Simple but very nice restaurant realized in an old house in Montemarcello a small old village at the border between Liguria and Tuscany. It is owned by a kind family, very professional and humble. The restaurant proposes a very short hand-written menu that varies with time. Every dishes is typical from the Liguria cousin, and is delicious. Those meals really remind you past times. On top of that a selected collection of wines complete the scene. All around the restaurant the view is magic, from one side you can enjoy the Apuane mountains and on the other the gulf of Spezia. If you are nearby, this is definitely a place which tastes of Liguria that you have to visit.

Very good and authentic food from the region. The place is very nice and you have nice seating. It was very unique that the menu was written by hand on paper. The staff was very welcoming and even explained the menu in English for us. The staff also was very experienced and put effort in small details. If you're planning a trip to montemarcello, I highly recommend this place! I recommend taking a reservation, especially if you wanna sit on the outside!

We had a fantastic dinner in this gem of a restaurant. Sat inside, enjoyed the ambiance and the attentive service. We took the recommendations of our server — a bottle of red wine from not too far away, amaro after dinner. We ordered three main dishes for two of us because we wanted to try them all. The house starter was phenomenal. What a treat.

Truly delicious food in restaurant with both inside and on the terrace a very nice atmosphere. Exceeded all our expectations when we walked into the little village of Montemarcello after a long walk. Located in the heart of the little city center with view of the mountains and little streets of the village. Super decently priced and vegetarian and pescetarian options available. Hosts are very attentive and speak English which was helpful for us given our lack of Italian skills. Definitely worth a detour and would wholeheartedly recommend going here for lunch or dinner.

Super friendly staff and great food! We came in late (I think the kitchen was just closing), but we asked for a table for two and they were still willing to serve us. Good white wine, good lasagna and good dessert. The atmosphere is cosy in a beautiful authentic Italian village. Had an overall fantastic experience and would totally recommend!
