Delicious cheeses of excellent quality, and the service is good; the waitress is very helpful. In addition to cheeses, they sell a wide variety of sauces, butters, honey, and sweets. The price is fair, and the cheeses also come with a label indicating which wines are best to pair with them. 10/10.

<A clean, locally-produced cheese shop (also sells wine)> This area in Querétaro is being actively developed by the state as the "Wine, Cheese, and Art Route." While this route from Querétaro to Bernal and its surrounding areas is dotted with independent wineries and cheese shops, there are few in the town of Bernal, and this was the only place I saw one. I recommend this place for those looking for a quick pick-up. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there were no tastings, so if you want to make a proper purchase, I recommend leaving the city early and visiting a directly-operated store outside the city. Both the cheese and wine were delicious. The expiration dates of the two types of cheese I purchased were about three months from the date of purchase.
