Ieri sera siamo andati per la prima volta in questo ristorante indiano...che scoperta! Pietanze ottime; un'atmosfera calma e silenziosa (anche di sabato sera) e i camerieri gentili e disponibili a spiegare le portate. Bisogna assolutamente provare questo ristorante, fidatevi.

Siamo andati a pranzo, l'atmosfera era molto tranquilla e piacevole. Abbiamo preso un antipasto e due piatti unici di carne, uno delicato e uno speziato. Tutto buonissimo, ad un prezzo più che giusto. Il personale estremamente gentile poi ha reso l'esperienza ottima. Sicuramente torneremo.

Sono cliente da anni e mi trovo sempre benissimo! Un vero salto in India con una location bellissima, una cucina deliziosa e che non delude mai. Un ampia scelta di piatti vegan. Servizio impeccabile sono tutti gentilissimi e a modo. ❤️

Sono stato a cena in due la domenica, giornata con poca affluenza. Accoglienza molto gentile, servizio attento, preciso e anche piuttosto veloce; locale molto bello e ben arredato in stile indiano. Per quanto riguarda il cibo è stato tutto veramente ottimo, dagli antipasti ai piatti di carne fino ai contorni: il fatto che ci fossero diversi clienti indiani è la conferma che i piatti ed i sapori sono quelli originali e non rivisitati o adattati.

Ieri sera abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare da Shiva e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, l’ambiente accogliente e curato, e la cucina davvero deliziosa. È stata un’esperienza che sicuramente ripeteremo. Lo consigliamo assolutamente!

Sono 10 anni circa che veniamo da Shiva e ci troviamo sempre benissimo. Abbiamo provato quasi tutti i piatti del menù, trovandoli sempre buonissimi. Proprietario e personale gentili e accoglienti. Location appena rinnovata che ti fa sentire in India ancora più di prima. Super consigliato!

Il mio ristorante indiano di fiducia (che consiglio a chiunque mi chieda di provare indiano). Rapporto qualità/quantità prezzo ottima. Ogni cosa é buona. Unica “pecca” d’inverno (parlo a pranzo) l’ambiente non è molto caldo (per lo meno per me, ma è comunque sopportabile anche per i più freddolosi).

Ristorante indiano veramente ottimo! Cibo buonissimo (il menù ha davvero una vasta scelta, anche per vegetariani) e personale molto gentile e cordiale, anche l'ambiente è davvero accogliente e confortevole. Ve lo consiglio, vivrete sicuramente una bellissima esperienza, io non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

An absolute gem! If you're looking for authentic Indian flavors, this is the place. The lamb Rogan Josh was perfectly spiced tender meat in a rich, complex gravy. You can tell they use fresh spices rather than pre-made pastes. Also, the garlic naan was light, fluffy, and straight out of the tandoor. Easily some of the best Indian food I’ve had in the area. Highly recommend for anyone craving a real taste of India!

Food was incredible and the place itself is quite impressive (decoration, furniture, dinnerware). Price was quite good for the quality. It was just a bit too chilly inside (it was a cold winter evening) which I'm pretty sure is something they're able to resolve.

We had a lovely lunch at a cozy Indian restaurant in Bergamo. The brown rice biryani and Rogan Josh were flavorful and aromatic. The décor, inspired by Indian culture and quotes from Gandhi, added charm. Friendly staff explained the spices, making the experience warm, authentic, and truly enjoyable.

We had a delicious meal in this restaurant last Sunday evening. We had not booked a table but they managed to fit us in. The place was very busy which is a good sign. The food was delicious and good value too. Staff very friendly and helpful. Toilets clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend this place. Oh and there is a great motto written on the wall! Watch out for it.

This is an Indian restaurant in Bergamo and the food is really good and and atmosphere inside the restaurant is really awesome we can take a break from the city atmosphere and spend a cool and relaxing time inside this restaurant.stafs are really good and they also speak English so if you don't know to speak Italian it doesn't matter.

The personnel is extremely kind and the food is amazing. Vegan and vegetarian options too. prices are superb given the options and quality of the dishes.

We ordered achari chicken, butter chicken, salty lassi, and garlic naan. There was no garlic on nan. It was simple roti with double price. Butter chicken and achari chicken were just okay. Nothing special about them. I liked the lassi. The place was quiet crowded and I think they’re short-staffed. Waiting time was long, I asked my food to be packed but nothing came after 15 min so we left.

Starters are literally for 1. Serving of Indian food is always generous. You will not get it with your starters. The manager constantly looks at his phone, watching something. With the virus scare, and only 2 customers eating, the assumption would be, he would be more accommodating. Main meal was really tasty! We had chicken curry and daal Turka . So main meal was the highlight!!

buongiorno, non sono esperto in questo campo di solito mi dedico alle recensioni delle gelaterie, ma visto il cibo imbarazzante che ho mangiato non posso fare a meno di scrivere questa recensione, anche perche mi piace l'idea di condividere la mia esperienza con gli altri. Il locale è molto bello ma è invivibile per la puzza, una cosa indecente, un tanfo mai sentito in vita mia, penso che un fetore del genere lo abbia sentito rare volte, non ho un naso sensibile ma sono dovuto uscire 3-4 volte dal locale per prendere una boccata d'aria, manca se si convoglia la canna fumaria di uno smaltimento di una fogna dentro a un locale si ottiene un lezzo del genere.

Very poor experience at Shiva. We ordered some food for takeaway and when we arrived home some of the food was not what we had ordered. Portions were extremely small, less than what a young child would eat. Quality of food was average at best and quite expensive considering the quantity and quality of the food. I would not recommend and will not be returning,
