Beach Cities Cafe & Confections Beverly Hills Reviews
Really loved the atmosphere! The smoothie is very rich and real- not like Jamba or just other generally over sweet smoothies :) the sandwich was super flavorful!
This is definitely a hidden gem in the South Bay! The coffee was delicious, the almond croissant, best ever and the Turkey sandwich on a croissant was the best I ever had! No doubt this is my go to sandwich spot now! I'm hooked!
Amazing iced-coffee, pumpkin muffins and pastries. They have a large assortment of candy-shop-style chocolate covered apples, jelly beans, orange malt balls and every other type of sweet you can imagine. Great stocking stuffers for Christmas, for sure. And Did I mention the ice-cream? Very nice staff as well.
I’ve been meaning to come here for a while, and finally got the opportunity today! Was happily greeted by Beach Boys playing in the lobby and the lady making drinks was very sweet. My drink was very good and I’ll definitely come back soon <3
A perfect stop after a long walk or a bike ride. Conveniently located by a park at the end of the North Redondo bike path. Convenient outside seating and a helpful staff! Lots of delectable items dipped in chocolate to go. The chocolate dipped cheesecake was unbelievably good and very reasonably priced! The rocky road Carmel Apple was mind blowing! A lot of drink options! Sandwiches and toasts!
Lisa always has a smile and passion for chocolatiering. I love buying her different varieties of caramel apples!

Great place to come when visiting California. Love their avocado toast! By far the best. Always friendly staff and clean!
My daughter-in-law and I made this discovery a few days ago and have been back every day since! Owner, Lisa, has really put the love into her food preps that are healthy and delicious. It's a charming spot to grab a great bite and even one of their homemade candy apples. Bianca, who's in the front of the house is also a great addition to real homie service. You'll feel you made new friends there, who invited you in for lunch. We'll be back. Thank you, Lisa and Bianca, Karen Hope Moss
This is a hidden Gem! I have passed this place multiple times and finally decided to stop by and try their Acia bowls!, the best one I ever had in Los Angeles! I have tried many, and it’s reasonably priced! Oh and the pumkin muffin is great too! Most definitely going to my my go to place! Thank you for awesome food and service!
I LOVE this place!!! The owners are so nice and the array of food items is terrific. I have massive food restrictions due to radiation and I am in love with the avocado toast and the egg toast. They add parmesan and a little olive oil and I feel like I'm in Italy! For those of you lucky enough to eat sweets, you will have your fill to drool over. There are a few tables outside or you can order and pick up. ENJOY
I actually really like how small and uniquely shaped the shop is, in comparison to previous reviews. It's cozy. Reminds me of places in Japan. A nice shop in the North Redondo neighborhood and it is great for parents that a park is immediately nearby. The Green Bullet was a decent drink.
Wonderful experience! They were formerly Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in the South Bay Galleria in Torrance. Now they're in the middle of a nice neighborhood in Torrance not far from the Galleria. Same gracious owners with great coffee drinks, sweets, and their large dark chocolate strawberries are to die for!
We're over by Athen's Park and order on a weekly, sometimes daily basis. Food is great and they always accommodate as much as they can. We love their little notes. Thank you!
10/10 love coming here when i visit got both the breakfast burrito and sandwich so delicious! food is fresh

Twas a good sandwich that I had... Nice and warm smoked turkey, quality bread and nice lettuce. A bit on the expensive side, but It was refreshing to have something that tasted homemade and not preprepared like most places. Lovely service.

I have had better experience with delivery from there than an in person. Please don’t add vanilla to coffee unless I ask for it. It’s disgusting. I hate it especially when I take half hour to walk to the place and I wanna enjoy my coffee once a week, it’s a treat hate vanilla. So far South be Bay disappoints when it comes to making a a good cappuccino.
Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory offers delicious vegan truffles, the best I've had in the country (and other places I've tried around the world). While it seems they only carry 2-3 options each day, the flavors are amazing and will not disappoint. The employees/owner were all super friendly too, I'd certainly like to continue supporting small, local businesses like this so I'll be back.

Terrible food, from frozen junk and I received a burnt end piece of bread as my garlic bread. I was ignored when I 1st walked in which I should’ve left bc no one else was in the place. Idk but the whole thing felt micro aggressive.
While looking for a new coffee spot, Hubby came across Beach Cities Cafe and Confections in Redondo Beach. So we went for it! We got there around 8:30a and it said they open at 8a. But when we got there, no one was there so we were confused. Then we saw a lady run from across the street and opened up shop. She apologized but that was weird and you're 30mins late homegirl. When we entered, I felt it to be a bit closterphobic. It felt cluttered and stuff everywhere. I got my usual iced vanilla latte and a pumpkin muffin, Hubby just got an iced vanilla latte as well. There was only seating outside so that's where we sat. Our order came out and my muffin was super stale and it did not taste fresh at all. My iced vanilla latte was missing the vanilla. Hubby had to go and ask the lady to add the vanilla. This place was pretty disappointing and not at all what I expected. I will not be coming back.

We keep coming to this place to support the local businesses but it looks like they don’t care about customers experience. For simple egg toast every time we need to stay 20 min and their staff are not well trained and keep either mix the order and this time they told us they are going to bring the toast outside and after 20 min going inside and see they forgot it and the toast was inside with the only had one customer. So even want to support the local businesses and not coming back.
