A great place for an aperitif in Bilbao. They only sell gildas to eat and are only open during aperitif hours, meaning from a few hours before lunchtime until lunchtime, and the same in the evening. Some gildas are spicy and others aren't, but they all contain Rioja peppers, which have a bit of a kick.
Very good tapas bar, some tables with seats outside, great selection of local wines and couple of tasty beers. Tapas are skewer made with different ingridients, from fresh fish op to Jamon and cheese, please try the spy ones are so good!

A must-stop in Bilbao if you're a gilda lover. We tried several types and they were all spectacular. I recommend taking their advice. The waiter was super friendly and the beer was very well-poured, everything delicious. I'll be back and recommend it ☺️

Como su nombre indica, sitio de gildas. Variedad de tipos y sabor espectacular.
Espectacular lugar para probar toda variedad de Gildas. El local es pequeñito, aunque si hace bueno, tiene una terraza amplia. Puedes consumir ahí, o comprar gildas para llevarte.
Un lugar especial para tomar el aperitivo a base de Gildas muy variadas y bien presentadas. También para llevar. En algunos momentos de "atasco" mejoraría el servicio con la presencia de un tercer camarero...volveremos, porque el lugar es agradable.
