Another great Asian hot pot dinner at Lemongrass. We love this place. They were very accommodating when it came to seating our large party, as each table only holds 6 hot pots. The food is the best hot pot we've had anywhere. So many choices of broths and ingredients to add so you get exactly what you want. All ingredients are fresh and flavorful. The service is very good and the restaurant itself is clean and nice.

This is our son's favorite place and of course we had to take him here for his birthday. It isn't my favorite...but the soup stock was good and the protein buffet was not bad .. everything looked fresh. Our server made a sauce and had us try it..and we really liked it a lot!!!

Amazing concept: An all you can eat hot pot buffet where you get the meat/seafood, cool it on your own in your own boiling pot, and the other stuff comes to you on a CONVEYER BELT! The broth comes with many different flavors, all of which have lemongrass in them to varying degrees- hence the name. I chose the spicy one but i imagine it's overly spicy for most people (its not worth going to a buffet if you're full off drinking water to cool you off). Sad part is you can only pick one broth flavor. It has its very own sauce bar where you can mix your own dipping sauces or where you can add to your broth. The meat selection was great: thinly sliced lamb, fatty beef, beef, pork, chicken breast. I enjoyed the lamb and the fatty beef the most. The chicken was slightly dry. Seafood selection was fantastic, including 2 kinds of clams, mussels, shrimp, fish, assorted seafood balls, and even more ethnic things such as frog legs, chunks of crab, shrimp paste and even pig brains. Overall, the selection was diverse and the quality seemed fresh. The service was very attentive, despite how busy it was, while the food and experience was fantastic!

This was the coolest concept I've ever seen for a hot pot! I loved every moment of it and could not be happier! Granted wish it was a little closer to home, but worth the trip! 💕

Me and my boyfriend came here for the first time and were instantly impressed with the service, food , and overall atmosphere of this place. We started coming as often as we could and have never had a bad experience, all of the employees are out of this world and give amazing service. The food is very good too. The beef quality could be a bit better but the taste is definitely there. They have a large variety of different meats, seafood and other unique foods to choose from. The actual soup bases for all of the hot pots are very tasty and unique, 10/10. This is my favorite restaurant and the prices are fair. The waiter was very kind and asked if any of us had any food allergies or intolerances to make sure before serving which was great. Best hot pot experience in Florida. 😁😋

I LOVE LEMONGRASS HOTPOT 😍🥰👏🏼 This location is cool for the conveyor belt experience and it nice for a more intimate dinner setting. Although I do prefer the Davie location for the weirder selection of foods. Although the parking at the Davie location is not the best. Overall delicious food, great service and VERY clean establishment. 10/10.

I've been dining at Lemongrass Hot Pot regularly since they opened, almost ten years now. They have great staff, fresh and delicious food, and the most delightful setup of a vegetable conveyor belt delivery system. If they were to ever close, I'd be lost in a sea of sorrow. Here's to many more years!!

We have never been and were clearly newbs. Our waitress spent extra time and attention to make sure we understood what we needed to do. Food was great. Price made sense. We’ll be going again for sure and maybe won’t be such an embarrassing mess. 🤣

The food here was absolutely delicious. There were many different options including dumplings, ramen, udon, beef, pork, chicken, tilapia, and much more. They also had a dip-making station with lots of fresh ingredients. For drinks, sake, beer, tea and sodas. Very fun atmosphere and great service.

Every time here is good time. Our waiter last night was SON he is the nicest waiter in any hotpot in Broward county. Was always on spot, water glass never emptied. Will ask for his section next time. Excellent food, service. The best.

Very impressed at Lemongrass Hot Pot in Boca! A new and interesting dining experience with conveyor belt veggies and noodles to go along with your hot pot and a la carte protein selection. The fatty beef and shrimps were great with my medium spicy broth. The veggies were fresh and went well with the dipping sauce. For the flat charge of $30 and 2 hour total time to enjoy, it was well worth it. Highly recommend if you want to try something outside of the norm.

My wife and I went here over the July 4th weekend. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our server, Son, was fantastic. I told him it was our first time at the restaurant, and my first time ever trying Hot Pot. He was very patient and took his time to explain everything to us. He even took the time to make a special dipping sauce that was delicious and I used throughout the meal. There are nice variety of foods for the hotpot. A buffet for the proteins and a fun conveyor belt to bring you all the different vegetables. It was are really fun experience overall. My wife and I had a great time and we were definitely beyond full by the end. We definitely recommend trying this restaurant!

I came in late because it was the only place that was open late and I was very hungry from the day I just had. I was treated by a woman at the front and told her I had never been to a hot pot. She cheerfully smiled and told me all about how it works, and see at a bar the head of variety of different food to include in the hot pot. I was later greeted by Amy, my server. She was very kind and helpful during my experience here. She went over the menu and how everything works with me once more cooked meat and vegetables for me. She also made a special sauce that was so delectable. I’m still thinking about it now. Overall, the experience was great. I was very full after the endless that I was able to eat and even more full of all the love and kindness that Amy and the rest of the Staff Show me during my visit. I highly recommend and won’t be A loyal customer

Always a good time. Every time I fly in, this place is a must. Keep someone close to the convoy with quick hands to keep the mushrooms coming. Take your soup to the next level and mix up a concoction at the sauce bar.

A unique change of the pace Chinese Buffet. All kinds of animal parts to cook in flavor- filled hot broths.. from thin slices of Lamb and Beef to Animal Innards... Pig Brains, Blood cake, kidney, stomach, fresh Crabs, Frog's Legs and an array of Seafood. A conveyor belt brings you an assortment of fresh veggies and Ramen noodles right next to your table. They even have a make your own hot sauce bar. All ingredients are Fresh, Fresh! Will definitely return soon.

Craving for Asia food in FL and we went 2 times out of 8 day’s vacation. Really good food, the kids love it as well. Easy simple but the best.

Love this place. Staff is friendly and food is delicious. There are a million possible food combinations. I tried pig brain for the first time here. If you are into soup, maybe being adventurous, and conveyor belts, this is the place for you. Note that it costs $25.50 per person. Definitely worth your while if you take advantage of the extensive selection.

Went here for my birthday and the second time with my husband. Place is homey as heck staff is great food is endless and you genererally leave with good feelings. Never met a server so attentive till today, price is reasonable 25 bucks per person so more than enough room to tip your waitress or waiter because they definitely work for it!

I am so upset we don't have this store in Boston because it was so good. I could see myself eating there on a regular if it wasn't for the distance. The conveyor belt was brilliant. There was a lot of meat choices and then like ice cream at the end was to die for. Maybe it was because I was in vacation mode? But honestly this is the best Hotpot place I've been to.

just to make it easy for you: it was AMAZING!! my first time trying Lemongrass and i will definitely be coming back here. our server, Son, definitely made this experience 10 times better. he prepared a house sauce for us and even gave recommendations to try out as first timers. he was very warm, welcoming, and friendly; just like the establishment as a whole. i live in Fort Lauderdale, but an establishment as great as Lemongrass with a server as amazing as Son, i will definitely be making the drive up to Boca to return to this location!

Be warned. You will be few pounds heavier then you went in. 😆 selection for food types are excellent, quality and the freshness of the food is also great and the broth is so much better then any hotpot place that I went to in South Florida. Highly recommend.

I can’t even explain how great this place was. We had such a great server look for her she has red hair. Beautiful soul! The food I mean we get to eat what we want! Grab the veggies we want . I was living in Las Vegas and they are the best place to have AYCE BBQ and hotpot! So now I live in Florida and I have not found a decent place till Lemongrass Hot pot. They have a wide variety of food options, from toppings to veggies. Their broth is decent and their dessert is good (they have some kinds of tropical fruits and Asian desert). My experience with them is very satisfying, would recommend anyone to try it out

Definitely the most fun I have ever had eating SOUP 🍲! I was a little confused when I first got there, because I didn’t understand how everything worked. But my waitress was wonderful and sweet and walked me through the whole process. The soup and all the offerings were delicious. I had a nice glass of wine and some little desserts at the end. I’m going to bring my kids back, I’m not sure what they’ll think of the soup but they will definitely love the ice cream bar!! 🍦🍨🍧

I came here around 10:30 p.m., it was not that packed. We were able to get seated immediately. The price is $25 per person and $13 or so for kids. As soon as you sat down you are able to get your protein. There was a wide selection of meats such as fatty beef, beef, lamb, pork, chicken, pork brain, yeah I said it. Pork brain!! Ever had that before? For me, it was a textual thing, a bit too soft for me but the flavors were not all that bad. There's a wide selection of seafood too. Such as fresh blue crab, fresh clams, mussels, shrimp, and so much more! This place is unique because they do something like a conveyor belt sushi but instead they have vegetables and carbs on there instead. I got these signature oh, it was a little too mild for me. This would be great for kids. I needed some more spice so I definitely added some. There is a whole section for spices or sauces. my family also got the Taiwanese hot and spicy, I think next time I will get that! The service was good, unfortunately it took awhile for me to get my hot pot refilled. The lemongrass tea was very good. It went well with the soup because it cleaned my pallet each time. Overall, I would absolutely come here again.

Love this place! For $25 you get your own pot of broth of your choice, that cooks in front of you! Conveyer belt going by in front of you with four kinds of noodles, all kinds of veggies to fill your pot with, as well as a buffet of meats and other things like kelp, tofu, bean sprouts, etc and a seasoning area full of cilantro, onions, green onions, jalapenos, ginger, and sauces. Oh and raw eggs if you'd like to drop one in your pot! So fun to eat here, and healthy!

Second time here and again we were not disappointed. The food is fresh to the point that the crawfish were still moving. The meat selection ranges from mild with beef lamb chicken etc to national delicacy food like brains liver or pigs blood. Seafood also fresh and a wide variety of things to try. The broth choices are all amazing from little to no tingle to 5 alarm fire. If you have made it this far you like to really make sure you will like this and at 25 dollars per adult and 13.50 for kids 4-14 you will most certainly enjoy this meal.

This really is one of the best Chinese hot-pot buffet around. Nice and clean restaurant and excellent service. It offers a wide variety of meats, veggies, sauces, etc. Just choose your soup base and enjoy. I tried the Tom Yum style/ excellent.

Consistently delicious hot pot with so many options between the soup base, meats, veggies, noodles, and sauces. There’s a conveyor belt that skirts around the restaurant that’s loaded with various vegetables and noodles. There’s also a serve yourself buffet wall at the back that has meats such as sausage, pork, lamb, shrimp, crabs, fish paste, and so much more. For extra flavor, there’s also a diy sauce bar with everything you need to create your perfect sauce for your meal. Whether you want spicy, sweet, or umami, they have it. Their dessert offerings are a bit of an afterthought but this is a place you visit for hot pot, not desserts. Service is always friendly and the restaurant is one of the cleaner hot pot places in the area.

Interesting concept type restaurant! Choice of foods that you get up to choose as well as having a conveyor belt pass by you to pick from. All added to a broth of your choice where you cook them. Varied choices and fresh ingredients and delicious.

I visited here about a year ago, and it was a great experience. The waitresses were very nice and friendly, which made the visit enjoyable. This is easily in my top 3 favorite restaraunts, I always try to go atleast once a month with my buddies and its always a treat. I always ask for Dat to be our server. He is incredibly gracious and attentive and makes the best sauce!!! He always makes the experience special for us. The food and atmosphere are amazing and unlike anything you will find in the area. I cant stress how much I love this place.

If you’re looking for an intimate dinner with delicious food, this is the restaurant. Our server, Alex, was so attentive and pleasant. At one point during my dinner, I spilled sauce on my dress and Alex was so quick to bring me warm water to clean up. It’s not common to find service like this anymore. You can tell that Alex cares about the quality of his service. On top of that, the restaurant is quiet and clean. The food is always fresh and tasty. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!!!

First time here for date night and so impressed. Food is such high quality and there are so many portions. But what made our experience incredible was our waiter DAT he walked us through everything, was so attentive and a better waiter than I’ve had a luxury restaurants. We will be back because of him!!

Had a wonderful experience at Lemongrass Hotspot. Arrived early before the rush but it was not long before it got busy but the open setting made it easy to still move around. We had a wonderful server Ami who walked us through the process and made a delicious sauce for us and kept making it when we ran out. Despite it being so busy she kept up with whatever we needed. Will definitely be back.

If you want to truly taste delicious soup broth base then I highly recommend this place. The options are endless when it comes to the ingredients you can add here and if you’re not really into the bbq and the smoke smell it comes along with then this is the place. Only bad thing is they don’t allow reservations on Fridays and weekends. Highly recommended this restaurant

We love Lemongrass Hot Pot and have been going there for years. It’s one of my son’s favorite places, and every time we visit the service is amazing and everything is always on point. It’s just a great place to enjoy a meal.

Lemongrass Hot Pot is tucked into what appears to be an office park in Boca Raton. The dinner crowd was light during our visit, though it was a Monday night. We were greeted with warm smiles, and the staff was welcoming throughout. I especially appreciated being able to help ourselves to a buffet of proteins, which felt like a refreshing change from the usual ordering process. Vegetables and additional items rotated around the dining area on a moving belt, making it easy and fun to try different selections. If you’re someone who enjoys interactive dining and customizable meals, this is a solid option. I would definitely return when a hot pot soup craving hits.

Their chairs need to be replaced badly. They are old and damaged across the restaurant. They need to put some love into upgrading this place. The selection of food is very limited. Quantity wise I would say it ok. The conveying belt does give the atmosphere a lift. Over the experience was okay. If you are craving for a hot pot, yes you can try but I won’t go back.

The facilities and environment of this lemongrass self-service hot pot are quite old, and the seats are broken. The ingredients are not as fresh and diverse as the one in the casino, and there are fewer choices! I will not come to this restaurant again next time. There are too few ingredients to choose from. I think the hot pot soup base has too much MSG seasoning. I feel thirsty immediately after eating. This is the dining environment I want.

Decided to stop and try this hot pot place but forgot to read the full description that it wasn’t bbq as well just hot pot. But overall the experience was great, but wasn’t something I was looking for since I was looking for bbq instead of hot pot but it was really good though!

I like this branch better because they have a better parking space. We travelled 22 miles just to eat and try this hot pot. The place is full when we arrive but luckily there is an available table right away. They have a better soup base you can choose from. Their conveyor is working. They have a separate counter for the meet and seafoods. They also have different sauce that you can try. Their desserts are fruits and ice cream. A must try and visit place. I recommend.

A little overwhelming for a first timer. I would like to see pictures of the broth options. Conveyor belt without a belt was pretty cool. Lemongrass tea is delicious. Self serve ice cream bar is a nice ending. Not inexpensive, $25 for adults. Timers and cooking time suggestion cards at table would be helpful.

First time to a hot pot restaurant. Honestly dont think I would do it again. Maybe it was because I had no idea what I was doing or just didn't seem like a full meal. Everything was fresh and the waiter was helpful. To me though it felt like an appetizer and eating small bites the whole time. The conveyor around the whole thing was neat.

I really enjoyed this place! I'm giving it four stars (please don't hate me!) because it doesn't have quite as much variety as the one in Davie, but it's still very delicious! The service was excellent. I wish I had gotten our server's name because she was incredibly nice. She even made a special sauce for my husband, who usually dreads going to Hot Pot, but this "secret sauce" has changed his mind—he only wants to come here now! I think the Davie location probably does the same since they are part of the same restaurant chain. The broths here are definitely the same, or at least very similar, to the ones in Davie. I ordered the Taiwanese hot and spicy - mild, while my husband and friend both had the original, which they loved. As for the vegetables and meats, what can I say? They were fresh and tasty. I did notice that this Lemongrass offers an additional meat—fatty pork—but since I don't eat pork, it didn't affect me. One big difference here is the conveyor belt going around with a variety of noodles and vegetables. It makes things easier so you're not constantly getting up for little items like that. I usually stack my table with my essentials so I don't have to keep getting up! Overall, we had a great time. Parking was easy, located in a massive shopping center. The restaurant itself is clean and has a modern, open feel with lots of natural light coming in. Unlike the Davie location, which feels a bit clinical, this one is much more inviting.

It was busy, it was hot, it smelled funny around the kitchen/ sauce bar area. But - our server, receipt said Son, was very nice and attentive. The veggies were good, they have headless shrimp, the spicy (medium) soup is tasty, but the fruit was a bit warm. Either way, I still recommend!

So, I went to this restaurant three days ago with my parents, I was not able to make a reservation online (it was Friday). So because of this we had to go do a walk-in and we waited for almost 15 minutes for a table when we got there the very nice waiter was attending us whenever we need anything and he also let us try the soups and he was very welcoming. The food in general has a lot of variation, and the buffet is very big. Overall, I honestly do think that it is worth it to go especially because of how much food you’re able to eat . It’s a very different experience and I would definitely recommend someone to go at least once.

It's refreshing to see unique restaurants open up. This, in of itself, deserves a few stars. Lemongrass hot pot is definitely unique. Entry price is a bit steep, but it is all you care to eat. They have been extremely busy the last few times we went there, so go early or make reservations. You get a choice of 4-5 different broths, however once your broth runs low I think they only refilled ours with chicken broth. The ingredients is create your own, you basically boil what you care to eat. Sauces are plenty. TIP: you can adjust your hotpot temperature underneath the table. The server did not tell us this. The meats are good quality and the seafood seemed fresh. They have exotic things such as pig brains(which we weren't a fan of) and tripe but again, good to see unique things to try out. I would recommend if you are adventurous, however keep in mind it's create your own and it may take you a few trips to "discover" what you really like.

Used to love this place and advised everyone to come here. There has been an unfortunate decrease on the quality of the food. Veggies are less fresh. Their sausages has been replaced with cheaper quality ones. Also, they lost a lot of their specialty meatballs and fishcake. Even their lemongrass tea tastes off. Not sure if there has been a change in management. The staff is still extremely attentive and friendly. Hopefully, they will improve their quality.

Food is fine . Service is okay ..we were 4 adults and 2 kids and got service charged about 20% total the bill .I wanted to make sure the servers get tips so I asked the owner that ( service charged) is the tips and he told me ” No. the Tips is different “.. wth service charged for? So Be aware! We won’t go back there

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY I advise anyone to not eat at this restaurant. I came here with a party of two people, the bill came out to be $70.51 which is expensive for two people. I decided to not leave a tip because everything you do here is on your own. You SERVE and COOK your own food. Because I’m already on a budget and this is all I can afford, it is my right to not tip. As I finished paying for the food, I’m heading to the parking lot when the waiter chased us down demanding for a tip. This has never happened to me before, where a restaurant worker chased a customer down because they wanted a tip. Mind you, the restaurant was already packed with people. I told the server no because I’m on a budget and I just wanted to treat my partner out on a date. I made sure that I crossed out the tip line and signed the receipt before I left. I checked my bank statement and it turns out they FORGED the bill to $81.09. Please do not eat here, if I was going to pay this much money for two people I would’ve went to a fancier sit down restaurant.

I have been going to this place for over a year and have always recommended it to everyone. Yesterday I went with my friends to enjoy the food and they sat us down just to say that we are being refused service and can’t come here anymore. They did not give any reason as to why. Today we called and they said because we do not tip enough which is not true at all. We are 4 broke collage students who come here when we can and give as much as we can. Super disappointed in this as this was my favorite spot to eat around here. Never felt more embarrassed and upset.

Between this hot pot and the hot pot in boynton off gateway. This place SUCKS! SUPER disappointed!!!Food was awful tasting. Soup wasnt tasty. The sauce bar wasn't satisfying at all. I hated my experience here and will never come back. Take my advice go to the other hot pot in boyton!

I am currently sitting at this restaurant. What a disappointment. There is nothing left on the plate and it has passed me by more than 20 times. I am so disappointed with this visit. My friends and I will never come here again.

This place has fell off the last couple years. The meat quality is trash, the fatty beef just crumbles apart when you cook it. The service is non existent since everything is self service. Compared to the other hotpot restaurant in the area this place is garbage. The owner really needs to fix this place up and start getting some higher quality ingredients.
