The food was great and the service was wonderful. We went in before 5pm on a Friday and it was not busy yet but all the handi cap parking spaces were taken, I think there is only 3 or 4. It would helpful if there was more. There wasn't much close parking. So be prepared if you need a closer spot. By the time we left it was in peak and there was people waiting. Atmosphere was very enjoyable. Our server Jason was amazing. We had a great experience. He was friendly, funny, attentive, patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to make it a great experience. He was very knowledgeable. The food was perfect and the chefs did a great job. Overall an A+ experience. Thank you Jason for you service!

The food was quite good, especially the biscuits and fried shrimp and lobster which was fresh and delicious and generously served. However service times were too long, but there were a lot of costumers so who can complain. Overall a very good experience

Everything was good except for the handicap parking in the parking lot was nothing but snow and ice, which was unacceptable as one of your guests has a Walker and had to try to avoid the ice Thursday Wednesday, it's Saturday. Yeah

We went into Red Lobster tonight and our server Lola was amazing. She really made the night special for us and showed she really cared about us having a good experience. Delicious food, we will be back!

I wanted to acknowledge Rose from this location. My wife and I were traveling and wanted to place an order after a long travel day and Rose provided some good energy close to closing time for this location. Her communication, demeanor and willingness to offer some suggestions was highly appreciated. Our server (can’t remember name) was also spot on and we will definitely be back. Thank you both!

Waitress literally read my mind when it came to refilling our drinks, getting my food and just everything was amazing. I think that waitresses name was Jessica, so big props to her! Yall better give her a RAISE ‼️‼️🫶🏼

From the beginning- to the end- the host totally welcoming -server acknowledge us right away- and was amazing! Food was so good! It seemed like the manager had a strong and supportive influence! This is the second time we have been here in a month—-we haven’t eaten at a red lobster for over 10 years!

If your server introduces himself as Thomas, you're in for great service. He was attentive, friendly, professional, juggling all his tables efficiently and smoothly, and even took a special request for some Cajun seasoned butter. I don't even know if that's on the menu normally! Lovely time, all the food was piping hot and so tasty. Compliments to the cheff.

Joaquin our server was amazing, very professional, attentive, and very welcoming. They went above and beyond. We got a seafood boil it was incredible.

Now my favorite red lobster restaurant!!! My server Joaquin was very nice and accommodating. The crab legs and lobster were good. First time trying the lobster flat bread appetizer and it was delicious. My family and I will definitely be back to this one. Love the atmosphere

We gave this long established Red Lobster in Bloomington, MN another try having been intrigued by the recent television commercials. We were very pleased. No big makeovers, but a bright new atmosphere and a decidedly improved menu. The food was delicious and the attention by our server, Mason, very professional. If it's been a while since your last visit, I believe you will be pleased.

Lola was awesome! Our food came out hot and fresh and it all tasted so good. Best birthday dinner in a long time. Halfway through our dinner the staff had to deal with a screaming customer and I think they handled very professionally but sad it interrupted our dinner.

Brought my grandma and mom to lunch on Friday afternoon. We had the lobster dip, seafood boil and spend less shrimp. Food was great we really enjoyed it. Our server Jessica was amazing. We just loved her. She was the highlight of our meal! We will definitely be back and ask for!

Had to wait a while for bread but our server Lola was great at communicating with us. Brought our drinks right away and salads. The entrees tasted fantastic and we enjoyed our time visiting this Red Lobster. Haven’t had great experiences in the past with other locations.

It's Lobsterfest now, many choices. I got the fried lobster. They now put Teriyki sauce on top. I wish I would have asked for the sauce on the side. Great food & great service.

I had an excellent dining experience at Red Lobster. Our server, Taneya provided outstanding service throughout the meal. She was attentive, professional, and ensured that every detail was taken care of. Her exceptional customer service made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend dining here and asking for Taneya if possible.

I had an amazing time tonight here at Red Lobster! The food was so fresh and delicious. We only waited around 15 minutes for our food to come out. The customer service here makes you feel very welcome and special food. All the other customers around me were also very respectful and quiet.

Steak was great, cooked exactly the medium done I ordered. The lobster was like it was brined in salt for a long time, very salty I had to spit it out. The crab meat was thin. The cubed potatoes with garlic under the crab was great. The Mac and cheese eith bacon was great. So all good except the seafood, crab and lobster.

I used to love Red Lobster, but the food quality just isn't as good over the past few years. The server got my order wrong, but she did resolve it with the manager's help. My partner's favorite meal is no longer available. The crab legs weren't as fresh.

We had a group of ten .. Service was good .. a bit slow for the few people on a Tuesday night but he was very nice! Food was ok but definitely not what it used to be .. and crazy expensive for what you get. Shrimp scampi was always a favorite so that was one dish we got.. it came as shrimp in butter with no bread crumbs on top. Expectations were not met. Hoping they do better.

I would have given this a five star rating but while most of the food was good, the broccoli was overdone and woody and the mashed potatoes could have used more butter. None came with them. Outside of the food, the place could have used a good dusting!! Where we sat, next to a cutout window looking into another part of the dining room, it was very dusty!!!

We waited along time to be seated, place was not busy. The waitress was pleasant, but for reason, unknown service was very slow and uncomfortable, all most like my coin wasn't welcome. Do I need to say more,hint hints? I don't bad mouth establishments, Google. I apologize if this causes concern, but it's the truth about my thoughts while sitting and forever waiting in an basically empty restaurant. My daughter and her friend did not like the Entree that they ordered, and the cost for what looked like a dish from lean Cuisine seemed to be ridiculous.

Great remodel and service was wonderful! Thank you Crystal!!! Coconut Shrimp had no flavor at all and no more Raspberry vinaigrette. Paid extra for the Lobster bisque (don't do it, tastes like melted Velveeta). At least the biscuits remain the same!

Always been hit or miss when I come here. Last visit was bad. 20 minute ticket time on apps. Food took over 30 minutes. Biscuits were hard. It was mother's day for diner. They were out of broccoli, Romain lettuce for Ceasar salad, kids Mac N cheese. Our drinks were not refilled, unless we asked. Probably the worst experience at a red lobster I have had. Funny thing is that it wasn't that busy either. And my grilled shrimp was burnt.

Our server (Queenie) was terrible. She dropped our food off and didn't return until we were done. We needed refills which I had to go to the bar to get. Needed more sauce, napkins, and biscuits, which of course we never got. We definitely won't be coming back.

Ordered a Seafood Boil meal for $50. Expected a bigger amount of food then what I got. No way was that worth $50. DO NOT order that. I feel ripped off.

Red Lobster used to be one of our family’s favorite places for birthdays, but this visit for my son’s 13th birthday was really disappointing. The food quality just wasn’t what it used to be. The stuffed mushrooms and lobster dip tasted fishy, the salmon was soft and seemed undercooked, and the Brussels sprouts had a weird flavor. The seafood boil didn’t have much taste, and it looked nothing like the pictures. For spending about $50 a meal, we honestly could’ve made a better seafood dinner at home. The Shirley Temples came filled to the top and dripping down the sides, which wasn’t great. The only things that saved the meal were the biscuits — still as delicious as ever — and our server, who was absolutely amazing. She did everything right!

Server was great. Only plus to the experience. This used to be a family friendly price point. $200 later our family had dinner tonight. Portions were small and up charges were everywhere. We will not return until they remember they are not a 5 star gourmet restaurant.

We had a 6:00 PM reservation that was made two weeks in advance, yet we weren’t seated until after 6:40. A 44 + minute delay with no real accommodation or urgency defeats the purpose of making a reservation. If you’re unable to honor reservation times, it would be better not to offer them. This really put a damper on our evening. I already didn’t expect much from a Red Lobster (kids choice) but this was really bad. And no, we were not late.

It was closed do to protest. Quite disappointing when it was a 45min drive. The website said they were open but arrived to see a written sign saying closed. I love the food at most Red lobsters so would have expected the same there. Hope you arrive to a open sign.
