, just because I’m a tourist.

Extremely disappointed with the miserly and ungenerous slice of panettone. Every other bakery in Italy gives you a whole slice. Here you get an abomination of a half slice. The coffee was good, the taste of the panettone was good, but i feel like the Christmas Grinch is running this place given the size of the portion.

Us and other people waited for a table for over 10minutes and nobody even acknowledged us, the waiter just left the table service area and the rest of the staff didn’t bother

Prices are terrible. Dark chocolate pastry was so expensive and at the same time too sweet and not delicious. They don’t even have water after coffee

Worst service at our hole Italy trip. The girl at the cafe really hates service. She was so unpleasant and unprofessional. I recommend them to work at a warehouse were you don’t have to deal with people. Coffee did not taste that much either.

We bought 3 ice creams and one cookie. We sat down in the attached room but shortly a lady came with bitter face that we can’t sit here. When I asked why she simply said its only for customers who order with her. I said that we just bought their ice cream and it doesn’t make sense. The was no sign, no information. There was just one table occupied and like 10 left. The “world famous stracciatella” was big disappointment and the stupid service just made it even worse.

Taste of ice cream is good and they really have nice story about stracciatella ice cream, but stuff is arrogant and they told to go to eat their ice cream outside for our family with small kid even we were prepared to pay extra coperto fee. But they even didn’t offered that. So unpleasant..
