I ordered pasta and two cappuccinos. Then I asked for two sips of water, which are usually served in two small glasses. The bartender replied that he didn't have any glasses and that he could only serve us water in two glasses. So I told him that just one glass would be enough because I figured we'd have to pay for them. The bartender brought us two glasses of water. I pointed out that I'd only asked for one, and he said he understood that it was two. We only consumed one, leaving the other full. We went to pay for our drinks. Checking the receipt, I noticed that he charged us for the two glasses of water. It seems like a joke, because it's not a question of money but of principle. If you misunderstand, should I pay for it?

Today I witnessed an unpleasant incident involving a customer (a pregnant woman with her baby) who was sitting outside waiting for her receipt. The man, who I believe is the owner, behaved rudely, in my opinion, upon seeing the scene, because the receipt wasn't delivered. In any case, zero manners. Everything can always be resolved without raising voices, especially when small children are present.
