I don’t give out 5 stars very often, but this place was fantastic! It’s a beautiful building, fantastic staff, and great food! I personally was blown away by the side dishes and the salad bar. I know the meat is the star of the show. But honestly for me, the side dishes and salad bar are what make it worth visiting. Probably the best beans and rice I have had outside of Latin America. The meat was good, probably not the best I have ever had, but it’s definitely good!

As a fat guy I feel.unqiuely qualified to rate a place like this. Having said that let me say this is one of the best brazilian steakhouses I have been to. From some of the sides to all the mains. Everything was cooked well without being overcooked and dry. Even the seasonings were at just the right spot. My only real complaint is the mushroom gravy I wasn't a big fan of it. It serves all the same foods as some of the higher end versions of the style of eatery. While be on par or even slightly cheaper than equivalents I have been to across the US

Food was delicious, but you can also tell that everyone working here genuinely enjoys their job and are beyond accommodating. I would absolutely visit again and would recommend anyone and everyone to try it out.

Timothy Anthony and Michelle were our favorite servers on valentines night. They all took the time to talk with us instead of just serving. The food is always excellent and the service never disappoints.

You can expect elegance and a laid back Montana atmosphere. A great place for date night… Most importantly, if you want to experience Brazilian culture in Montana, this is the place to go. Absolutely amazing food and a warm welcoming staff. I want to thank Marcus for taking the time to share his journey from Florida to Montana. You must see this place and experience their great steak and salad selection… Truly amazing.

Jestin kept the pineapple coming all night! He did an amazing job at being attentive, personable, and welcoming! We love Carvers, but without the amazing staff we would not keep coming back!

We came from Great Falls to go to Carvers this valentines day. The food is amazing. Services was amazing. Justin was a great carver. 10 out of 10.

I had the most amazing experience with their service, expertly by one of their carvers Marcus. He is the most polite kid I have ever meet. And the food was amazing.

We went for a late Valentine’s Day dinner, and the staff was amazing! It was busy in there, but you wouldn’t have been able to tell with how quickly they were able to serve us! Our server, Jacy, was so welcoming and a pleasure to talk with! We also enjoyed our carvers, Timothy and Shi! While those were the only names we caught, the whole staff was amazing!

Went in for Valentine’s Day, and it was excellent! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were fantastic. One of the staff members, Jestin, was amazing by being so personal and by carrying around the best food there (the flank steak). He even got us talking about Pac-man because he complimented my hat which had Pac-man on it, so he is just a great guy!

We love carvers everytime we go. The manager, Marcos, always makes sure to stop by and make sure everything is great. Two of the carvers, Jestin and Neslon are always so nice and helpful. Nathin was our server tonight and he was very kind and attentive. Food is delicious, best date night place in town.

Jestin was amazing. Best carver we've ever had going here because he gave me as much pineapple as I could fit on my plate. My mouth is sufficiently tender from eating an entire pineapple worth of the abacaxi. Also, I really loved the dessert table for valentines.

Carvers is an awesome place, good energy, and everything feels well run. The staff are friendly, and you can tell people actually care about doing a good job. Shoutout to Marcus in particular. The guy is basically the MVP of the place—fast, friendly, and somehow keeping everything running smooth while still joking around and keeping the vibe fun. If Carvers had a highlight reel, Marcus would definitely be in it. Highly recommend stopping by, and if Marcus is working, you’re in good hands.

This place was nothing less than amazing. I want to especially shout out one of the meat carvers Marcus. His attitude was amazing and always ensured we got a wide mixture of meats and pineapple. Marcus was amazing! Will definitely be going back and hope to see Marcus again!

Me and my fiancé went on Valentine’s Day and I have to say it was great! Marcus was very friendly and helpful with explaining how service would go. Keenan (I believe that was his name) was also a great server! I explained how the pineapple is one of my favorites and he was very attentive making sure I had my fill haha

We went on Valentine's Day, with a reservation. The food was 5/5, as always. The service was also 5/5, which is even more impressive given how incredibly busy they were. Our server was Lexi, she was perfectly attentive but not overbearing. Our favorite cook was Timothy, who informed us of the special goings-on that evening. It's no easy feat to deliver a flawless dining experience on a night like that, congratulations to the staff.

Not only was the restaurant and settings nice, but there was a carver who made our service much more exceptional! Marcus went above and beyond what is normally expected, and it really made the dinner that much more special. He was kind, energetic, and willing to help at any turn, what an excellent staff!

Genuinely one of the best experiences i’ve had at a restaurant. The server marcus was great and would always check in on my family while dining. Food was phenomenal and I don’t think I could have gotton better service. We will be coming back.

The food was excellent and the service was really great. We called ahead of time and let them know we had an ADA request with our reservation and they did a good job of accommodating us. I loved everything about the experience. My only complaint is that I think it's lame that desserts aren't included in the price. I'm not saying they should be part of the buffet, but an included dessert would have made the high price more worthwhile. Otherwise, would go again for a special occasion.

We had an amazing experience at Carverss on Friday evening. They were incredibly busy, but the staff were on point all night. Some of the best we interacted with were Bella, Alex, Dom, Timothy, and Jestin. Can’t wait to return for more!

Me and my gf went the day before Valentine’s Day (which was also a Friday) and we barely had to wait on anything. The food was always coming, my water was always full, and the staff was very friendly despite them being jammed packed with people. Justin, one of the carvers, always checked on us and made sure we got what we wanted. And our server Britney was awesome and found a way to check on us consistently.

We live 4 hours away and went for the 1st time this summer when we were in town. My husband loved it so much we made reservations for his Birthday the second week in November. We were going with another couple and they last minute cancelled. We arrived early, reservation was 6:30 arrived at 6:20. I let the hostess Carson know the # of guest had changed and asked if we could sit by the bar. She said absolutely no problem! & Got us the table we wanted and we were seated and ordering drinks by 6:28! Everyone said Happy Birthday to my husband ☺️ The food and service were again 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. It has become one of our most favorite restaurants!

Delicious food, great variety and for the price it is well worth it. Our server was super friendly and most all the people that came by with each selection of meat were friendly too! Highly recommend

We had a Carver Jestin! He was and js amazing, everytime we have been here he is always in a great mood and always accommodating he recognizes us and always asks if we want something specific (usually the pineapple) the top sirloin is absolutely phenomenal! The chicken wrapped bacon only gets better and better!

Love carverss! Such good food and environment. Even better staff, Marcus was an exceptional young man! Super personable and attentive! 10/10 will go back and would highly recommend :)

Every time we eat here we are always very happy with our experience, and the value for the price is very worth it. Jestin always gives excellent service and makes sure we get what we want in a timely manner and get a good variety of meats. His service bumps this place up to a 5 star experience!

The food came right when I sat down and everything tasted just as it was described to me. All the service was spot on entire night for me. I really enjoyed having Marcus as my server. He explained how the tongs and cutting worked which helped through out the night. Thank you, Marcus.

We had an excellent meal on Thanksgiving Day. The staff made our time there that much better. Our server, Francie was an absolute delight and made us feel very welcome. One of our carvers, Jesten was very helpful getting us different meats we hadn't tried yet. If you haven't tried this place yet, give yourself a treat.

I had a great experience they had a dessert buffet, excellent service, great food that was brought out by excellent people, jestin was great and kept checking in on me! He asked what I was waiting for and came to my need! With their service ill be back! Jestin was great!

My boyfriend and I went here on 2/14/26. The service was fantastic, the food was delicious and the atmosphere and everyone working there was amazing! Timothy was amazing and friendly the entire night, and sent more pineapple per my request. :) Francie was so pleasant to have as a server/host and really made us feel welcomed immediately and throughout the evening. Id recommend this place to ANYBODY for any occasion!! :) 10/10 will be going back soon!

Jestin is our favorite carver. He went out of his way without requesting to come and fix our wobbly table. His service is exceptionally great Awesome job!

We had a party of 10 and the service was amazing. The buffet was on point and flawlessly presented. The meat and fish were fantastic and cooked to perfection! Staff is very friendly and constantly in rotation to keep you full of great cuts of meat. Probabably my only complaint would be the small bathroom situation for a place that serves a lot of customers copious amounts of protein. Lol...

I read reviews prior to going and was disappointed overall. My son and I love meat, especially cuts of steak! However, we did order the unlimited meat and salad bar experience and the salad bar did have a variety of options to choose but when we flipped our card to green to notify servers we are ready to receive meat, they seemed to constantly stopping by with hardly a chance to sample the meat served prior. The servings were merely samples and did not provide much flavor. In fact, the sample of sirloin I received was charred and thin tasting dry and flavorless. I was born and raised on a dairy farm and appreciate a nice thick cut of steak prepared medium rare with adequate seasoning. No choice on that at this establishment. The tables were quite crowded together and I did not feel we had much privacy. I could hardly back up my chair without bumping into a guest seated behind me. We won't be going here again. Our bill for 2 people was over $150. The wait staff could have specifically asked if we wanted refills on our beverages. He was not very attentive with rounding back after placing our order.

The steak quality was good, but the service was unacceptably slow. We were seated and waited around 20 minutes before anyone came by with steak. Even after that, there were long gaps—often 10 minutes or more—between servings. Despite keeping the green sign up, the servers repeatedly skipped our table and went to others without even checking. We made several requests for specific cuts, but the staff was either inattentive or kept forgetting. We visited around 3 PM, and the restaurant wasn’t busy, so the slow and inconsistent service was especially frustrating. On top of that, my mom, who doesn’t eat meat, only wanted access to the salad bar. However, they insisted she pay the full experience price just because items like smoked salmon, seafood soups, and ceviche are reserved for full-price diners—even though the only seafood visibly available at the bar was imitation crab meat. That policy felt unreasonable and unfair.

I'm trying to understand why this place calls itself a steakhouse. You can't order a steak, you can only wait for them to bring around the cheapest cuts of meat with some kind of awful oil or maybe it's the seasoning they put on it. Either way my whole family went home with a $150 stomach ache. They are not a steakhouse. The only cut of steak they have is sirloin or tri-tip. Neither tasted good. If you like little slivers of cheap cuts of meat at premium prices this place is for you. I guess people must be enamored with the atmosphere, otherwise I don't get the other ratings for this place. The atmosphere was mid as my children would say. I've been all over, this was one of the most discouraging places I've ever eaten. Don't fall for it, save your money and go to outback or even Texas roadhouse, both have better food and that's sad.

The meat was good but costing over $150 for two people, there needs to be to go boxes, especially when we were there only 30 minutes. The buffet had some good side salads but that was about it. Wish our waiter would have elaborated just how much the “full experience” was going to cost.
