Every single time I come here there is something. Wrong with my order. Last time I ordered my fry basket was half way full when I opened the bag, this time my husband goes through the drive through, they give me a blizzard the complete opposite of what I ordered , I drove back to get a new one, and srupidly didn’t check because it looked right, they still gave me the wrong ice cream. On top of the worker looking at me like she has no idea what I’m talking about and making me basically list the ingredients of the blizzard.

Waiting 45 mins in line for a couple cheeseburgers with only 2 cars ahead of me. This place continues to be disaster. Hire the correct staff for it to run efficiently. McDonalds doesn't have this problem! Do something ownership or close the doors!!!

Laziest dq I’ve been to, fries always chewy/cold, small pieces of chicken, ordered for pickup ahead of time got there at the pickup time just to have to wait 5 min at the speaker to tell them I had a mobile order with only 1 car at the window

Didn't get our fries, had to go back and wait 10 minutes for "fresh" ones which were under cooked and soggy. Also forgot one of our sundaes.

I grew up with this location. I also worked here as a teenager. I have never been more grossed out than I was watching the girl at the window petting a dog through the drive thru and then go and serve me my food. Which she was also itching her hair and touching her hair before making my shake. I asked her about it and she claimed she washed her hands but I watched her in the window the whole time. Which- we did not get our complete order either. We have half a container of our large onion rings. No fries for two of our baskets either. I want a refund but I am so mad at your staff. The one boy working though was EXTREMELY polite taking the order. Well done by him but the rest- have fun making people sick.

Waited 25 minutes for our food. Quite a few customers walked in and got their food before us. Food was cold, soggy, and horrible tasting.

This is the worst DQ ever. I’ve been there twice in the past month and both times I ordered a peanut buster parfait, only to be informed both times that they had no peanuts. How do you run out of peanuts, not once, but twice?!?

Apparently less then 20 pieces of fries is a medium size fries and they come cold, raw in the middle, with a side of an argument if you ask "is this a normal amount and my fries aren't done" their answer will be that's a normal amount and it's potatoes what do you expect. Bad attitude bad, service, and food was gross and improperly handled.

PLEASE BEWARE! Wish I would have read the reviews before eating here. This place is filthy! Sticky floors, overflowing trash cans, dirty tables, the food prep area looked just as gross. Thought we would be safe ordering plain vanilla cones. I was wrong! My daughter has been vomiting all night and I’ve had an upset stomach. This place is unsanitary! Do NOT eat here!

this location should not even be open at this point. last night we went to get some food, and they didn’t have what we wanted. no biggie, this happens almost every time we stop at this location but then we had to wait 17 minutes for our food and the drink lid the gave us was broken! they gave me a popsicle prior to making us wait which was melty by the time our food FINALLY came. we let all of this slide because we were hungry and wanted to get home and eat. when i opened my chicken tender basket i find that my gravy is so smoldering hot that it melted my container causing it to spill on my fries. i didn’t even want to touch my food at this point because it was contaminated with melted plastic, not to mention that my gravy costs an extra 50¢ and i didn’t even get to enjoy it. my gravy container is as so hot to the touch that i could have burnt my fingers if i wasn’t careful. i would not recommend this location to even my worst enemy. i have never had a good experience here.

Toast was burnt, fries were not done and the gravy that I usually love was so thick it could pass the test they do with blizzards, where you turn it upside down and it doesn't move. Very disappointed. Fast food workers want $15 an hour but this is the quality of food that they produce.

Went thru drive thru tonight. 05/07/2020 8:45 pm. Ordered 3 6pc chicken tender baskets. With extra gravy sauce. And a cheese burger. Got home to 3 6pc chicken baskets with no gravy. BBQ sauce instead. And no cheese burger. We won't even get on the subject of how long it took to get threw the drive thru. What a disappointment. Guess I will bring my business else where. And should cook the fries. They were like they just let them thaw on the counter and served them. Its unfortunate that quantity is just disregarded.

I only post negative reviews when my experience is really bad. There were 5 (FIVE!) employees standing behind the counter. Not one of them acknowledged me or my granddaughter. We stood there for a full minute, no other customers, before one of them finally told another to take our order. There was an off-duty employee talking to them and it was a bunch of unprofessional silliness. We ordered cheese curds and two blizzards. Got a number tent and sat down. Got our blizzards. Ten minutes later we still did not have our cheese curds. I walked up to the counter and again, a bunch of employees are standing around, not doing anything. Finally I ask for the rest of our order. The cheese curds are just sitting under the lamp waiting. I'll forgive a lot of bad stuff when a place is busy, but there were a total of 4 customers in the whole place. More employees than customers! Seriously, after I read the rest of the reviews on this DQ, somebody better step up and make some improvements to the customer service experience here. Garbage can sat out the entire time we were here. Photos attached for validation. Wow, this is the worst DQ I've ever been to and I've been to quite a few.

This place was ridiculously out of control tonight. I would rate this place a zero if I could. 8:00 pm Saturday night during spudfest. 4 Kids working and the one in charge looked to be about 16. Waited 20 minutes before someone took my order. I would have left long ago but promised my grandsons ice cream. No leadership. Instead of working double time...they were working at half pace. Nobody knew what to do. When I finally placed my order he put one too many items on there. Took 3-4 minutes to get Josh the manager to come fix it. There were 4 customers ahead of me in the lobby and 2 of them asked for a refund because it was taking so long and the other guy just left. I was in there a total of 30 minutes before I got my order and left. A blizzard and 2 sundaes. This kid and his crew were set up for failure by owner/manager. It was a total s#$! Show. Look at the pictures. Disgusting!! You should be embarrassed! By the way...this is not the first time I have encountered similar issues at this location, but this was by FAR the worst. Next time Monticello or Elk River. NOT returning to this one.
