Great atmosphere. Music not loud. We sat at bar during early afternoon. Cheese sticks were hand battered and delicious. Onion rings and club were great. Wait staff were attentive.

This joint is a gem. Servers are witty and fast. Locals were plentiful and charming. The burger was increible - seriously the best burger I’ve had in years. Juicy thick patty with all the fixins. Will come back again soon!

We had a real nice lunch there and were happy that we listened to the guy just in front of the door. First we were not sure if we should get in, but afterwards we are sure that we were very lucky! The food was perfect, the waitress was really nice and attentively and so it was a perfect place to be.

Murray's is my favorite place in town, hands down. Been back multiple times. The food is shockingly good, the staff are impeccable, and the crowd is always a delight. This is legitimately a home run local bar, with everything.

We come to Murray's a few times a month for lunch. The food is ALWAYS outstanding and our server (Sparks) is always welcoming, cheerful, outgoing and a bit sassy 😀! This is a great place to come eat and enjoy the atmosphere.

Very nice small bar with karaoke. Great vibe and drink prices are good. Didn't have a chance to try th food. Bartender Russ (I think that was his name) was great! Really made our night fun and kept our drinks refilled. My husband did Karaoke and it was fun. We would return.

Pollock Studios

Five stars by far. Best food in big bear. Locals love it. Tourists love it. Mike the owner will buy you a beer once in a while. The ribeye plate is worth every penny. Huge perfectly aged and grilled steak. It’s amazing. I’ll post before and after pics. Karaoke all the time. Come by! Feels like one of those bars & restaurants that never changes and you’ve been there many times even if it’s your first time.

Everything here is great. Fair prices, good food overall, usually have the burger, karaoke, drinks are well made. The owner, bartenders and staff are all cool. It does get pretty crowded on weekends. That being said be careful with the family restroom that both males and females use since it's also the female restroom (stupid California) overall a great place.

Great stop down side street in Big Bear Village. Cozy atmosphere with plenty of TV screen and several draft beer choices along with a variety of food choices from their menu. Friendly service, they even brought out a sampler (not on menu) to try. We ordered chicken nachos and chicken tuna with grilled veggies. The chicken tuna plate was pretty and tasted delicious 😋. The chicken nachos was cheesy and had a good amount covering all the chips giving every bite a good mouth full.

Best neighborhood bar in Big Bear. Good amount of draft beers and good amount of tables 'n bar seats. Atmosphere is on point and restrooms were clean. Every bartender was exceptional. Will definitely be back on our next trip. 10/10

Excellent stop for a bite. Lotsa history here and the food is very delicious. Very reasonable prices, plenty of beverage choices. Casual place for a great bite. Service was awesome as well. Parking on streets, plenty of indoor seating and at the bar. Drop in for karaoke if you are inclined.

The food is amazing. It's all made to order so it's not fast, but it's worth the wait. It's a small place so once karaoke starts it can be hard to get a seat.

Murray's has the best fish and chips on the mountain! They even had a special today: ultimate tuna sandwich. The staff there are always on top of things!

We went here with a very large group. Drinks were reasonably priced and the food was beyond great. The people who worked here were very nice and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Came upon this spot because Oakside was too long of a wait. And Thank God, because the cheese sticks (mozzarella sticks) were probably the best I've ever had. Lightly breaded, flavorful, and very cheese and hot! The nachos were huge. Easily could feed 4 people as a snack. The burgers defeated both men in our group. Both were really good. They could have shared 1 burger with the nachos and cheese sticks we shared. And the calamari was Huge! Like the actual calamari (as big as the cheese sticks!) and also the plate size! Would come here again just for the cheese sticks.. The atmosphere was fine. Like any other saloon/bar.

I know it's a saloon, but after reading the reviews and looking at the pictures, I decided to take the family. It was delicious. All the kids liked it. They even devoured the cheese sticks, and I had to order another one. And they were huge. The hamburgers were juicy. The kids felt out of place at first, but as soon as the food arrived, all their worries left. I'm glad they are family-friendly.
