This review is way overdue.. but I truly highly recommend Mariachi Tecuala, they are the best!! Delivered an amazing performance at my daughter's 3rd birthday celebration about 3 months ago. Their friendly personalities, positive vibe, enthusiasm, great voices, experienced and extensive repertoire, punctuality and overall professionalism made us all (from the youngest to the oldest and a mixture of cultures) enjoy a beautiful Fiesta Mexicana!! These guys are AWESOME It was a last minute request on my part. I wanted to surprise my dad for his 80th birthday party and they made it happen. All of our guests loved them and my dad sat there with a smile on his face the entire time they performed. Thank you Mariachi Tecuala!!!

Despite reaching out to them via Facebook and sending multiple messages, I noticed that my messages were being viewed without receiving any response. This lack of customer service was highly disappointing. Prompt and attentive communication is crucial in providing a positive customer experience. Unfortunately, their unresponsiveness left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a potential customer. Improved communication and a more customer-centric approach would greatly benefit their service quality.

horrible communication. dude disappeared for days. couldn't tell me what sings he knew from my list. until the day of the services he appeared. just a couple hours before. he got all bad cause I got another mariachi instead
