I am so disappointed!!! I have been waiting for my food for over 2 hrs my card was charged a tip was placed and I call to check the status because it has said that it’s being prepared for over 2 hrs and get to a rep who transferred me to the store waited on hold for 25 minutes hung up called back got a different rep who said he can’t see my order. I can’t get this order cancelled I have been charged and quite frankly I’m so upset. This is the 2nd time I have gotten bad service here and so I’m done I will never recommend the Leon springs location store number 041707.

Went to pick up my order at the register while others were there at the other counter talking about what they would get. Lady at the cashier skipped me even though I was there to get my stuff and go. Some of us don't have all day to wait after we place food before hand. Almost made me late for for standing there waiting. There should be more than one person at the counter or the person should have asked someone to help. Will not be returning any day that I am going to work cause this place is just too unpredictable. Will be disputing with my bank

We ordered pizza and wings for carryout on 12/31/2025 for lunch. When my husband went to pick up the order, the pizzas were done, but the wings were not because they forgot to turn on the fryer. The pizzas were just sitting out getting cold, and my husband had to ask them to put them in the warmer while they cooked the wings. He ended up waiting 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. The staff did ask if they could give him something for the delay, and he said yes garlic sauce but they forgot that too. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. Poor organization, lack of attention to orders, and no real effort to make things right. This location is just sad and horrible.

In recent years we've been ordering pizza from Bella Sera, but the last time we paid almost $30 for a MEDIUM. So we decided to go back to Pizza Hut last night. My wife ordered online and supposedly we were there before it came out of the oven. As I walked out with one hand under the box, I thought to myself that it wasn't very warm. Ok I thought. Maybe the heat hadn't gotten through the box yet. We only live about 6 or 7 minutes away so the pizza wouldn't have time to cool much, but when we started to eat it, it was obvious that it had NOT been freshly cooked. It was cool and the whole thing seemed as if it were leftover pizza that had been refrigerated then nuked. It was awful. No way had it been freshly made. We didn't finish it. It should be said that we used to order pizza here and it has always been good, but it's been quite a while. I have to believe this wasn't a one-off. It wasn't like oops we left off the mushrooms. Everyone knows what leftover pizza it like. Nothing you do can make it taste like a freshly cooked one. This pizza was just like that.

Pizza was not good. It was very dry and a little burnt. Stuffed crust was super dry inside and out. Did not satisfy my craving at all. Very annoyed.

Asia who was very rude refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the pizza hut corporation or care for its customers concerns while claiming to be the general manager of the region I have expressed before that the app seems to mess up my orders and today when me and someone else first hand experienced it as we typed the order in Asia's response was a to bad so sad type of response

Tip: Pay online for carry out orders so you don’t get hustled. I Ordered online @pizzzahut.com for carry out using a Pizza Hut coupon code. I was going to pay at pickup. When I arrived with my order email receipt, they tried to tell me they can’t honor the price I ordered it at because their computer didn’t take coupons. Surprisingly with pushback and proof of receipt they still tried to make me pay full price. Then suddenly they decided they knew how to make it work. ORDER #92882920

I love the deep dish pan pizza but the last time I ordered it and went to pick it up when I got home it looked good until I lifted it out of the box. This wasn’t pan crust! It looked 2 thin pizza crust were smashed together to cook the pizza. I’m holding my pizza and there is literally a second crust hanging down. It was horrible. I didn’t call to complain I will just go to Marco’s from now on. You seriously need to get managers in there day and night shifts that will make sure the pizza makers and crust makers know what they are doing and that they are properly trained. It was a lot of new faces. I think it needs some hands on attention. It’s the Boerne Texas Pizza Hut. You need to get people in there quick who can make crust the right way and pizza the right way.

Showed up at 8:15pm on a Friday with my two small children to order some pizza and sit and have dinner and they told us that they weren’t allowing anymore dine in orders.. there were only three other people sitting down eating pizza. Very disappointed with their decision to turn away customers. The store doesn’t even close until 11pm. Servers name was Bella

I waited an hour for a pizza today. They told me had to start over again because it stuck to the pan. Then they said it stuck again and then brought it out a minute later. They tried to charge me $45.00 for one $12 pizza. They fixed that but even though they knew the pizza stuck they served it to me. What a horrible experience. I got home and you can see that the crust was missing in chunks. The manager stood right there and said nothing. I'm done with that store. Poorly run.

I ordered a thin crust pizza on December 27th in the afternoon thru Door Dash, my crust was over cooked and the overall quality of the pizza was absolutely terrible. I don't know what's going with the new management, but I never had this problem when Michael was managing this pizza hut. I am very disappointed!

Ordered breadsticks they came with none of the coating that’s supposed to be on top and slightly burnt. The melt was burnt. Paid a lot on DoorDash, so very disappointing. Only item I ordered that was good was the personal pan. They were out of my drink, so didn’t even get that

I called ahead 15 mins for the order and was expecting fresh pizza when I got to store 10 mins later I thought I was getting fresh Pizza. When I picked up Pizza at store and went home the Pizza looked like it was combined with others and was sitting there for over 2 hours. Additionally, they did not even cut the pizza slices correctly. The Crust was dry, the pizza tasted horrible. Will likely not return in the future. I spent $42.99 and the Pizza was subpar for Pizza Hut stadards.
