Rosso Arancio Biella Reviews
The owners are incredibly friendly and always smiling. Their pizzas and turmeric sandwiches are a real treat, and if you order them stuffed, they're definitely worth a try.
Excellent bar in the center of Biella. The staff is friendly, the place is quiet, and there's a wide selection of food and drinks on the menu. This establishment is also affiliated with the Too Good to Go service.
A very nice, spotlessly clean bar with super friendly staff. Great for breakfast, lunch, or aperitifs, and excellent coffee.

Excellent sweet and savory breakfasts and a wide variety of croissants, biscuits, fresh pastries, fruit cakes... FRUGALCENA is a pleasant surprise... good wine and beers too. Very kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff. A refined location that offers truly surprising sunsets. A truly addictive combination 🥳🤗
Top service!
Satisfied.
Ok
Nice place, lots of choice. It's a shame they're not particularly friendly and the prices are truly ridiculous. Two sandwiches, a Coke, and a side of potatoes, €30!!! If I'd read the reviews first, I don't think I would have gone. I found myself in everything.
The place is very cute, with tables both inside and outside under the covered porch. From what I saw, they do both a little baking and a pastry shop. I went in the afternoon for a snack with a friend because years ago, in the morning, I had some chocolate and pistachio croissants, which were very good. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any more brioches (but at 3:30 pm, they're ok), so my friend had a small shortcrust pastry tart for €3.50 and a Sprite for €1.80. I instead opted for a hot tea (€3.50) and a fairly large maritozzo with cream for €4.50. I was very disappointed, even when cut into the maritozzo, it was hard, dry, and parched. I tasted it anyway (and so did my friend), and the cream wasn't very good; it clearly tasted like it was from the fridge. Honestly, I thought it was from the day before... I've eaten plenty of maritozzi, but never like this. I called the waitress and told her it was inedible and explained why. She was very kind, apologized, and took it away. Shortly afterward, the owner arrived, looking a little annoyed, and said, "Are you the lady who sent the maritozzo back?" "Yes, it's me." He said, "Well, what's the problem? Four of us tried it, and it's delicious." "Excuse me, but it's very dry, and the cream tastes like it's from the refrigerator, and it's bad," I replied. He said, very annoyed, "We make them like this, we made it this morning, it's not old, we make them just like this." Well, now I mean... You come to the table to "pick me up" and be made fun of like I'm a little girl, no way. Besides, my friend also told me she thought it was old, too. I've been dealing with a family-run bar for fifty years... a lifetime... and our croissants have never been dry. If I were them, if I may, I'd reconsider the preservation method at this point. I can't believe there are people who purposely buy dry, parched maritozzi with cream... And if that were the case, don't call them maritozzi with cream because they're not made that way! For example, if I write crepes and then say frittata, it might be my way of making them, but they're not crepes. I don't know if I'm making myself clear. The maritozzo should be soft, fluffy, and delicious. Not even difficult to cut in half, as it's hard. I offered to pay for the maritozzo anyway, but they didn't charge me for it. I appreciated that, but the visit to the table by the owner, who was not even a little annoyed, was a disappointment. Honestly, it could have ended there, without coming to the table to justify himself in a less than cordial manner. Anyway, I'd say two small cups of hot water and a tea bag for €3.50 is already quite a good deal... I've never paid that much even in a ski resort, but no problem, everyone sets their own prices. 🤷
I won't waste too much time on this place. Personally, it reminds me of a certain period in the late 1990s, when bars like this one served Simmenthal with potatoes (they even advertised it) to hurried employees with less-than-stellar palates. But then, that was the time. Personally, I applaud the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the parking...and for lunch, ask for the Simmenthal. Rating: 4.

Coffee that I didn't like at all and service I would say very unpleasant from the owner, the waitress on the other hand very nice My personal experience and I won't go back there again
This restaurant turned out to be extremely expensive. We ordered two cups of ginseng coffee and a cup of hot chocolate, which tasted more like a chocolate pudding. We also ordered two sandwiches, consisting solely of tomatoes and cheese, and a vegetable platter with some shrimp. The total was €35.10, a price that left us perplexed and made us feel like we'd been ripped off. Comparing the prices with those of the cafeteria inside the Esselunga shopping center, we realized we could have spent much less for a similar meal. The price difference was truly surprising and contributed to our overall dissatisfaction with the experience. The quality of the food did not justify the high price, and this further fueled our disappointment. As a result, we can confidently say that this was our first and last visit to this restaurant. Our experience not only failed to meet our expectations, but also left a negative impression that will discourage us from returning. It is essential for restaurants to offer good value for money to attract and retain customers, and unfortunately, in this case, that did not happen.
Rude staff, terrible coffee. Two of us arrived and took a table for four. They didn't even politely ask if we were waiting for someone else. The girl shouted out in front of everyone, "Can you sit at a table for two without taking a table for four?" We were waiting for other people, but that's fine. We told the others not to come. We had a coffee just because we're not rude, but if we'd known better, we would have avoided it because, in addition to not having any manners, they don't know how to make coffee.
Always rude, they even send people away from tables. Deprived several times, now that's enough. They have good but expensive desserts, and there are many more delicious ones around at more reasonable prices. The price isn't worth the rudeness ALWAYS encountered.
