Old Wild West Bergamo Reviews
I eat here often when I'm at Atalanta. The food is well known, but the prices are quite high; you could dine in a comparable restaurant, but the staff is truly kind and friendly, whereas in other places you won't find any praise for them.
I came here to eat because I wanted to try the Tex-Mex menu. The chicken burrito was delicious, really compliments. The wait staff was also very kind and knowledgeable.
Visited on the night of December 31st. We booked last minute, and luckily they had room. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The food was good, as always. If we ever come back to Bergamo, we'll definitely return. Highly recommended.
I go there often because I live very close by, so it's convenient for me. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff are always very kind and professional, and the food is tasty. The burgers are excellent, as are all the restaurants in the OWW chain.
The food is delicious, the portions are large, the service is great.
Food was tasty, personal friendly.
The staff is very very kind, especially Alessandro and Ali. The price/quality ratio is optimal
Very good , perfect taste , and amazing people

Came here during game day because the tickets were sold out, watched the game on the TV and enjoyed some delicious food and service. Prices were good and the service was even better. The establishment was very cozy and well decorated, seeing the fans walk outside to the gates was fun. Good quality on the TV too. 5/5 would recommend to anyone in the area.
I walked in. They asked me where to sit. Being alone... I was spoiled for choice. I decided to sit down. From the outside, I was attracted by the €6.50 promotion... When ordering, I asked about this promotion and was told it only applied to the sandwich, which was available in four varieties. If I wanted fries, it was an additional €2. I chose a piadina with breaded chicken, lettuce, and sauces. With still water at room temperature. Shortly after, I received the water and the glass. What I didn't like was taken away from the table: the large menu poster. Also included were the cutlery and placemat. It must be a way to indicate that I'm alone... Shortly afterward, the piadina arrived... While waiting to finish my post, I'll savor it before it gets cold... At first bite, I savored the Breaded Chicken, the Bacon sauces, the lettuce, and the Parmigiano Reggiano shavings. Congratulations... Next time, I'll try other dishes... With my partner, who complained that I hadn't invited her.

I probably went there at the worst time (a few hours before the start of the match) but waiting almost an hour after placing the order seems a bit too long for a fast-food restaurant...
A red-haired sales assistant (a cosplay lady) is very rude and treats underage customers badly. We wanted to ask her for dessert, so we called her politely and treated her with respect and politeness. She rudely replied, "No, I came here to say hello." My friends and I got really pissed off and wanted to beat her up. We suggest you call the staff.
This place is part of a well-known chain, nothing more, nothing less. It's always pretty empty, but that doesn't mean you'll be served quickly—quite the opposite! It takes a long time even just to order (with very few customers present). At least that's been the case the last three times we've been here. The staff is friendly, but they're probably understaffed. There used to be an American Graffiti, which I think closed because there was hardly a soul there. If they turn away the few people who go there, I don't think it'll last long.
Great location. Great decorations. Empty restaurant and the person in charge insisted we sit in a small table (two toddlers and myself) when a booth would have been better for us. So we didn’t stay and taste the food. Ended up at Burger King next door. I totally understand these rules if the restaurant is full. But empty restaurant is simply legalism to me. Maybe for future customers you can adjust. I’m sure I’ll get a response in their defense. Good luck.
