We arrived about an hour before Closing- they had no ice cream so shakes were out of the question. Server was ok considering he seemed to be doing the closing prep by himself as well as wait the tables. Food was good but steak was a bit bland. Not a bad place to go

Good experience, especially when you're missing American food. Good service, best pancakes, and overall almost like in the US. Unfortunately, they are not opened 24 hours here.

Service needs to be improved. Food not well cooked. Some times chicken is over fried referring to the waffle chicken strips and french toasts not toasted. Menu also expensive it goes in accordance the USD exchange relative to MXP.

This in not your typical IHOP so if you think you are going to a US restaurant you are not. Service is lacking what you would expect and worst of all the music. The music was playing so loud we could not talk at our table. We ordered coffee and they had no coffee creamer except “powdered” and when asked for real cream we were told it was extra and they brought us skim milk ?

Just walked out due to terrible service. We were seated immediately but then no one came to take our order. After 30 minutes, I let the waiter know that we were ready to order. And then he never came back. We left 15 minutes later. I know it wasn't a language barrier because I speak Spanish. Just terrible service.

This is the worst ihop I have visited. Ayer not having 2 things that I ordered, they told me they gave the last tiene to another customer. Very bad service.

Just walked out due to terrible service. We were seated immediately but then noon came to take our order. After 30 minutes, I let the waiter know we were ready to irder and he said he would come right away. We walked out 15 minutes later.

When I visit Veracruz I make sure to visit IHop because of the attentiveness of the staff and good service. Only this time, I received very poor service. To my disappointment I felt ignored. I don't know if the waiter was having a bad day but everytime I would see him cater to the other customers ask them if they need anything and give them prompt service. When my table was cleared I had to wait 20 minutes for my check, and it was not crowded or busy. I waited another 10 minutes to get my change.

I was very disappointed with the food once it was served after waiting more than a half hour from the time I first ordered it. The restaurant was crowded but they did not seem to be able to take care of the crowd. The employees were confused and I was brought the wrong food twice before my order finally came and when it came it was cold and tasteless. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone I think it's a joke.
