Food was good as always, but the pickup process needs improvement. When you walk in to grab a to-go order, all the completed bags are turned around so you can’t see the names. If it’s busy, you end up standing there unsure whether your order is ready, and checking bags feels awkward, like you’re being viewed as trying to take someone else’s order. In my case, my order was already finished, but I didn’t know because the label wasn’t visible and no one announced it. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes thinking it wasn’t ready. I understand wanting to prevent the wrong person from taking an order, but a simple fix would help a lot — either turn the labels outward or announce the name when an order is placed on the pickup shelf. That would make the process smoother for customers and staff.
