I took brought my family here yesterday afternoon. I was very impressed by this location because it was super clean. I also liked everyone who worked here was super nice and friendly. I was having issues with my food app and the gentlemen cashier went above and beyond to help me out. Thx
This place is new so it's still pretty clean not much traffic yet. Nothing too different from other Jack's. Not much wait time inside or through the drive thru.
The workers needed help with their math and understanding my order the food was absolutely tiny compared to the pictures and what was advertised but it was still good
I basically do their breakfast at different locations. Being a fairly new location it's proper. Atmosphere clean no drama. If you want hotter food get out and go inside if possible. Drive thru usually give what's available to keep the line moving. In N out has the longest line and food is not all that in my opinion.

Food is good as always, but especially at this location, the prices are 1 or 2 dollars higher than in the other Jack in the Box. Maybe it's because of the location, I dont know. This is a really new Jack in the Box, just a couple of months old or so. Maybe that's the reason for the higher prices or maybe because it is located next to a gas station 🤔

The store was nice and clean, what else can you ask for?????. I had a very enjoyable breakfast. So i came back for dinner and things didn't go so well. It would be courteous and professional to advise of any upcharges. So i opened my sandwich, and sure enough, they charged me for pickles(if you believe it) but didn't put any in my sandwich. They take my sandwich back to the kitchen, which is a health code violation, and then they add the pickles. This evening crew has not done well at all. I now see what ppl in the reviews are talking about and why they have the rating they have. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stop by here in the evenings. FYI I only came here for dinner because of the wonderful experience this morning. A decision I really regret.

I’ve had to wait around 20 minutes for small orders like tacos, and this has become a regular issue. The staff seems to focus almost entirely on the drive-thru and forget about the lobby, so by the time I finally get my food, it’s cold. The employees aren’t rude, but the lobby service is consistently slow and needs improvement. If this continues, I will have to contact corporate about the ongoing problem.

Never in my life did I have such poor service and attitude from someone over burgers that were made "fresh" I had to ask for a 2nd opinion and had someone else try my food that I ordered I asked am I trippin? Or does it taste weird she ripped off a piece of my burger and gagged and spit it out. I called and told the employees at this location that it tasted not fresh and rotten and they said they would give me new burgers but I no longer had the appetite to get the same jr bacons which I bought 2 because I no longer trusted the patty meat in it I asked if it was possible to just get 1 chicken sandwich and she said no and gave me the same thing and it still had the same problem and I had to waste money and food and also get a rude employee which is very sad. Never eating from another jack in the box in my life that was traumatizing.
Work nearby, made multiple online orders. Have messed up our orders more than once. Finally, this last time I brought my previous order up to the manager. She simply asked if I called so they could remake the order. I'm on my lunch hour, definitely not going to go back to pick up an order you messed up. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and asking how we can make it right, she just stared at me with a confused look. I'll just be ordering from Carl's or the new Subway that just opened up down the street.
It’s frustrating when they can’t follow simple orders. I ordered two tacos NO cheese and easy lettuce. The screen was right in the drive thru. Get home and I have two tacos with cheese and NO lettuce. AMAZING!!!
I live close and been there 4 times since they have opened. Everytime I have to check order. They always forget sauces and give out wrong change in drive thru. I just order through door dash and they disappointed again. They didn't follow special instructions and again no sauces. I am not going back, I will drive out of my way to go to another jack-in-box. Done
This store JUST opened and they literally have no menu items. Tried to order potato wedges that are advertised on the menu and they don’t have them. Fries tasted old and stale. I mean, its jack in the box so i really don’t know what i expected. Just annoying. Prices continue to go up, quality of food and service continues to go down.

Don't come here if you're a trucker the door was closed before 10pm even though the sign says the dining room says they stay open until then. Not a single person could open the door to help someone working hard and paying cash for their meal, I like jack in the box but this location should be closed if they don't want to service the truckers at this TRUCK STOP LOCATION!!
The man in the drive-thru window on July 17, 2025 at about 5:40-5:45 didn't bother to even ask what kind of fries I wanted with my meal, tell me what my total was, or ask me if I wanted sauce. Left feeling disappointed. At least the food I got was decent.
It’s absolutely disappointing that every time and it never fails when I go through the drive-thru they always miss something from my order or they burn my food up! I just left got home and found out I was missing my 8-piece chicken nuggets. It’s ridiculous that I have to mentally remember to check my order before leaving this place. They need to improve by providing better training. It’s not only happen once or twice it’s happened multiple times definitely more than a handful. Horrible experience it never fails!!!! Heads up, don’t leave this place without checking you got all your food!
Well this week i ordered on line. Several items. Went through the drive thru to purchase close up. I was told everything was in the bag. Got home the cheeseburger was wrong had grilled onions should have only had tomato. The mini tacos were not in the bag. The curly fries were overcooked. The sauces ordered for the jalapeño poppers were not in the bag. Not happy with this experience. I have been to this location several times at different times of the day. They were both busy no one inside and no drive thru traffic. Disappointing experience sent my concerns to Jack in the box.. Had a call thought when I checked I would have a voice message since this was the next day. No nothing but no message left. Please use caution when getting food to go from here. I did ask for a refund and did not hear anything👎🏻👎🏻. I have enjoyed the different locations I have purchased from even this in the past. After this experience not sure I will consider this location again. Honestly tried to get straightened out before this entry.
