Quick and fast service employees are nice and friendly. Chicken 🐔 was hot and not dry like Pollo loco's!!

Usually get the two chicken meals with rice and beans. The rotisserie chicken is always juicy and tender with just the right amount of seasoning. I usually get the order to go for take out.

Always delicious, always fresh. Loving that I can go in and get healthy food for my family at a fair price. Under $25 feeds my family of 4 with a little bit of leftovers!

I enjoy coming to this spot, is always clean, the tables are ready to be used. Food is always good, the chicken is flavorful.

In my experience is a very clean place, restrooms were very clean, they have hand sanitizer right before you order which is awesome 👌, customer service is pretty good, and best of all food is DELICIOUS!! Hands down the best chicken .

Food was delicious. My whole family loves the food. My order always comes out quick and the staff is friendly. Place is clean and the decorations are a nice touch. Definitely going to continue coming here. The potato salad is the best I ever had.

4 stars for the remodel inside. The service was slow for 4 people in line. The clear plastic for partition didnt let us hear to well when ordering. This location didnt have dried out chicken like most others. Great spot if you need to find it, right on the corner

Potato salad was amazing this time. Beans were very tasty however, there was more bean juice than actually beans. Disappointing. Everything else was great.

Used to be 5 stars . Rice is not the same and the mash potatoes not sure why they changed recipe. Wish they would go back to old one . Chicken is still really good great flavor . Super clean place and customer service .

The total for the two dinners was about $22.00, a little expensive but then again what isn't these days? While the restaurant may not be much to look at, just a big open area with some tables and chairs, and no real ambiance to speak of. The chicken tacos however were delicious! I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty they were and the potato salad wasn't half bad either ! It's not exactly a romantic spot for you and your other but it's ok for a quick bite and a little friendly chat.

I've eaten here about 3 times, usually the food is fresh and good but last Friday at 7 ,the rice had hard partials in it, like crunchy. I didnt eat it. I asked for potato salad and green salad and got rice and green salad.

This used to be the spot. Now their chicken is burned and dry. The rice with chicken in it has bones. If you get any meat in a burrito they leave bones and cartilage. The quality has gone down and has gotten more expensive. It was a bummer because I used to go all the time.

Love Juan Pollo but this store has some incompetent employees. They have messed up my order twice in a row already. First time they forgot to include tortillas, and the second time they gave me potato salad instead of beans. Make sure you check your order before leaving the store or else you’ll end up going back, to get you ordered, or a refund.

The place itself is not bad, clean and plenty of parking but we often buy Juan Pollo, but wont be buying from this location anymore. We've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is our 4th and LAST time. The chicken is fine. But the sides are ALWAYS bad. The rice is either mush and undercooked or the potato salad slimy or the beans super watery, the tortillas were hard and the salsa somehow has no flavor. This location is the closest to me but I would rather travel farther out for some bomb Juan Pollo then try this place again and be disappointed. Def don't recommend this.

Today I purchased 2 Juan’s big bowl for me and wife very disappointed in this restaurant this meal lacks basic cooking expectations I called the store to let manager know about the disappointment of the food quality , his response was to bring it back and he will replace it for another meal. I responded to him that my lunch break was over and didn’t have time to go back, he responds to me well bring it tomorrow or something… wow unbelieveable…

We came into the Juan Pollo's in Bloomington, CA on August 3, 2024 about 15 minutes before closing. They were out of rice promting us to order quesadillas instead of the rice bowls that we were looking forward to. When we got home the quesadillas consisted of VERY little cheese and a lot of chicken, nothing else. Basicly, we ate tortillas with chicken inside. The girl at the resigter was very friendly and seemed sorry for the situation. We have been to other Juan Pollo's that were great and I would go back to their establishments but we will not be coming back to the one in Bloomington, CA.

I usually go to a different Juan Pollo in Fontana but since I was close to this one I decided to stop and pick up food. The potato salad was warm and had gone bad. I had to throw away all 4 of the potato orders they put in my bag. The salsa was mush, def not fresh at all. Tasted bad too. Apart from having nasty food the customer service here is the worse!!! I get it, it’s not your dream job but at least do it right or do something different. Def don’t recommend this place. Please do yourself a favor and just try a different Juan Pollo. Waste of money. I’m surprised they are still running.

Use to be a good place to buy food, got disappointed with the food that I purchased today. The chicken under cook when I asked extra roasted, the salsa (extar spicy) taste like water, they even forgot to put my tortillas in the bag.

I went there today, March 19 around 6:30 PM and the potato salad was bad. I called to see what they can do for me and the worker name. Melissa was so rude. I do not recommend this place to anyone. No one is friendly. I will never go there I give this place a zero

Terrible customer service, the chicken is good, but the guy who took my order was in a hurry. I asked and paid for extra salsa and he gave me no salsa at all. I advise to check your bags before you exit the place. If I can give them 0 stars l would. Not going there again. before you exit t

I like chicken, but the last time I went (one week) it was very unpleasant, since these people were handling disposable food and money without gloves, terrible in these days of covid19. It would be wonderful if they respected a little the people that we have respect for this pandemic, unfortunately the purchase that day went straight to the trash, nobody in the family wanted to eat chicken.

I called and talked to a guy whom I sent the photo proof. He says, come all the way back (20min) drive instead of just saying (I’ll give a full one for your trouble on the next visit) I basically said i would never be coming back and he said “that’s fine” their loss. Ive been going to Juan pollo for close to 30 years. I will NEVER step foot in one ever again and my friends and family will be hearing about it also.

And then after we were there at the locked door, an employee should have (instead of hiding) come to the door and said something like “sorry, we’re you the one who just called? We should have told you that we don’t take orders past a certain time.” Very unprofessional. We took our money somewhere else.
