We always stop here after arriving from airport. Everyone loves the empanadas. I love the cazuela de lentajes vegetarianas. This place is a special spot for many families, I’m sure. But I still haven’t met Doña Rosa, but she seems to be one classy lady.

The food was good. The menu book is very nice, the best I've seen in Colombia. I thought the price was a little high. Maybe it is the inflation. I was in Colombia 2 months ago. The food was quick and the portion was good. The juice was good. I ordered a fried dumpling, which was filled with a whole chicken. ;) only downside was the bathroom. It was dirty. Disappointing.

My trip to Medellin was filled with food visits I won’t forget and this place was on my list for delicious authentic Colombian food you must have. Food is very tasty, the place is massive with tons of indoor and outdoor seating, even a playroom for the kids. The bathrooms were a walk away from the restaurant which led you to the backyard patio with ample space for one to move around after a hefty meal. Priced extremely fair I say give this place a try!

Our first stopped after arriving in Medellin and we loved it!! Excellent service and delicious food. We liked our food so much that I didn’t had time to take pictures because everyone was already digging in 😄 I had the “Cazuela de Lentejas” and I’m already craving it!! There was so much flavor in that plate. Also the place is so beautiful inside!!

If you are near the airport, this is the place you need to visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great food and service. They are also pet friendly and have a beautiful playground. Don't forget to try the desserts specially the obleas and postre de natas.

Amazing, I loved this place and it is so convenient because is on the way to the airport. Before you leave Medellin you get to eat your last Colombian dish.

The food is very good, the service is pleasant. The only downside is that "El Relajo" is not made with Colombiana but with cola, and it's not the same. You expect to have an experience that is as close as possible to the typical. But this isn't pleasant at all, it doesn't taste good.

Food was really good. Service was great, just a little noisy from busy highway. But would recommend for a meal near the airport.

A bit of caos to get in, the hostess had no clue on what she was doing, after we finally got seated they took long to come and even speak to us, the only provided one menu for the whole table! Food arrived and drinks took at least 10 extra minutos, so it was at least 35 minutes for them to bring the first bottle of water.

Better option for local food. Beans were really good, plaintain was at the right point. My steak was not hot enough, but was good. Not many dessert options. Will return next time I visit this Llanogrande area. Update: we returned and we had the plato montañero and beans platter. Excellent choices.

Es un lugar clásico de estilo montañero, con meseros en vestimenta típica. El servicio es muy ágil. Mucho personal y comidas pre-armadas. Este punto es su debilidad. Pedimos una sobrebarriga asada y un chuzo de cerdo. La primera llegó caliente por encima y muy fría por la cara inferior. La solución: recalentar de nuevo la pieza. La carne de cerdo del chuzo estaba seca y dura. Temperatura ok. Es obvio que este lugar no está dispuesto para disfrutar de un buen plato de comida. Si lo tuyo es el afán está bien, pero una buena carne requiere atención y tiempo , así que este no es el lugar.

I came back to this place after around 17 years and I have to say that I had higher expectations. I had a picada and I was very disappointed. The flavor wasn't there and the meat was extremely hard, waiter said maybe next time it would be better but unfortunately there won't be a next time for me. Several years ago the food I tried was delicious so I was really craving food from here so it's sad to say that I flew in expecting way too much and I'll fly out knowing that I don't wanna come back to Asados doña Rosa. 😢

Even though we have had positive experiences in this restaurant it wasn't so this time. First of all, this is a branch across from the main restaurant. It seems they leased a house out and accomodated it for public acceptance. The infrastructure such as bathrooms, is barely enough for the number of clients coming in. No soap in these gives the restaurant a poor image. Parking is very limited. Tables are few and often receive the noise and dust from passing cars. I certainly expected more from this well-known chain.

Food: Good, but Chicharron is 40% fat, 30% hard, 30% tasty/soft. Avocado had thicknessof a coin (I asked to exchange it; they charged me for avocado at checkout). Service: Bait & switch pricing (be careful). Current online menu link is “old” (according to the manager). 10% difference or more. Atmosphere: depends where you sit. Management: • Discrimination against person with handicap [required guest to sit outside with a legitimate medically necessary service animal, until persuaded by the law and sanctions for violations]. • No replies on WhatsApp. • Management insists their online menu link (not photo) is outdated; denying it as false advertising.

It used to be a good restaurant. However now I would not recommend it to anyone I know. The food and the service are not anything good. Better to take the risk and go to any other restaurant on the road instead of this one. We ordered several dishes and none of them were even fine.
