My wife and I went here yesterday for subs. We were having a weird day and my wife wasn't paying attention and had her toppings put on my sub. I would have ate it but the guy making the sub threw it out. He was kinda mad and I don't blame him. Anyways, the subs were really good and I do apologize again.

Best subway in this area!! There’s 3 in Hamburg that don’t accept coupons. This place does accept one per person. Keep it up because you’ll get my business over all the other ones specifically for that reason alone.

All I can say is WOW! This is probably the BEST subway I have ever been too. Probably the first one that hasn’t made me lose my appetite. Broccoli cheddar soup has always been my fav and they are one of the only ones that carry it! The store is so clean and I was greeted by a woman behind the counter with dark hair around 3:45 on 2/24 I did not get her name but this girl deserves a raise ! People like her are so under rated. I was greeted with a smile and positive attitude. Great service and the food was fresh, hot and made correctly!

They were out of wraps so I chose to get naan bread, and the worker also put raw bacon on my food first before cooking it, other than that everything else was good

Its a shame because this Subway is close to me and convenient for busy nights, but I've had relentlessly bad orders there recently. Last night I ordered through doordash to grab something on my way home, and with my last three or so orders being not toasted at all (though I had asked for toasted) I added a note asking for them to make sure it was well toasted. I picked up my order and got home to find not only was the sub not toasted, but looked as if someone had beat the hell out of the bread before making the sandwich. I even left a tip through the doordash app hoping to get on their good side, but apparently not enough. Adding insult to injury, there was a ridiculous amount of lettuce and there was hardly any chicken on the sub. I've added a photo of the disappointment. I called and let them know I was pretty upset and all the girl that answered would say is "I'm sorry you had that experience". Which was quite frustrating considering this same girl is the reason I had a bad experience. I didn't get any sort of explanation or attempt to make things right, just an apology to assumed no accountability. Take pride in the quality of your work, especially when that involves preparing something for someone else.

I'm sure it's corporate portion control or whatever. However, it seems that most companies just want to save money and ignore the consumer's perception of service.

Update:3-5-25-all the coupons you keep getting won't work here at this subway. They are franchise and coupons are hurting them as per some random women from back. Sub options are listed in store and include like 8 cold cut type sandwiches. Trash. Make u feel like your to blame for coupons subway put out...Service non existent.prices ridiculous, online orders take all priority over standing here in line. complete trash.

This subway don’t know how to treat the regular customer, they don’t know how to make a simple sandwich when they do have everything written down on the order. I ordered stake and cheese foot long with all veggies and I got 2 half slices of cheese with little stake and no veggies at all. Manager need to change the staff if they don’t know their job.

Ordered chicken bacon aiola 1 foot long from the "series" on line . Xtra veggies. Roll was excellent. The sub was light on chicken, loaded with sauce to the point it could not be picked up and all you tasted was aiola sauce. Bacon was not cooked at all! Had to microwave it to eat the bacon. Sloppy and unmanageable. Left half.. Very disappointed..

Blonde woman ringing up the order around 1pm(June 6th) was very rude and hostile, and acted as if she was deeply inconvenienced by the customers. However the brunette woman who was preparing the food was very friendly and helpful and made up for her coworkers attitude. Food was good though.

First off, I went in there after a long day of working just wanting a sub, therefore I put in an online order. after waiting 20 minutes I expected it to be done, however this is not the case, I have waited 30 minutes additionally in the store itself for them to tell me that they have to take care of the people who just walked in after me. The one worker just just stood and paced back and forth, the other kid named Michael put his gloves on and off multiple times making gestures and prioritizing jokes over actual work. However were the employees at least respectful? Sadly this is not the case, because when I came up and said is my order getting made, the guy just shrugged and said nothing. Well, was the food at least presentable, or even enjoyable, this once again is not the case, the food was destroyed. The bread was so burnt it crumbled at the lightest touch, the bread was also torn in many places, even including a whole missing chunk. Look, I'm not biased in any way, however this is unacceptable, the presentation was absent in my food, the taste was a far cry from any other, and the employees were unprofessional. If I could give a zero star I seriously would. I had multiple issues at this location. First of all the staff is entirely incompetent and couldn’t even input a coupon, my food was barely made correctly and I was given stale bread, and I was overcharged somehow for my entire visit. When I emailed the “contact Subway” about these issues I was given a vague email back and no resolution. I have since found out that Subways are franchise restaurants and I won’t be back to this one. If you want an actually good Subway experience you should go to the one a mile and a half away by the Target on Amelia Drive. This one will take your money, give you poor quality food, and over charge you!
