If you want authentic food and you want it from people who care about their job and care about what they're doing, then go to this place. This place was really really amazing the service was good and they were quick even though they were packed! The parking lot is big enough so you don't have to worry about parking. Yes I have handicap spaces available I went during lunch time hours, so I got a taco & a Burrito, For those of you that like chips and salsa.... COME GET IT! Being honest, I'll judge an entire Mexican restaurant based off if they have good chips and salsa. I mean if the chips and salsa are not any good then I won't go back... But this place has the best chips and salsa around, Amazing! This is the real deal. GREAT FOOD

Writing this review after I have moved away and can’t find a taco spot that measures up to YouTaco. The barbacoa tacos are amazing and my bf also loved the barbacoa burrito. Always tasty!

This was like the fourth taco place I drove to on a Monday night and it was the only one open. I’ve driven by this place a lot and never gotten food here. I’m so glad I did! Service was amazing and fast. I got three tacos for under $10. The flavor was better than the surrounding taco trucks. I will be coming back! Also one of the only places I’ve ever been too that automatically gives you a cactus and onion side that is very unique.
I don’t know his name, but we don’t deserve him. Whoever the taco truck man is keeps me coming back. The food is excellent too of course. Update: his name is Brandon. We spend every holiday getting tacos with Brandon.

Man I stopped by for a taco tripa and Barbacoa. It was so great. Guys on the truck were also very friendly. Really enjoyed the roasted serranos and cebollas. Salsas verde and rojo were perfect, hot too!
Some of the best tacos in Jefferson County! The meat is seasoned very well (that is important to me) The meat was cut up and free of hard fat pieces. The tacos come with plenty of meat and the extra touches of the cooked onion on the side was a winner for me! If your thinking about trying this place do so. You wont be disappointed.
Just tried You Taco for the first time! Great experience! Great customer service! They guy at the counter was really sweet. The food was even better. I ordered tacos, which only took 6 mins to make 🤯. The meat was seasoned very well. You get your choice of flour or corn tortillas which I think is amazing, with all the fixins. Also for a great price! You can’t lose. Great first experience!

The food is always good, the service is fine, it's a food truck so the atmosphere isn't a thing. But they usually have good service and it's quick. It was a little pricey but nothing unreasonable
Overall the place is nice. The food wasn't anything over the top for me, but I did like the salsas they offered. The service was great!
