Ordered via Doordash. Just to point out... the whiting was perfectly cooked, and the temp was still warm upon arrival. The wings were pretty big and were fine.

We Were Down Here On a Family Vacay From Memphis, TN. This Food Was Amazing. The Philly Cheesesteaks Were 💣. My Only Issue Was The Wings Wasn’t Fried Crispy, They Were Soft & $9 For Philly Fries, I Wish The Portion Would Have Been More. But Other Than That We Really Enjoyed Our Food. Also This Was Our First Time Ever Hearing Of Cajun Ranch Fries & They Were Great! OMG 😱Would Definitely Go Back If Ever In Birmingham again.

First time at J Wings and was not disappointed. I ordered the lemon pepper garlic wing and they were pretty good. Only had the wings but looking forward to digging into the menu.

Why are salads full price but you’re out of cheese? Two chef salads add extra meat. Only reason it was still purchased is bc I sent someone in the store for me instead of going myself

I've visited his other locations and have never had any complaints but tonight I was not impressed with the service or the 15 piece I received, the fries were old and cold, upon getting to the car I discovered the wings were warm at best and the hot lemon pepper wings were only hot wings..... the food did look good though!

The service is horrible, I would say none existent but they at least gave me my order. I ordered online for pickup and when I came to pick up my order the lady at the counter said that I was holding up her whole counter by ordering pickup. The lady was rude, unorganized, and unprofessional she honestly ruined my mood with her rude tone and unnecessary attitude. On TOP of that I was missing something in my order so I went up to tell the lady and she said they were “probably” out of it if I didn’t receive it. I paid FULL price for everything including the food I didn’t receive and you’re telling me that I can’t get a refund? This place service was overall horrendous the only thing they have going for them is the food but what’s the point of having good food if you can’t draw customers into a friendly environment to buy the food you sell. I hate that I just walked away with no refund or anything to replace what I lost. Service is none existent and I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. My advice to them is work on their people skills.

The staff that took my orders were rude, and the menu isn't up to date. You think you're paying one price and they ring up something different. And they have the nerve to ask if you wanna leave a tip for takeout, lol. I definitely won't be coming back.

Every time I order from here the food never taste the same literally a hit (really good) or miss (really bad). Tonight I ordered a plan chicken Philly with Cajun ranch fries… the sandwich was literally seasoned with so much pepper that’s all I tasted. I couldn’t even finish my sandwich waste of time and money
