Had a great time at Flanigan’s in Boca! Ted was an awesome server—super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and full of flavor, and the baked potato was hot, fluffy, and loaded just right. Great food and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!

Ribs were great that worker Ted was awesome. He really helped create an amazing atmosphere and experience. My wife and I were having a bad day before we came in but between the food and Ted’s sense of humor it was turned around and we had an enjoyable evening.I love this place and plan on making many trips back. My guy Ted also deserves a raise.

I was a little skeptical at first because Flanigan’s in Boca has a reputation for being super busy, and that usually means rushed or average food. But this experience was completely different—everything was perfect. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection, and the baked potato was fresh, hot, and loaded just right with melted cheese. The drinks were great, and Ted, our server, was friendly, attentive, and really made the experience even better. Definitely exceeded expectations. I’ll be back!

Visiting from Chicago and staying at the Hyatt Boca Raton across the street. The restaurant environment was perfect for our family! Great environment, sports, music, lots of good food choices. Our server Mandy was a doll! We love her! We will be back for sure now that our son is in college in Boca!

Was in town for a soccer tournament and stopped in for lunch. Great place. Menu had so many things to choose from. There was something for everyone. The server was on top of our drinks and our food was so fresh. The nachos....I have never seen nachos like this in my entire life ...GINORMOUS! Philly cheesesteak was filled with great flavor and the roll was fresh. The hamburger. All 10 ounces looked awesome. My so had it devoured in no time. I dont remember what one he specifically had...pics dont do it justice. All very reasonably priced too!

Right from the beginning, we felt really comfortable at the establishment, the food was amazing, really well put together. The burger was well prepared and the fries were amazing, the only bad thing is that they took a bit too long to bring more napkins, other than that, very good experience!!

We had a fantastic experience and a big part of that was thanks to Stacy, our server. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers, always checking in at just the right time without being overbearing. Also, the food was incredible! The ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious, packed with flavor, and the wings were absolutely outstanding, crispy, saucy, and cooked just right. After eating out at Flannigan's several times, I must admit, I am hooked. Flannigan's has become my favorite restaurant in Florida. With so many great choices it's hard to decide what to order. It's not wonderful why the parking lot there always seems full.

We had one of the best servers yet at our favorite restaurant. Claudia K was very attentive, very witty and was able to handle my dry sarcasm back to her. It’s always a pleasure having a server who takes an interest in your dining experience! We love the ribs and wings combo! Unfortunately I couldn’t get the chocolate cake tonight, but that is my favorite and I enjoy it when I do get it. Great place for food anytime!

It’s a beautiful South Florida Saturday Night and we were in the mood for some delicious baby back ribs. So we headed over to Flanigan‘s, where they have the award winners! We took a picture of the two of us and I thought, let me get one more and, at the very millisecond unplanned, we got a true photo bomb by Mandy the server! PS, The food as always was fresh and hometown delicious and the service was spot on. Go, enjoy you won’t regret it!

This Flanigan's has the best service and food available in South Florida. Kindal has amazing customer service and has name recognition. The ambience was amazing filled with pictures of Captains Catch of the day. Kindal and Mike are very professional and efficient at their job. They deserve a raise, what an amazing team. The food is always fresh and I love the Caribbean Burger. There is alot of parking space available also for Handicap. The outdoor seating is amazing. This restaurant also carries my favorite non alcoholic beer Becks which I love to get after a hard day at work. What an amazing experience at this location!

Noticed familiar chain restaurant on way home. Delighted by availability of disabled parking, fast service and varied menu. Posting partial picture of wife's burger which was to her taste and cravings and of my big portion of lemon salmon, which was great. I enjoyed both the black beans and rice and stealing some curly fries. We both ordered a diet Coke to take home the plastic cups which we enjoy to use for our own drinks.

I loved the food, their salad is huge and it’s one of my staples when I eat here. Their tilapia is delicious. This place is super a family friendly. The servers are kind. The tables are clean and I have nothing but positive praise for this location! One bit of feedback for this store: please try to obtain a dessert menu for your patrons, they didn’t have one available after our dinner. Fast, Fun and really good bar food...this location is still busy and still good.The menu is big and there's something here for everyone. Portions are big, it's super casual and the food is consistently good. They get busy but the servers try their best to take care of their guests.Nachos are a great starter and can be shared with the entire table. Portions are big. I had a great experience with my visit today to this Flanagan’s location. We were greeted by a very nice hostess upon entering the restaurant and were seated right away. When we sat down, our waitress came to take our drink orders very promptly. I ordered the chipotle chicken stack which is my go-to here. I can’t believe the price is still $10.99 for the sandwich which makes this one of the best values for your money, especially in Boca. I got a loaded baked potato as the side which was very good. They also had some good specials being that it was before 4 pm when we were eating. Another thing I notice when eating here is that you can always count on the bar to be hopping, no matter what time you come. There seems to always be some kind of special running with drinks. The atmosphere has a very friendly and laid-back vibe which I think compliments the feeling of South Florida nicely. For desert we split the bonsai brownie which is always fun to order. All-in for a little over $20 per person and we left very satisfied. Oh and they also played two steely Dan songs from the radio before I left so that gets an A+ from me.

Everything was amazing. Ribs were outstanding, chicken stickers were perfect. Ribs rolls are must try, the juicy pork mixed with the sweet caramelized onions make a perfect combination. Diet Coke is amazing.

The staff are friendly, the environment is good and all about see and fishing, the last is the food is delicious. I have been there a couple of times and can recommend the dolphin (different fish Mari-Mari) and the ribs. It’s a place to hang out or dinner in a date, maybe not fancy but has style.

The prices are great. The portions large we shared a half ribs and half chicken combo and that was enough for both of us. The service was quick and friendly and people came a few times to ask us if everything was okay. It is a dark loud bar there was outside seating which we chose not to do.

Good food. Great fun. I enjoyed the ribs. A large slab enough to feed two. If you order a no, an alcoholic beverage, it comes in a really nice reusable plastic cup. The service was good considering it was completely packed. The turnover time was exceptional. We were able to walk in get seated, fed and paid the bill in under forty five minutes. Parking is a little bit tight, but can be worth the walk. If you become a member, they will send you coupons about once a month for 20% off your bill.

Absolutely loved this place, easy to see why it is so popular and has been in business for so long. Their house pale ale is a great beer as well. Prime rib was cooked perfectly. Staff was awesome and super friendly. I sat at the bar.

If you want good casual, bar and grill food with great service Flannigan’s checks that box. Hubs and I split a steak and cheese (tasty!) and a side of coleslaw. Portions are large-ish. Reasonably priced with Happy Hour and daily specials. We’ll be back! Atmosphere can be a little loud, but not off-putting,

WING WEDNESDAY!!! Second trip to Flanigan's. Did Wing Wednesday. Free wings with pitcher purchase. Yes, that's correct. Any pitcher. Soda, beer etc..so all told, we got 2 pitchers of beer, 24 wings and a side of fries. The bill was $30 total. Not bad at all! The wings are good, I would love to have a hotter sauce ( I love spicy!), but the wings are good size, they come out hot and it's a good price. Service is a little slow, but it was very busy, so can't say too much. Great visit, coming back for ribs soon!

we love flannigans it has been our family favorite spot for more than 20 years never dissatisfied, however we have to complain this time , in the past year every time we go either is a monday or thursday etc , there is a waiting list to dine in, there wasn’t like that before but hey we get it there is an influx of new residents now!! however the issue is not so much about the wait, it is about the food, the wings have tremendously lost it’s quality we have seen them become from the best chicken wings in town to very disappointing dish, please bring back the famous flannigans wings please it is very shameful, we have instead going to biergarten for their wings wich were pretty much flannigans old ones!

Very fresh sea food, unfortunately we got the “because of COVID” excuse for a food modification we asked for (not enough topping on the nacho platter for a party of 9) and the chips were kind of over cooked. But other than that it was good. The firecracker shrimp is tasty with the perfect amount of spice.

Food was good it was quite busy tonight because of a few sports games but overall it was nice sidenote if you're using apple or Google pay their system glitches so it's best to bring a physical card just in case

Great sports bar with very good food. Known for their ribs, we just had starters. Their chicken wings which they contend are award winning were very good. You can get a side of celery and carrots for $1. Also had the potato skins, homemade Idaho potato skins, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and sour cream. And Dolphin fingers, 1/2 pound of fresh Dolphin (aka Mahi-Mahi) sliced, breaded and fried with a side of tartar sauce or cocktail sauce. Both very good. Their burgers looked great, next time.

Love the naked well done wings with hot wing sauce on the side and a cold pitcher. I'm a fisherman, and Flanigans is the place to be for me. It a classic and my favorite go to.

It is a sports bar, hard to converse. The tall tables, only thing available, are hard for my wife to get in, out is easy. Food was good...too salty for my taste but that is me...it was a good date night with the family

Really impressed by the Big Daddy grilled cheeseburger, the accompanying backed potato and the full rack of ribs my wife ordered. Told her to go with the full rack as I knew we'd have the other half for lunch the following day. Both were incredibly delicious. Was good to be back at Flanigan's after more than 25 years to see the quality hasn't faltered.

Flanigan's is a fave of mine for the ribs, the steak & the salads. We went on a Saturday evening around 9 pm & there was a 20 minute wait for for a party of four. We shared steak, wings and tacos along with a side of rice and beans. Everything was fabulous ! The steak cooked rare was the best. Our server Amy was friendly, efficient and fun. Delightful evening ! Highly recommend...check out their lunch specials too - amazing deals ❤!

I have been going to this Flannigan's for more than 30 years. When Big Daddy himself was hanging out there. The staff is typically very helpful and friendly. There is a dud every once in a while but they get weeded out within a season or so. The managers here, Especially Mike in the day are attentive, active and involved. The food is as dependable as the sun. It is typically consistent and tasty. With some twists on traditional bar favorites like their wings. Great variety of specials and meal deals! Large well stocked bar. You just can't go wrong here. If you want a real South Florida beach bar experience. Give it a go whether it's on the beach or not. Try the Flannigan Burger, tumbleweed onions or rocking rib rolls!

For a pub style experience, this place is TOPS. Firecracker shrimp app was outstanding.Could be a light meal. There were 5 of us. Everyone enjoyed their burgers and steak sandwiches. Big portions. The prime rib was disappointing. Didn't order dessert. Atmosphere was high end pub. They also have a huge oval bar for food and drinks. We paid $42 each including a substantial tip.

Alexa was an amazing server, very attentive and greeted me with a smile. I ordered a Mr Hamberger with fries. Bun was tosted but cold, meat was medium and the fries hard as rock, just like the music playing in the background (love Rock!). So I asked for fresh fries, and I got which looks like the same batch of cold hard fries. I just love coming to Flannigans for lunch. But will avoid this store for a while. I'm guessing hot food at Flannigans Boca is not a concept, go figure.

I usually frequent other locations of Flanigan's for lunch midweek and decide to try this one on the weekend. It wasn't bad but not the best. Ordered 20 wings and asked for half with garlic but I was told they couldn't do that, either all or none. I can't see how that can be so difficult. Wasn't told of any specials before ordering and wasn't asked for my phone number to get my points. It was just eh....

Bought a kids meal and the ribs was burnt until it was bitter..... fries were over fried as well.. Was on the road so was not able to go back to get it corrected. Had to find other food on the road for my son to eat. Disappointed as he loves flannigans ribs.

Blackened fish tacos were mild. Sweet potato fries were under cooked. Atmosphere is loud. Not a good place for first date. Portions are large and menu is lengthy. My guests said burgers were good and cooked per their order. I would go back to explore their menu. Prices were reasonable.

I’m usually a big fan of Flanigan’s and consistently have great experiences at their other locations—typically a solid five stars. However, during my recent visit to the Boca Raton location, things felt a bit off. The service was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the soda machines were down during my visit, which I understand can happen, but it did impact the overall experience. More notably, the food—especially the chicken—was quite dry, which is unusual compared to the quality I’m used to at other Flanigan’s locations. Additionally, the atmosphere felt a bit worn and musty, which took away from the typically lively and welcoming environment I’ve come to expect. I hope this location gets a little attention because I know what Flanigan’s is capable of, and I’d love to see this one match the standards set by others in the chain.

Flanigan’s has been a long time family favorite but this location is slipping. The ribs are still good but tuna steak was overcooked twice at our table. There was no manager available so our server (who did her best) was left on her own to deal with the kitchen and salvage our meal. Very slow food prep and poor outcome. Very disappointing. Maybe we’ll try another location to see if it gets better.

The soup containers for to go fall apart. Need to get the paper sturdy ones like deerfield location has! Little take out girl brown hair has major attitude. Soup is great, but need to rectify cup issue. Deerfield soup tastes like catsup. Please share recipe with them. Very crowded by waiting area for take out. Perhaps devote separate area.

We ordered carryout from the Boca location store tonight. We ordered the daulphin fingers for an appetizer They were good but cold. We had the Baby back ribs and the Salmon dinner. Both with French fries and coleslaw. The fries were cold and stiff. We have had food from this restaurant for many years and the food comes out hot and fresh. I dont think it was me. I came on time to pickup and the girl went in the back and brought it to me. I spent $70.00 for cold food. Jwp

I'm born and raised in South Florida, and this was the second time at this location. Since I moved from Broward to Boca, I ordered something very simple as in chicken wings, mild with garlic and they didn't even have the sauce barely on it. And they just threw the garlic on top. So I asked them if they could toss it, and when they bring it back all there where were garlic on top of each one trenched in garlic. So at that point, my guest, that was with me, didn't want me to say anything or to return it. And after being returned twice, I was surprised that a manager did not come. And ask me if I was okay,like the usual procedures in all the flanagan's. This location it does not seem that it's managed like the other restaurants are. And I would figure being in Boca, they would be on top of their game.

After 50 years of Flanigans being my favorite restaurant, I'm sorry to say how disappointed my husband and I were.😢 We ordered our usual favorites, excited to be in town where we can eat at a Flanigans. New England Clam came out luke warm and watery. The wings were undercooked and the fries were old. Grace, our waitress, was not very friendly and was in a rush to get us out, not even finalizing our bill with us herself after giving wrong information about a dessert we were getting for the nice lady at our hotel. It had ice cream and that was not included in the description when asked. I hope they were just having an off night. It happens.💔

Very slow service. Curly fries were all broken like they came from the bottom of the barrel. Tables in booths for two were narrow and cramped. This location is a failure compared to Flanigan's in Wellington.

I had the Lemon Chicken Pasta, honestly it was very tasty and came out hot. My boyfriend’s steak was overcooked, but we never got a check back from our server to see how our food was. Service was a problem from the beginning. We were seated and sat there for about 10 minutes, no one ever came and greeted us, so I went up to hostess stand and asked if we were able to get some service. Our server Kate came to the table. She was friendly, no explanation given for the delay in greeting. We were ready to order everything all at once since we had waited for so long. Drinks (a couple of sodas) were brought out by Kate. Our appetizer came out by a food runner, and thankfully we didn’t need silverware (mozzarella sticks), because we didn’t have any, and finished them before anyone ever came around the table. Kate came by once at this point to grab the stacked dishes and empty appetizer bowl. Our food came out shortly after, again by a food runner, and we got Kate’s attention for some set up’s, which she brought out. She never came back to ask if we needed anything or how any of our food was. We ate our food. We had been in the restaurant for over an hour at this point. We were ready to get our check by the time she finally did come. Maybe they were just having an off night, but the lack of service was really off putting. My boyfriend calls me a restaurant apologist, so if I’m complaining about service, it’s usually pretty bad. It wasn’t that busy, we were seated just before 10:30pm on a Saturday.

I love Flanigan’s, but sadly had a bad experience at this location. Me and my boyfriend went here for a late dinner and the service was terrible. First off, our server took so long to come back to our table for us to order. I understand if it’s busy, but we were one of the few people who were seated in the whole restaurant. After our food was finally brought out to us, we were enjoying our meal until our server started VACUUMING the booth we were sitting in. Me and my boyfriend sat on one side, so I guess the server thought it was okay to do this…? So rude and obnoxious. I don’t care if the restaurant is almost closing, this was totally unacceptable especially when we were still eating. It’s one thing to clean empty booths, but this was not the case. Never coming back here!!!

Visited on a busy Saturday around 6:30 PM and we decided to sat outdoors. Party of 7, The service started off friendly but quickly disappeared. The waiter dropped off napkins, forks, and drinks, then never came back for refills. We tried asking a few other servers, but they ignored our table or gave us dirty looks. One server, named Beathar, gave an unpleasant look when we asked for help. After complaining to her, our server never show up, still , ask another server but then nothing. a guy who has manager at tag who was cleaning tables right next to us said he’d let her know, but by 7:25 we still had no refills or food. I told myself I’d wait ten more minutes before canceling my own other. Fortunately, the food arrived about 3-5 minutes later. It was hot, fresh, and tasted great. Service: 2/10 Food: 8/10 Cleanliness: 9/10 Good food, but poor service. I won’t be dining at the Boca location again anytime soon unless you like to be ignored.

What a disappointing experience from the food to the service. The descriptions on the menu were lacking actual description making it a difficult selection process and frankly unappealing to try anything new. We ended with an order of wings and burgers. The fries were cold, but our server Emily was no where to be found to get assistance. It would have been understandable in a crowded restaurant, however the empty tables around us created a different perception. We had to share our napkins as she thought 1 napkin was appropriate for customers who order wings. We received more help and attention from another server. Emilys's lack of attention to detail and cold food made this an experience we would rather forget.

We’ve gone there for the last two months on a Thursday night with 7 to 10 people. The service over the last 10 weeks has gotten progressively worse and the last time we were there seven hamburgers took over an hour and every time we needed a waitress we had to go look for it very very poor service and which reflects back on managment

The wings I received look like leftovers from food someone didn’t finish. Or they are flat out OLD! The wing literally looks like someone bit into it before they recooked it. This is my second time at this location and I’m highly disappointed again. Usually they show the food to me before leaving when I visit other locations, they didn’t do that here and I know why. I won’t be giving this place another chance and don’t think I will visit any other locations.

They told me it was going to be around a 25-30 min wait . 30 min go by and we are about to get seated and the server tells the host not to sit her , we go back to the front and after another 7 min or so I ask if they could ask another server to take us… at any giving moment they said sorry or try to make things right. I was there with a 2 year old that was just patiently waiting to eat unfortunately I had to leave .

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I attempted to place a simple takeout order and was told to call back in 15 minutes. I explained that I needed to order immediately due to scheduling constraints, yet the staff refused. When the manager got on the phone, instead of offering any solution, I was flatly told they would not put the order through because they were “too busy in the back of the house.” As a loyal customer who visits at least once a week, this was incredibly frustrating and frankly unacceptable. Over the past year, both the service and management have noticeably declined. What used to be a reliable, enjoyable place has turned into a consistently disappointing experience. To make matters worse, during my last visit I was disturbed to see cockroaches, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. Between the lack of basic accommodation, poor management, and declining standards, I can no longer justify returning.

I normally have great experiences at Flanigan’s, but last night it was terrible, primarily because of our server Katie. She took 20+ min before taking our order, put our drinks at the edge of the table & left, not once returning to refill, and worse yet, never picked up our menus, she left them at our table through our whole dinner. We still left a decent tip because we love Flanigan’s, but we did not like the experience Katie gave us. If the host tells you before seating that Katie will be your server, try to ask for another table.

I went to this location in Boca Raton and decided to try it because I had always heard that their food was pretty good. Also, the prices were very reasonable. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!! The food was deplorable to say the least. The burger was burnt and tasteless and was only able to be swallowed because of the addition of ketchup. The fries were greasy, unseasoned, and without any crispiness, AT ALL. My husband's cheese steak was also subpar and he said that a very popular sub shop was WAY better. I also bought some ribs and dirty rice, but frankly, I'm scared to try it. South FL, save your money and go elsewhere. Service wasn't good either. The take-out person was supposed to take my phone number and call me when it was ready. Her pen wouldn't work, so she said that she would bring my food out to me, never happened. I had to go in and get it. It was just sitting up on their shelf. Negative 0 stars. YUCK!!!!!

Eight family members decided to go for Thanksgiving dinner. The turkey dinner was the worst food any of us ever ate. The dressing tasted like bread soaked in water. The dinner rolls were cold with no butter. Nothing had any flavor. The waitress, Abby was fantastic. We did not complain while we were there. It is what it is. We went there last year it was great. Never again. My mom's 88 and it was the worst meal ever

Horrible, I recently went to this location for the first time. I was intrigued by the many “buy a pitcher“ deals. Thirsty and dreaming of a cold beer. I was excited to partake in such festivities. To my demise, the manager, a rude and unprofessional being(unaware of gender trying to be respectful). Claims I am underage and have tried to get alcohol before illegally. This extremely to my surprise, I was unaware I have been there before. Which is funny since I am not from the area. All things aside I provide my current state ID and my federal passport card. She then says my ID won’t scan, and starts implying it was fake. Which is impossible because everything I do is real deal. Thirsty from the nachos(chips with chili on top - it’s as nasty as it sounds) that come with proclaimed “pitcher deals”, and annoyed from the unprofessional and upsetting time I had in this establishment I will not be returning, or donating the 100,000$ to the servers I was planning to after my pleasant meal.

Flanigans is good but not here. Food came luke warm, we asked for well done fries. fries came luke warm along with the rest of the foods. After asking for them to be redone it looked longer then the original time for all the food to arrive for the fries to come back. Also the soda there was bad the coke tasted like it was either flat or diet and the sprite had a syrup tastes to it. I will not go here instead I'll go to Deerfield Beach instead not boca which sucks since the boca has a better building.

So my husband and I always go to Flanagan’s at night. We also always sit at the bar. At night, there’s more bartenders but the service is slow. The female bartenders are always goofing off. There’s a few that are good but the majority of the time….not. This time, we went in the afternoon on Sunday and there were 2 bartenders. One older one by the name “Patty” and the other younger one, I didn’t think to get her name. Anyway, the bar was slow and they just kept passing by us with no acknowledgment for a solid 10 minutes. Seriously! Finally, the younger one came over, not too excited to help us but did. The older one never once looked at us. She never said hello, can I get you a drink, maybe a menu, nada. After we put in our order, these ladies came in and as soon as they sat down, they were acknowledged with smiles and were greeted by their names and got their drinks immediately. We had to wait 10 minutes when the bar was slow! The food took a long time to come out and when we finally got it, the broccoli wasn’t cooked enough. Way too raw. I didn’t bother to say anything because I knew I would have been looked at as a complainer (which I’m not). The bartender Patty kept cursing which I find extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Then more people came in and these were apparently regulars who got their drinks right away. By the time the check was given to us, we were met with kindness all of the sudden from Patty. That’s when it’s time to put the tip in. The other bartender was long gone from even asking if we wanted even a box for our food. All I can say is that this isn’t the place it used to be. Poor management is to blame for this. If I was management, I would have taught these servers and bartenders that all patrons should be treated equally. Not just some. It seems that these bartenders don’t like serving people they don’t know or aren’t use to. Such a shame.

I love Flanigan’s. My first serving job was at a Flanigan’s. I’ve probably visited every single location in south Florida. They’re all fantastic- except this one. The service is slow. The food comes out even slower. And usually cold. Don’t expect to spend less than 2 hours for dinner service on a weekday night. Almost called the police tonight to report that my wife and I had been kidnapped. Mexican Monday? I hope you like lettuce and beans. You guys do know that chili has meat in it right @Flanigan’s? And after sending the nachos back because they tasted spoiled, we were still charged. I don’t usually write negative reviews but honestly, I love this brand. I have been to this location many times hoping that they might turn the corner, however, it seems to be getting worse. Us native South Floridians take pride in our local Flanigan’s. And we are loyal. I will not return to this location for a time. But when I do, I expect greatness. Because Flanigan’s is a great company with a great product. This location just needs some help.
