Great place to grab a quick bite. They offer freshly assembled sandwiches, wraps, salads and soups with all the fixings! Staff is friendly and efficient. My kids love the veggie sandwich. I appreciate the wraps and salads and my husband loves the meatball sub!

These employees are always friendly! I had forgotten my credit card there, and when I called to see if it was there- they had saved it in the safe👍. I truly appreciate their hard work and caring. Thank you Subway!

Great stop assisted by Caleb, a very kind employee that helped me with my order. Ingredients and store were standard, Caleb's assistance was fantastic. Very considerate, attentive, and ready to assist with what was thrown at him. I've eaten at this Subway a few times before, if they continue to staff it with more people like Caleb: Might be stopping in more!

So first time eating at this Subway. My food was perfect because the manager stepped in and fixed it. My husband's wrap was a nightmare. Cut so bad it fell apart. He told them he wanted mayonnaise and mustard but because it was cut so bad there was no opening it to add sauce. I also have never seen a line that long at a Subway. 4 people at the counter 20 minute wait

I’m displeased with this location. Unfortunately, they don’t offer through the app unlike the other locations that allow deals. Not sure if it’s foot traffic is higher here or the franchise owner is wanting to cut back on customers getting deals and losing money. To also note, it seems the owner has also turned off AMEX transactions at this location, so if you only have the AMEX CC on you avoid this location as you won’t be able to buy anything. I strongly advise the owner/operator to allow coupons and the use of an AMEX cc. I will be going to other locations that care.

I love the food here and the staff is pretty chill, but these prices are getting awful. I only ever get one sandwich, custom made, for my entire life. I’ve watched this sandwich go from $11, to $12, and to $14 (a foot long with a drink) Recently however, at my last visit, I had to pay $19 dollars for a subway sandwich. That is awful, and as much as I love subway, I can’t come back until your prices get less ridiculous.

They never have ice so up-charge for bottled drinks. I can come after lunch hour and place is filthy and they’re standing around. Management, please do better, it’s obvious you can care less for this establishment.

My husband and I ordered food through the SUBWAY® app. When we received our order, the sandwiches were not correctly made. I called the store and the girl who answered seemed hesitant to want to answer the phone (noting as well that this was my second time calling in, the first time it just rang and rang before telling me that their voicemail box was not set up). When I told her the order was wrong she asked for the name on the order, and then immediately told me I had the wrong store. I called through the app, and confirmed the phone number was the same phone number that was on the receipt so I know I was not calling the wrong store. She then told me I could come in and they could fix it instead of just refunding the money for the missing add-ons from the sandwich. Considering we live in a time of modern technology, it shouldn’t be a big deal to reverse a four dollar charge to a card. The food was “edible” (drenched in dressing, not much meat when I asked for double meat and it looks like they just took handfuls of vegetables and stuffed them on the sandwich before smashing the sandwich until the bread had cracks in it), but for the hassle, we will just take our business to Jersey Mike’s. At least they can get the sandwiches right. If you are going to hire children, at least teach them to properly make a sandwich. Have fun losing business over $4 dollars.

Subway Close Down and Shut your Doors! I went to this subway and I will honestly say the owner of the franchise needs to close the store and have the staff clean it for health and safey reasons. The floors were real dirty with crums of food on and under multiple tables. Additionally, the floors looks like it has not been mopped for at least two weeks. Furthermore, all the fans in the store looked as though it was not even been dusted for over a year. Without this dusting allergens and dust particles have high probability to get into the food. These are signs of bad cleaniness in the store and I would not be surprised if the kitchen is something similar to Kitchen Knightmare show. Additionally, the food handeling practices were not great. The areas had multiple opportunities where cross contamination could occur. The sandwhich making station was a mess and the standards should be higher for a clean work station. Furthermore, I noticed that the Associates did not switch gloves as often as other Subways neither did I observe none of the three associates wash their hands once. At the end the associate who handed me my food gave me the bag with sauce from the sandwhich all over the bag. However, besides the cleanliness of the store the food was average. Hopefully, we wont get sick but the taste of the food was okay. Furthermore, the tea that was labeled sweet was actually unsweet. The only reason I am giving two stars was because the staff was friendly and listened to all the items I requested on the sandwhiches; but It honestly feels as the associates and the store owner quit and they are going through the motions of the day to day until it shuts down. Overall, I would not recommend to go to this store until store owner and staff cleans it. There are multiple opportunities that the owner needs to do in order to improve their store and customer experience and prevent people from getting sick from the food. I will likely not return to this store in the future until this Subway cleans its store.

First of all I'd like to preface this review by saying I worked at a subway for three years. Never once in that 3 years did I blatantly ignore customers standing in line for five minutes. Not an exaggeration either. We were first in line.. waiting. My son went to the bathroom... waited in line to use the bathroom... used the bathroom.. came back and we still had not even been acknowledged by the four employees there. It's making sandwiches. It doesn't get any easier than that. I genuinely feel bad for these employees. And like the other reviews state, this place is filthy. Where is management? I rarely eat fast food but never again since this type of service seems to be the norm in Boerne.

The sandwiches during the weekend are atrocious. It must be because there is limited staff or something on weekends because during the week the sandwiches are really good. the subs during the weekend are hard, and there is more letuce than there is meat on the subs. Not to mention that the bread is sometimes very messy. I would not come eat here during the weekend because the service is really lackluster compared to the weekdays.

This place is disgusting. I came here the other day and overlooked the filth because I came when they were slammed with customers. I came again today and it was still really dirty. The door and windows around the booths were filthy with grimy, greasy, fingerprints and smudges probably from the first day they had the windows installed. The tea decanters were totally filthy from top to bottom. They look like they’ve never been cleaned since they pulled them out of their cardboard boxes. If the manager is going to overlook this, what is he/she overlooking with the food and utensils, toasters, etc? I still can’t believe they are so busy. People have low standards I guess. I hope I don’t get sick.

Worst Subway ever. I have attempted to order delivery twice and EVERY TIME they mess something up or leave entire items out that I’ve ALREADY PAID FOR. In addition there is no working phone number to get in contact with them and the customer service is nonexistent. They could care less. So I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Currently sitting in the location waiting for tea to be brewed. When I got here 20 minutes ago, the restaurant was dead. I ordered my food and go to get a drink but the tea dispensers are both empty. I don't drink soda, so I made the manager aware and patiently wait for tea. There are several employees working today, 4 that I can see so there's no reason for this to be an issue. As I ate, I watched the manager and another girl talking for over 5 minutes not doing anything but standing near the empty tea dispensers. I finished eating and am still waiting for tea. Not happy with this experience. What should have been a quick meal has turned into a half hour delay.

There was this young kid looking around laughing ( the server)not making eye contact with me, the customer, and telling me I couldn't understand you, but he couldn't look at my face really it took about 20 minutes to get my order ready... the lady was berry nice but not the young men he was rude. Beware this Subway Does Not Accept Subway Coupons. There are no signs stating this policy anywhere visible in the restaurant. The employee at the register was unhelpful and unapologetic. I was only informed after my order was complete that they don't accept them. If I had known upfront, I would not have visited this location. Note to management: If you're not going to accept and honor Subway coupons, please post it on the main door and at the counter where you place orders! This would help with any confusion.

I ordered online, I walked in & there is no AC, I kid you not it is hotter inside Subway than it is outside….its over 100 degrees here in Boerne. The elderly employee at the register looked as if she was going to pass out & the customer infront of me even offered to get her a drink. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE & INHUMANE to stay open in 100+ degree weather with no AC. Calling Subway & VMBOX FULL. I did report to Kendall county Health department.
