I've watched this location go from decent to horrible to meh and back to ok over the last 11 years. Currently it's overall ok. Food is made correctly. I almost always order online and pickup drive through and that works well enough. This location is hit or miss on drive through speed, I've breezed through at times, waited ages at times. I don't go if I'm in a hurry that's for sure. Kiosks, I actually like them. Orders are more accurate when I enter them. I'm also annoyed by them, but I get it. I also rarely go inside. And yes, you will get ignored if you want to order at the counter, that is every Taco Bell in the country now.
Usually this location is really fantastic. The food is usually well prepared and my order is correct. However, this morning the food did not look anything like I thought it would based on the photographs and the menu. Also they got my order wrong, as I ordered a sausage crunchwrap and was given a bacon crunchwrap. The food just didn't have a lot of resemblance to what I thought I would get when ordering. Turned out to be mostly tortilla.
So this must be the location where Taco Bell sends the most incompetent and useless people they employ? Something as simple as putting a couple items in a bag proved to be to difficult for them to do with frustration winning and said items just thrown into a big bag dried on the counter and told to have a good night as they ran off to the back. Did enjoy the show as four of them tried to figure out how to dump a bucket of ice into the soda machine, gave me something to do while I waited 10 minutes for a lost online to go order to be shoveled into a bag. By the way I'd skip the ice in my drink if I was you.
Bought two tacos through the drive thru and they were horrible. The shells were stale and the ingredients in side I think were tainted. Even the meat didn’t taste right. I developed really bad diarrhea later.
The lady working the drive-thru was rude and condescending. She didn’t give me any sauce with my order, and when I politely asked for it, she acted annoyed and only gave me four — and not even the sauces I asked for. Customer service like that makes you not want to come back. A simple request shouldn’t be an issue.
You can't have incorrect/cold food and crappy service. Pick a struggle boerne taco bell. I went through the drive thru and was immediately met with a very nice greeting, I told the young lady that I just needed a minute to look at the menu. A young man immediately came over the speaker and told me can you please pull around as I need to keep a low drive thru time. Ok I get it I'm also in the service industry, I would never do that but different times. I parked downloaded the app and ordered off the app for drive thru pick up. I got to the window when a young lady told me rudely that this order was a counter order and picking it up in the drive thru effects there drive thru time. I double checked the app order it was in fact a drive thru order. I don't know what upper management crawled up y'all this morning about your drive thru time but please don't take it out on us as the customer. Well them as the customers as I will not be returning. It was the worst experience I've ever had my food was cold and y'all were rude to me not once but twice. Yeah I'm good on all that. Signed someone in the industry for long enough to know better.
Rude employees stand around while people are at the counter. No one acknowledges your presence and staff members appear "bothered" that you ask for assistance.
Store Number: 031401 in Boerne TX. Never gets my order correct. If you ask for sour cream, and god forbid extra sour cream check your order before you leave the store, with me, they always forget it.
Placed an online order only for them to tell me at the drive thru it would be an additional 30 minute wait due to them being understaffed. Would not recommend this location at all
So I asked for 2 number 7’s and that is 2 crispy tacos and 2 quesadillas and I only got one quesadilla and 0 crispy tacos and they also forgot to give me my drinks when I asked for them they said I didn’t order for any drinks but I did them I told them I wanted 2 bahablast and then they gave me it out of no where and they started laughing and they also got my order wrong and they put 1 quesadilla and 1 crispy tacos but I’d don’t get it and nachos but I didn’t order nachos
Walked in and stood at counter for a couple minutes while employees were standing around eating food in the kitchen talking amongst themselves. Finally someone say just order at the kiosk and went back to eating at the food making station. Left without ordering, sad to see people with 0 work ethic and managers letting it happen. Also, place was extremely dirty, maybe instead of eating over the food they will be serving people they should clean up a bit.
Jane the manager was so rude and acted like she hated her job so much, she made it everyone else’s problem. I saw this lady just simply ask for her forgotten food and she was SO unbelievably rude and treated her coworkers with such disrespect. She was pointing her finger in the lady’s face and being unprofessional. I am not expecting 5 star quality but when you hate your job that much and make everyone miserable, why work there?
Sixth time I've been through the drive-thru and they can't get the order right even when it is on the screen. Knowledge and understanding of the English language is not a prerequisite for employment here.
I ordered both the Mexican pizza and some cinnamon twists. I’ve literally never tasted anything worse from Taco Bell. At best, these items were fried in VERY old oil. It tasted like they were fully spoiled and maybe marinated in literal garbage for a time before being served. And the manager, she wouldn’t give her name, was dismissive and refused to provide a refund or even an apology. She should be fired. She has managed her store into the ground.
I’m not usually one to leave a review but this was actually disgusting. I ordered a side of the onion and cilantro blend to top my order with and this is what was given to me- onions with tomato, ranch, and a piece of cheese in it. My cheese sauce for the chips was nearly empty as well stacked with two extra empty cups underneath. Not sure if the toppings are just left open but this is nowhere near sanitary
Store was filthy. Asked for 4 Diablo sauce and not sure if they think it’s a joke or something but this is crazy. 0/10 stars on this one here
Placed a mobile order… got to the location and the drive through was not in order. People were waiting over an hour for their food while employees with headsets just walked around doing nothing. Customers were walking out. I canceled my order! Won’t come back to this location.
Not only missing part of my order but the sauce ramekin stacked in another sauce (which is paid for even if it’s 50 cents) was definitely NOT an accident. That’s something servers would do at any restaurant I worked at when they were annoyed with an order. Not to mention I was being friendly, but she had an attitude with me the whole time. Still not sure why. (Girl with the piercings)
Rude employees, rude managers, food was cold, old, and greasy. I called multiple times they finally answered then hung up on me for no reason, I called again they refused to answer. Food portion was two tiny pieces of meat in an expensive item.
